When I arrived, she assisted me with my purchase, as did a man, she and even carried the umbrella all the way to my car and put it in the back seat of my car, which was parked in one of the several handicapped parking spaces located just behind Ace Hardware. All in all my experience was totally seemless.

Pro-tip: Go to Greg's with your knives, head around the corner to grab a bite, drink, or coffee at one of the local shops, and Greg will be done by the time you're done with your meal/beverage.

Mike performed magic on those edges! Echoing Stu W's comments, the Shun was significantly sharper than new and sliced a tri-tip roast like it was butter, the easiest tri-tip I've ever sliced. The knife was finally a pleasure to use and sliced like I expected when purchased. I fully expect the Henkel knives will be just as sharp. Mike's the man and most strongly recommended to trust to sharpen your valuable blades.

I was in the area and stopped in recently. I love to wander through the store. The displays are beautiful. I could spend a long time just looking at everything. I did spend quite a bit of time on this visit. Only one employee acknowledged me while I was in the store. That was because we were walking towards each other in a small space. The rest of my visit was spent browsing but when I had questions there was no one around. There were staff members at the counter but they were chatting amongst themselves. A few customers came in and out while I was there but it wasn't busy at all. This store is good for looking at and touching physical items, but I will be ordering online. Sad that customer service has declined so much in retail stores.

Save the beef tallow after cooking--it has so many great uses in the kitchen! Another reason I love shopping here is the produce section. Today I picked up raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries, and every package looked fresh and beautiful. Unlike some warehouse visits, I didn't have to dig through multiple boxes just to find a good batch. This is also my go-to spot for heavy cream and buttermilk, especially since I make homemade bread. The prices are excellent, and they consistently have the larger sizes I need. One thing that really sets this location apart is the customer service. The greeters and cashiers are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely personable, making every visit enjoyable. I also appreciate that the Business Center is much less crowded than a traditional Costco warehouse. Most shoppers are business owners grabbing what they need, so it's a much quicker and more relaxed shopping experience. Their early opening time of 6:45 a.m. is another huge plus, and although they close around 6:00 p.m., I never feel rushed if I'm already inside finishing my shopping. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and pick up the beef bacon. Trust me--you won't be disappointed. You can thank me later!

I only have two malls i consistently go in San Diego, the Fashion Valley Mall and the UTC Mall…read more However, UTC mall is more of a leisure... to walk around and kill time, for my son to play at the playground, for the festivities on the holiday season especially Xmas, to have family fun dates and good food experiences at nearby restaurants and the mall I always go to every time I have issues with my Apple iPhone and techs. The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. We watch movies at the AMC theater when we have extra time and get food at the cafeteria/food court area after hours of walking. My son never misses going inside the Laderach to get a free taste, the best chocolate there is. We love going to this mall, especially with my son now being a teenager, we would most likely be doing lots of our shopping activities here especially at his favorite boutiques, like the zumies, Hollister, Rayban, and plenty others I do not recall.... We also love going to The escape room where the mall is. My favorite is the Nordstrom Rack! ;) The holidays tho could get really packed and busy but there's alot of nice things to see and lots of good deals to look forward to.

The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.

We had Mei sharpen all of our surgical scissors recently, and she did an awesome job…read more I work as a surgical tech for a plastic surgeon, so we have everything from tiny delicate bleph scissors to heavier serrated facelift scissors and regular drape scissors. Serrated scissors especially are not easy to sharpen, and not everyone can do them right. Every pair came back crazy sharp and working like new. Even our smallest scissors were perfect, and the serrated ones were done flawlessly. You can tell Mei really knows what she's doing and takes pride in her work. We're super happy with the results and will definitely be using her again. Highly recommend!
