Update: 11/11/16 Apparently It's ok for the owner to harass me about my review. If it were a company phone and she was tending to guests appropriately I wouldn't have been so bent out of shape. But she was on her phone the entire time and my relaxing spa visit was disrupted. I feel this is completely unprofessional. I've added a photo of her correspondence with me. I really don't like it when I call and ask if they have availability for two for a pedicure, they say yes, we come on down and then I sit here and watch my sister get a pedicure and I'm still waiting to be taken care of. 20 minutes later, I've finally decided to take my feet out of the water because now it's cold and my skin is pruny. I absolutely love this salon been going to Vicki the owner before she was even at this location. Things I love is that Vicki remembers all her clients names and she has a lot. I love getting designs on my nails and no mater what she comes up with one. The selections of gel nail polish is like no other salon! She is quick and gets her appointments in and out. Also for me the way she treats my mother is just amazing! My mom had a few strokes and has diabetes so I / we cannot risk a nick or a cut with a file and etc. Vicki is so caring to that and is so gentile with my mom. Now I can literly go 3 weeks with no lifting or popped offed nails and I've gone longer, that it self says they do a great job. love love tip top nails read more

If i could give this nail shop a zero i would! Worst nail salon ever!!! Had a pedicure and nails done and they were using old used tools from other customers. The lady that did my toes, cut me and made me bleed. My nails looked like crap. The owner was extremely rude to other customers in the store! Worst experience ever!! This place is over priced for children getting services with short nails. They make up prices. The service is extremely slow . Not enough staff working . Without gel polish and a simple heart design was 45$ in which these nails are extremely short . The design came out horrible in which I had to go back in and tell them to take it off and repaint it to a solid color . horrible job! read more

The worst nail salon in Worcester! They are rude, unprofessional and my nails looked like trash.

Terrible.terrible.terrible. I saw the mixed reviews and figured it couldn't have been that bad so let me give them a chance but boy was i WRONG. The lady who did my gel polish on toes did just that and that only $22 to paint your toes no pumice no 2 minute soak nothing. So obviously my pedicure looked terrible, on top of that completely painted over my skin not even my actual toe nails. Prices are also horrendous i don't mind paying more for my nails but only when the prices match the quality. Overall just a bad experience and this is my 3rd time giving them a chance because they are right by my house. So not worth it rather make the drive. Listen to the reviews and go ANYWHERE else! read more

Didn't like it at all . Super long wait then when the guy finally took me he worked pretty fast which was good but when I saw thee end result of my nails I was so annoyed he did such a sloppy job! There was glue stick to my nails they looked a week old ! When he just finished them and on top of all that I asked for almond nails they were all different shapes! The nails were bumpy sloppy mishaped and not smoothe . Then I herd they were cheap so not true their average. And the lady that did my toes she was older and she did awful too I had water blisters she kept rubbing them which was painful and I kept telling her that hurts be careful. Didn't listen. And my gel nails came out 3 days later ! Are you serious! I recommend everyone go to pinky toes in white city Shewsbury their way better and I'm sticking to them ! read more

Didn't ask me what length I wanted, the nail tech cut my acrylics to HER liking and way too overpriced. Will not be going back.

My nails were a mess from a previous Salon. Technician Vicki took extra care an extra time to get my nails back in shape. It was the best acrylic French manicure I have had in a long time. I highly recommend Tip Top Nails. read more

Been going here for many years and used to love it but I feel they've gotten sloppy. I'm always picking gel/acrylic off my fingers after they are done, less than a week later they already start looking crappy, the fills take forever because they constantly talk to each other in their language and sometimes are busy on the phone and not paying attention to detail on your nails. Sometimes it takes so long just for a fill because they are talking to each other or on the phone or watching tv. It's very frustrating and I may be looking for a new place soon...the quality and service has been a steady decline...oh and even if you have an appointment, you sit there and wait for 15-30 minutes at times read more

As others have said, a personable staff. I walked in and was served immediately. I found the price reasonable. I went for a time but decided not to continue because I have been nipped several times when the manicurist trimmed my cuticles, and the quality of work is not consistent. Sometimes it is excellent, sometimes it's only okay. I also feel there are not enough options for colors if you don't want gel. I would also recommend they post or create a book with options for different types of manicures and pedicures. First of all terrible customer service both of the women were so rude as if i wasnt paying them my money second off she cut my finger while filing them and instead of cleaning it off she put alcohol which stung. They kept taking there sweet ol time to work on my nails and plus while trying to describe to her my desired nail style she kept cutting me off and telling me "she knows what shes doing" i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone i am highly unpleased with how my nails came out and still had to pay $30 for uneven crooked not well painted nails i am highly upset because i got my nails done for school and now they are looking a mess if ur looking to get your nails done FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE save yourself the hardship read more

I gave tip top nails 5 stars because it is one of the best nail salons I've been too. My mom has been going to Vicky, the owner, for 15 years now. I am 20 and started getting my nails done at age 12. I remember going to tip top nails when it was still on grafton street but in a small small shop next to jj's pizza and that travel agency place. I've been going to Vicky for about 8 years now. She is perfect. I've gone to other places before but I really do think that Vicky just has the best high quality acrylic, fake nails, Polish, wax, etc. I don't trust anybody else to touch my nails or my eyebrows. She's known me since I was pretty much a toddler. I get so many compliment at work about my nails and I always refer them to tip top nails. I go every two weeks to get my nails done, I book my appointments at 8am because she is there that early and it's so calming just having her and I in the salon so that way she can focus and do her thing. I really do suggest going to tip top nails for waxing and nails. read more
