HORRIBLE NAIL TECH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in with an appointment today (1/7/20) at 4pm for a full set. I had on gel press on nails that I loved and wanted the real acrylic version. The lady kept sighing and made it seem like it was annoying to remove the press on nails I had....Wierd. She kept making comments to her coworker who asked if they were press ons and I said yes. He just said they were pretty and then the conversation ended. Why did it matter? Anyways. I asked for the same length nails I came in with and the same shape. I told her this multiple times: everything the same. By the time she was done filing and finished my nails they looked so ugly - like skinny whittled down sticks that don't even match my finger size. Very confusing when I said I wanted exactly what I came in with and she saw them with her own eyes. She also kept telling me to "relax" when she was filing my nails cause I guess my fingers were too stiff. Kind of hard to relax when someone is so unfriendly and cuts you multiple times with the nail drill. I noticed she didn't attempt to initially clean up my cuticles at all. I asked her nicely to please take care of my cuticles and she seemed annoyed W's af my request. I had to ask twice and she just went "all of them?" And I showed her the cuticles which obviously needed a little tlc since I worked with my hands all day. Anyways the total was $43 for a crappy job, skinny baby nails, and two nail drill cuts. One of my fingers she worked on actually hurts. Very upsetting since my bday is next week and that's the reason I wanted them done. Overall very disappointed and upset by this nail salon. If you're reading this please choose somewhere else to get your nails done, to save yourself the time, money, and a totally busted & unacceptable nail job. I'm so upset at myself that I even paid for what I got, but I was exhausted from work and so sick of this lady all I wanted to do was go home. read more

Do not recommend this place for a pedicure at all! The entire staff are Extremely rude, always in a hurry, and not considerate with appointment time. They use low quality gel polish, the white polish always fades, shop is not clean. They're always under staffed and provide the worst customer service. Tom and this business won't last. I needed a mani and pedi and I had called the day before and asked for their prices and they said it was $2 more for gel and I said for both mani and pedi and they said yes $18 each because regular is $16. When I walk in to get my mani and pedi, I asked the girl that was doing my pedi, if it was $2 more for gel since their sign only had $16 for regular and she said yes. Then when they rung me up they charged me $18 for the mani and $28!!! for the pedi. I didn't get anything else but the gel done. Then the girl upfront said that pedi gel was $12 more. They lied about their prices. Who would pay $28 for a plain pedi. Never coming here again! And I have a lot of family that goes there to get their nails done. 4 STARS! Thanks to Tracy, the best one there and the sweetest! Ok, I thought that this place truly deserved an update from me given I gave them such a horrible review before. Although my first two experiences here were not even up to par, my manicures have always turned out really nice. It was moreover the pedicures that were repeatedly disappointing. I've been here a total of 3 times and got some really crappy pedicures before. I really liked my manicures and wanted to give them another shot for a reason I just could not help. The owner is SOOOO nice and the employees are super sweet, genuine and communicative, that I thought to myself, if any nail salon deserves to be and stay successful, it would be this. I really try and help small businesses as much as I can given our current economic environment. I had a different person do my pedicure all 3 times and thank goodness, third time was a charm. I had Tracy, whom does my mani's, also do my pedi's as well. I'm glad I made an appointment for her do both, because she met my expectations on my pedicure, which in previous visits, were utterly disappointing. I posted pics of her manicures the two times I've done my nails with her to show how consistent she was. Because she takes her time and is really meticulous, Tracy is the only one I prefer. I couldn't be happier. My nails have finally found a home, after trying so many mediocre nail spas. Thanks to fellow yelpers for their helpful recommendations. My appointment was on a Wednesday afternoon. Immediately, I was charmed by the quaint interior & also surprised to see a couple of straight men getting their pedicures, or rather the health of their feet, toes & nails maintained. I was hooked after asking if they can do the FOX logo for me & without hesitancy, they said yes, they can do anything. My pedi nail artist was Kim, awesome!!! & Lani did my mani, a sweetheart of a woman who loved to compliment & laughs easily. I treated myself to the happier combo & it was well worth it. Upon mentioning that I was thirsty & craving a smoothie, Kim handed me a menu for a place next door that sold smoothies. I felt so pampered. Top notch service!!! Tina at the front desk is also very nice and took pictures of my finished toe art. I definitely look forward to my next visit, as I must indulge in all the rave of these new gel nails. I found this place on Yelp and tried it out for the first time. I went in on a Wednesday night and didn't have to wait at all. The customer service was exceptional. A man named Tom did my nails and he was very nice. He took his time despite it being a little after they closed and kept asking to make sure I liked everything he did to my manicure. He even offered to change anything I didn't like. The pricing is very affordable. For the removal of old gel nail polish and for a gel manicure, I paid $20. They also have little stamp cards so that you can get $5 off after coming 5 times. I will be returning and I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Oh how the mighty have fallen... I have experienced so much better at this salon, but as it becomes more popular, busy, and the waits become longer, the quality of work has diminished greatly. i've been maybe 3-5 times here and noticed a fall in the quality of nail work. the service here is still good and everyone is friendly (just enough so), but the prices have rose twice in the period of time i've been to this place. i liked at first that they were fast but i've noticed they are not as attentive as they used to be. they mis-shape one or two of my nails, where I had to file them myself, and every time there have been bubbles in my gel mani after... i don't notice things like that until i'm in the sunlight so it's a little irritating because i'm obsessed with perfect nails. the gel mani lasts enough, but sometimes it is on my skin and i've noticed discoloration after a while. sad, but the search continues. read more

Didn't you know you had an appointment when you started 15 min ago... It was annoying but ok. But the next girl was really rough with my nails. She couldn't understand what I wanted and seemed to be annoyed when I asked the front desk lady to explain to her that I didn't want my nails filed down on top. This has always been my go-to place for pedicures. I went today for a fill and I'm not very happy about the results. I understand that doing nails the same time as a pedicure is time-saving, but it also compromises the quality of the set. I had to get 3 nails replaced and they are completely different shapes and sizes than my other nails. The technician that did my set didn't bother to check that the nails looked similar. Great service! I made an appointment last Wednesday for Saturday at 11am after my friend invited me to join her. Let me just say that it was sooo simple to call and make an appointment! No hold time or wait, and the person I spoke with, Amy was super sweet! I arrived 30 mins early for my appointment, so I checked and hung out with my friend while she was already getting her nails done. The staff was super friendly and even brought me out a chair to sit next to her. Then they called me shortly after to begin my services. In the past I would have Kelly do my nails, but since she is no longer there I tried someone else (who's name I cannot recall) and she also did a great job! Ok so I've been coming here since the doors opened five years ago. It's very close to my home. I have always been satisfied. I work in the health industry and it's always a delight to me when they pull out their just autoclved instruments!! That's awesome. I usually have the happier spa pedicure which includes pedi, salt scrubs, & hot oil massage. Because I spend most my day on my feet I require that they remove my pesty ingrown nails. I asked for a milky white acrylic set, even showed a reference picture. When the guy started putting on the polish i saw that it was too bright white so I told him to change the color and he said the top coat he's putting will make it better. He added so many layers of polish and the end result was a white-out looking white. I told him I didn't like it and he suggested a GLITTER top coat. I told him no I just wanted the milky white I showed him. He put a top coat that didn't make it better but I did not want to argue so I just paid for some nails that I hate. Firstly, this isn't the best nail salon I've ever visited, but I've never once had a bad experience. The staff isn't the friendliest, but they're never rude. The technicians are good and do a solid job. The equipment is nice and still relatively new, and the salon is *always* clean even if it's sometimes a little crowded inside. I haven't had any other services besides nails and I usually only come in for a pedicure, but again, I've never been dissatisfied. For what they offer, they are on the pricey side. However, the location and convenience for me is totally worth it. That combined with the cleanliness has made me a regular. I really wanted to like this place. The gentleman in the front was very welcoming and the place seemed clean. I was enjoying my pedicure, the sea salt scrub/callus remover/oil massage was amazing. But as she was working on my cuticles, I felt like I was being cut! This is only my 2nd time ever getting a pedicure and I figured it might be a normal thing. I left as a happy customer and the polish looked nice/clean. However when I got home, I noticed dried blood around my big toenail. It's been a couple days now and I can't walk normally on my left foot...literally limping around because it's swollen/red/painful. I REALLY hope it doesn't get infected. This is the second time in a row that my nails have been put on crooked. It's probably because I'm sitting in the pedi chair getting my feet done at the same time I'm getting my nails done and it's an uncomfortable situation for everyone. But that's no reason why I should have crooked nails. When I told the man they were crooked he said don't worry I'll fix it. But he had to file my nails down and made them small on top. Its been a few years since I've been back to this nail salon. All my favorite nail techs left and I didn't feel like I was being given great customer service considering I had been patronizing this salon since they first opened and was a loyal customer visiting religiously every 2 weeks. I went back today because I needed fills done quickly and I needed to stay close to my daughter's dance studio. Ashley did my nails and I am so glad that I went back today.
