I came in with absolutely wrecked, busted, bumpy, uneven nails that were growing in weird from a different salon, and Danny literally saved them. This man worked MIRACLES. He fixed the shape, perfected the color, and got the length exactly right during my refill. My nails have never looked this clean, symmetrical, or flattering he somehow enhanced my natural nail shape in a way I didn't even know was possible. The pedicure that I had today was so relaxing. The salon is beautifully decorated and extremely clean and sanitary. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is available. I normally go to a different nail shop, but since today it's Monday after Easter I had to drive around to find a different one. I came across this one, the services I requested were removal of acrylic set, manicure, removal of gel nail polish on both my feet & hands and a pedicure. The male employee did my hands, removed the set quick and painlessly. But when he did my gel nail manicure he left my nails very sloppy and missed all the inner corners with top coat and glued down my nail beds with the base coat. It seemed challenging for him to do a neat job with the gel nail polish. Moving forward to my pedicure a different employee that was a female did it, she had her portable drill on a way to high setting and scrapped me a few times, probably because time is money and they rush to get finished with customers. Sometimes quantity is better then quality for nail shop workers. Water was a a boiling level, she did paint my toes well, massage was not enjoyable due to her having long sharp nails that poked, Im a very easy client to have because all my nails are perfect and I take very good care of myself so it should be hassle free for any one to work on me, plus I don't complain and always ask for basic jobs no crazy designs or add on's. I am a great tipper in my original nail shop they love me, they won't experience that here though. This will be the last time I come here, and I'll stop trying new shops on the days my original one is closed. I forgot to mention the nail polish selection is very limited, most colors are similar to each other. Normally when I don't like something, I don't complain, and just don't go back. But for me to take time out of my life to write a review while I'm still in the shop should show how disappointed I am with the work. The Grand opening sign is what made me walk in thinking it would be a new and clean shop, but it wasn't all the tools that were used on me were soiled (dirty) and came straight out of boxes labeled "clean". Hopefully I don't catch any diseases or fungus. Since 2009 I received my cosmetology license so I am very knowledgeable in rules and regulations on how a shop should be and how techs need to have their tools. If you're looking for a clean, and quality work nail shop I recommend you drive passed this one. I've attached pictures for reference. They received one star because the lady painted my toes ok. I will for sure have to get my hands redone tomorrow somewhere else. All 3 employees did work on me towards the end the wife of the male tried to fix my toes by painting them again, they knew they weren't doing a good job without me Ben saying anything, because I've been quietly writing my review and submitting a request for the city inspection to be scheduled for this shop, in hopes I save other future innocent customers.paid 70 read more

Let's just start off with the worst worst worst service I've ever gotten in the three years that I've been going to Calvin. He first of all did a horrible full set then I went back to get a fill and my nails broke the very next day than I call him to get my nails fixed. I go in and he has me waiting 1hr and a half and then glues the nails then taps me on my hand and says can you sit on the side so he can take his appointment. I felt so disrespected and belittle. He had charged me $25 for a fill, and treats me like I'm a nonloyal costumer. I guess me driving 30min to see him isn't good enough for him definitely taking my services elsewhere. I repeat, pay extra money for a better service cleaner facility and well worth products. Such a shame 3 years down the drain!!! read more

Don't come here. Please avoid the disappointment. I came in specifically asking for dipping powder, since I am trying to grow out my natural nails. The lady that helped me started drilling on my nail removing the previous powder and yanking at my nails with a clipper causing 3 of my nails to break. When I told her to stop or to be more gentle she kept going at it telling me she can fix it with a fake nail. She tried to do what she wanted instead of doing why I asked for. Came here for a gel mani and regular pedi. I am very patient especially going in knowing how busy and crowded nails salons can get. There were only two other clients with 4 employees working. Cool, get in and out in no time. Wrong!! It took over an hour just for my pedicure. I wasn't the only client upset. The male employee started a full set on a lady then left her half way sitting there for 30min to work on another client. Rude! My pedicure was uneven. She tried fixing it but after three times of trying to correct it, it was coming out worst. I am no perfectionist but like it to look at least decent. I was already sitting on the pedicure chair for an hour and 15 min. So I just told her to finish, paid, and left. Didn't even get my manicure done :( I was charged $26 which seems a little high for simple pedicure. I normally pay $30ish at another salon which I don't mind because they are quick. I was so pleased and since I had time I also got a pedi & a full set. Danny did my pedi & he's amazing! I'm very happy with the job they did. I noticed everyone was a regular and they greeted each other by name. I think it says a lot about a place when they have so many regulars. I will definately return. Cons: might have to wait awhile, not a huge selection of colors but not bad either, wish it was bigger but like most nail places it's small.
