DO NOT COME HERE! I came here 2 weeks ago during the pandemic. The gentleman who did my nails did a subpar job. My gel was peeling off the first day and the shape of my nails was not what I requested. However, my mother came and saw SUSAN and her nails were nice. I decided to give this place a try again but this time go to SUSAN. Huge mistake. When I sat down after getting the color taken off of my nails, SUSAN proceeded to take off 3 of my nails. Without communicating her a reason. I asked if I was being charged for my nails being taken off she said YES. The nails were not broken, they were being taken off, I only asked for a fill, and it was not communicated to me why I took them off, nor that I was being charged until I asked. So now I have 3 nails that have been removed, SUSAN "attempted" to glue them back (horribly). I choose not to go forward with getting my nails done! I do not live in the area and drove over an hour to receive 3 removed nails and bad customer service. Hi my experience here has been very interesting. I'm right in this review because I don't understand why you have to pay $40 for a fill of a pink and white cost $45 and you're only feeling the pink powder on a very short set. I did get my nails trimmed, which cost an extra five dollars, but paying $40 simply to have a touch of pink on them feels excessive to me. I feel completely cheated. read more

I am pretty picky about who works on my hands and feet and I am very careful to check a place out before going. However, I saw this place while driving home and decided to stop. They gave us the generic "20-25 minute wait" speech but we didn't wait that long. The quality of the work was decent but... My gripes: 1. my nail tech didn't place a towel down or clear the previous customers nail dust and clippings before telling me to sit. 2. They didn't greet us...I literally had to announce that we were there to even get a hello. 3. She dusted the table and my hands - in that order- with the same duster and grabbed tools from a pencil box which did not look sanitary. 4. I paid for a deluxe pedicure but did not receive all of the services advertised. 5. I've been here a total of two times. The first time I went right before I delivered and Lam did my pedicure and it was great! They even squeezed me in right before they closed which is why I'm leaving the two stars. Fast forward to a few months later I decided to go again being they did such a good job. Boy was I wrong. This time I got Helen and I'm not sure if shes new or what but when I got there I had two ingrown toe nails one on each big toe when I left they were still hurting which I thought they were just sore.....fast forward a few days later every one of my toes except my pinky's had ingrowns to the point where they got infected and puss came out. Came here for the first time today and won't be returning. The older man doing my nails started filing my nails without even asking what shape I wanted. My nails were round and he filed them squared. Then I told him he had left one crooked and he said no it's my nail and I said no this corner on my thumb is longer and he said no so I said okay that's okay. He proceeds to file my nails and do the gel color because it wasn't a manicure so he didn't remove cuticles or anything. Very friendly staff, one lady was particularly huggy with me and gave me about a minute embrace . Lady that did my nails did put some pressure on me to return, we'll see as I typically don't like to be pressured into returning. My nail teach didn't use a base coat. I asked she said nail polish didn't need it. IDK... They look fine but the jury is still out. The place itself looks nice and modern. Some other reviews complained that the ladies were gossiping about them. I'm Vietnamese, I have been gossiped about before (I don't look that Vietnamese), and that's not what they're up to here. I've been coming to this place for a while but never again ! I came on 7/21 with my sister and it was way to busy so we decided to come back the following day 7/22 with an appointment for 2 people at 5pm. We received a call at 4:40 confirming the appointment and we told them we were on our way already (we live 5 minutes away) we get there at before 5pm and all the pedicure seats are taken, I didn't get seated until about 5:15my sister still had to wait for an available pedicure chair. At 5:30 Im still waiting to get my feet done they just had me sitting there! Finally another seat becomes available and instead of sitting my sister who's appointment was at 5pm they sit someone who was a walk in! And walked in after us...Honestly just suck that this place doesn't respect the appointment times. I ended up getting up and leaving bc it's ridiculous that I had to wait 30 min and nobody was even attending us.
