Unfortunately I thought I found a good local spot since my first experience was great. My second experience- the lady was nice however within 7 days all of my $40 dipped/tip nails had fallen off. I called, they said to come in. I came in at 545, they close at 7. I waited for 45 minutes before they told me that I needed to come in the next day to get my nails fixed (free of charge.) ok fine... I come the next day (today) and wait ANOTHER 45 minutes while the guy employee yelled at me and told me I could get it redone from the same lady (why would I want that if she screwed it up the first time?) or else I'll have to pay full price. I told him no and I won't leave until it's resolved. I paid $38+$8 tip even though i did not really like my nails. The thing that made it irreparable was the nails falling off just a few days later. TO GET RID OF ME the girl handed me $35 and asked me to leave. I'll never be back here. They do NOT know how to handle complaints or any type of customer service. I do. NOT recommend this establishment to ANYONE! It isn't worth the risk and to have no one help to fix their crappy job. Also/ the guy who was just a nail cosmetologist yelled at me as if I was in the wrong. Effff this place. Don't ever!!! EVER come here. Horrible. read more

This was my first time here and definitely my last. Very pretty place and spacious but horrible wait time and very pricey. Let's start with price, my 2 daughters got full sets and a polish change on their toes and my little one just a polish change on hands and toes and total was $105 not including my fill and pedicure which was $65. Now to the service, they sat me in the pedicure chair at 5:55 but didn't start my pedicure until 8pm by then the water was cold and my feet were so wrinkled and felt numb by the time they started they rushed because it was late and they wanted to leave. I got the ombré fill and the guy cut me 4 times while filing and drilling. I haven't had my nails for even a week and they are living and chipping, I paid the price for top quality nails and got crappy cheap nails. Small dirty location, many flies. I was sat right away but after a few mins the person who started my nails switched with someone else which made me feel a little uncomfortable. My sister came to this nail salon before so I thought I should give them a try. I came on Sunday at 5 PM for a pedicure. There was 3 people working in the nail salon with 2 other client. I was told there will be a wait because there was no one available. I waited for 20 minutes before getting seated on a pedicure spa chair. It was very frustrating because another lady came in for brows and the lady that was suppose to do my pedi went to go help her first so I had to wait longer. I was literally there for an HOUR before someone was able to help me. I would understand if it was peak hours and the nail salon was busy. But I was literally the ONLY person waiting the entire time. l Pedicure l I asked for a white pedi and a guy was doing my toenails. I felt uncomfortable to begin with because I prefer a woman but the other 2 ladies didn't want to do it. I heard them speak in Vietnamese to each other. Don't work then if you're so LAZY. He used some cheap white polish that looks like it was from the 99 cent store. I didn't pay $20 for that type of quality polish! He also forgot to apply top coat and I didn't realize it until I got home. My toenails was stained and chipped in a few days. It got worst. I tried having small talks so it wouldn't be awkward, but felt so uncomfortable when he started telling me all this personal stuff like how he was looking for a girlfriend. He then proceeds to ask for my number which was inappropriate. I said no thanks, but he was being so pushy about it. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable the whole time. I just wanted to get up and leave. Definitely a bad nail experience. I'm not coming back here. They don't care if there's people waiting. This was my first time there and it was great! I loved the fact that my nail tech took his time with my manicure to make sure he was doing it the way I liked it. I wasn't getting anything intricate today but he did a really good job! Really careful with my cuticles. The interior was so cute and from the looks of it their pedicure station is legit. I've given this place a try 3 times before I'm reviewing it. I docked two stars because of service and time. I will say, I noticed that there were some regulars here so it's not like their work isn't good. (To me it's average.) For the type of service and the amount of time I've spent here all times it's not worth the price. A standard pedicure doesn't include a scrub or massage or anything and thats 20 bucks. That's fine I suppose. The next one up is 27. Their standard manicure is 12. There's no combo special. In terms of service, I've been greeted and sat down right away every time I've come. All time however, I've sat with my feet pruning in the water until the water's gotten so cold they've had to drain and refill it. One time, the waters overflown and spilled on to the floor because they get distracted. I'm a firm believer that it you're understaffed and or busy you tell people that you're not current accepting clients for the day, otherwise you're wasting everyone's time. One day, I was totally forgotten about, 3 people came in after me and we're done before. I spoke up as well, but was getting lost in the chaos. Was offered a drink close to my service being done. Anyway, one day in particular I came in at 4pm and left at 6:40pm with just a standard mani/pedi. They don't have a large opi collection either so just a heads up. I wanted to like this place because it's right around the corner. It is very clean, nice set up and all the workers seen very nice! The first time I went it was a long wait, but we waited it out I finally asked for what I wanted and was floored by the tag on of prices. 5 extra for matte, then another 4 bucks extra for chrome and I only wanted two nails. I ended up not getting matte, but got the chrome. This was already on top of there higher than average prices. Once I was done gel pedi and gel mani my bill was a total of $65.23. This did not include tip. I wanted to try them again and this time I just needed a gel color change and a pedi. I went in @130pm today for a gel Mani & pedi, place is clean/neat, with a large variety of colors to choose from which I loved!!! BUT there was a 20 min wait time although they were only servicing 2 customers ahead of me was all done by 330 only one more customer came after me and I couldn't believe it was taking so long to get a gel mani and pedi done... there were bubbles left on my finger nails which I noticed when the tech was working on my nails but I didn't want to prolong my stay there so I left it alone. Total cost of a "Gel Mani & Pedi" with no art or anything else was $52!!!!! The receptionist was kind enough to give me 15% off for a yelp review; so here it is! XO Nail Salon I came in with my friends on a Wednesday and we were instantly greeted warmly by the receptionist. She was beyond helpful when we had questions about the prices for the services that we wanted to get done. Though the menu+prices were right there on the wall, she broke down each services and was extremely accommodating and so far the experience was going great. My nail tech was Danh and he was very nice. I got a full set of acrylics and had a reference picture of the design that I wanted and he was able to do it! Danh was very gentle and keen on attempting to perfect each nail to the best of his ability. The final result was way better than I had imagined and I love it so much! I couldn't stop looking at my nails afterwards and it's just so beautiful. Danh did such an amazing job and I can definitely see myself coming back in the future! Wanted to check this place out because all the pictures are pretty fancy designs so I figured they could do what I wanted. Place was pretty clean and cute. There was only one other customer at the time so they helped me right away. I showed them a picture of a colored french tip with one ombre nail and the girl told me sure and sat me down with someone else. That person then suggested I do a dip nail because it's better for you and the new thing so I picked my color and said sure. Once I showed her the picture she was like no I can't do that, it won't look good with that color. Kinda bummed me out but she offered to do ombre on all the nails. Honestly I should have said that I really wanted my look but I let her do it. Maybe it was because I agreed to the dip nails that she couldn't do the look, but then she should have said something instead of pushing me to do it. The nails weren't what I really wanted but they were cute and colorful so I wasn't too bummed. Only other thing that got me was went I went to pay they taxed me. I have never been taxed to get a manicure. It was an extra 5 dollars. And none of the employees could give me a reason why, and some of them swore they had no idea. Came in expecting to come out with great/satisfied nails....... but I was wrong. My nails had bumps on them, the gel ending up coming off within a few days. My boyfriend and I went in for the Deluxe pedi and mani. We started at the same time, but my boyfriend's technician skipped a couple of steps and finished way ahead of mine. During his manicure, a different technician took over Afterwards when I looked at his hands I was appalled at the poor manicure he received. She had skipped several steps and his nails were ragged and uneven. His massage had consisted of several poundings on his arms. Since my technician was behind, everything became hurried and the massage was rushed and uncomfortable. He left a $10 tip but we were both disappointed in the service we received.
