Great time on the rooftop celebrating with friends! The tables are a bit small so don't order more than 2 items . We had delicious frozen drinks and shared some apps. The weather was beautiful and we watched boats on the dock. The umbrellas are a nice touch. The restaurant sways a bit so be mindful if you are seasick!

I love love love this spot! It's absolutely adorable! The drinks are yummy and the staff is personable. It's the perfect ambiance for a sunny summer afternoon or at sunset!

Our server Ashley was exceptional and truly made our time at the Tipsy Seagull a wonderful experience. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout our visit. When we had an unfortunate incident with an umbrella in the upstairs booth area that came loose and scratched my arm, Ashley went above and beyond. She immediately came to our aid, bringing ice, offering a complimentary drink, and ensuring the umbrella was properly secured. We will absolutely be back because of her outstanding service and hope to see a solution in place to keep the umbrellas safely secured for future visits.

Service was great. Pet friendly eating until 5pm is why we went. The ambiance was quiet since we went at open and when leaving more people started to dock their boats. I really enjoyed the food, we got a steak quesadilla. Got one drink and the price was ok, but got a really good view.

Been here a couple times. Good place to grab a drink outside by the water. The staff is nice and the selection is decent. The food is "meh" and the place could be a bit cleaner. Overall we will be back.

Misogynistic, racist, homophobic, and a bizarre "dress code" for men only. This outdoor "floating" dockside bar on the water only caters to straight white men (dressed appropriately with sleeves) and women who are seen as "whores" and without bras or panties (so the signs say...) It was 90F outside on an August day, and we arrived around 5pm. Sat at the bar, we each ordered a drink. Our drinks came. We each took a sip. A few minutes later, the bartender comes up to us asking if I have a shirt to put on because they have a "no tank top dress code." I politely and quietly went to my car to get a t-shirt (thankfully I had one), but when I arrived back at the bar, I pointed out the fact that so many women at the bar had tube tops on, crop tops, and any other kind of top without sleeves on. Its a hot summer day, so why does the bar have a problem with men's shoulders but not with women's? The bartender said "I know, it's an old rule...." I would have been fine with their "dress code" if it was told to us BEFORE WE ORDERED and if it was applied to everyone, men AND women included. I also saw a black male asked to leave to put on a shirt, but when we were there, a straight white male came in wearing a tank top, sat down, and enjoyed a drink/meal without ever being asked to leave to put on a shirt. Many of their signs are derogatory towards women, and one of their signs even says "no shirt, no problem." See photos. We will not be returning to the Tipsy Seagull as we will not be supporting an establishment that is misogynistic, racist, and homophobic. Plus, they only serve their drinks in plastic cups...yet they ask select men to wear a shirt instead of a tank top. They could at least step it up and serve drinks in proper glassware. Dont go.

Honestly my buddy wanted to come here for his birthday, and we were skeptical about coming here due to the reviews but I'm so glad we did! It's literally a pub on a dock, and it serves the vibes you would expect. They do have a dress code which seems to target men specifically, which we found a bit odd lol. Fair warning there isn't ample parking and you will have to work with what's available on the nearby streets. We got lucky with seating upstairs in a comfy, spacious booth! We hung out here for a couple hours. The views were amazing, and it was so much less crowded up there! I can imagine on those warm summer nights this place would be very packed. The service was amazing, our waitress was extremely attentive, and checked in on us numerous times! She immediately took our drinks/appetizer orders, and they came back out almost instantly. We ordered: Shrimp Cocktail- HUGE clean, fresh shrimp, with lemon and amazing cocktail sauce. What a refreshing app- I was sad when it was over! Buffalo Chicken Dip- Came out hot, with plenty of vessels to dip into it- veggies, pita bread and chips! It was DELICIOUS! Margarita Pizza- Hot, greasy, cheesy goodness! It tastes better than it looks! Pastrami Rueban & Steak Sandwich both come with Cape Cod chips. For drinks we got an espresso martini, vodka redbull, frozen strawberry banana daiquiri , pineapple mule, coconut margarita. All the drinks were SO STRONG (how we like it) but tasted amazing, the bartender deserves a kiss! For ALLLLLLL that the bill was only $150. Honestly this was such a great little hang out spot, and we loved the live performances! I'll definitely be back!

A stroll down the dock to get here and we found adorable lights and cute seating on this little boat/ dock restaurant and bar. Upon arrival I was excited, although their dress code made me feel like it was racially targeting people. I hope that's not the case but I don't really understand why it is what it is. Saw several white guys breaking the dress code so it didn't seem to be enforced, at least not for them. We ordered and got our food MINUTES later. At first I was impressed but then immediately concerned on how this could be possible. We were served a pizza that was clearly microwaved. The drinks were expensive and sweet/ low alcohol content. I ordered a caesar salad and the croutons were awful tasting, I didn't even know it was possible to make bad croutons. My friend ordered the tuna tacos and the ridiculous amount of sauce was clearly covering the fact that the fish was not fresh. I was very excited to go to this place, and it's very cool, as far as views but I wouldn't go back.

Kayleigh, the singing bartender!!!
Kerri L.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at this cool waterfront bar in early September. Kayleigh, our bartender, was full of personality and even serenaded us at one point! The drinks were on point; I especially enjoyed their mudslide. The food was typical pub fare, and the prices were reasonable. They also had a live band the day we went. What would make this place even better is if they added a few healthy food options to the menu. Other than that, it's a great time, especially if Kayleigh happens to be your bartender!

When I walked in, I stood in the waiting area for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. The restaurant was not busy, and there were two servers sitting at the bar chatting with the bartender who clearly saw me but did not acknowledge or greet me. A simple "Hi, we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. Eventually, the bartender (a tall young man) approached me without greeting me and started walking upstairs. He then turned around and said, "I forgot a menu," as if it was an afterthought. When we got upstairs, he placed (more like tossed) the menu on a table that still had a dirty cup on it that looked like someone had just been drinking from it. Instead of addressing that, he immediately walked over to another table to check on two guests who were already dining. After finishing with them, he walked right past me without asking if I'd like to start with a drink or acknowledging that I was even seated. There was absolutely no hospitality it felt more like hostility and indifference. The ambiance is aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. The food is mediocre at best and definitely not worth overlooking such poor service. Customer service makes or breaks a dining experience, and today it completely broke it for me. I won't be returning and would recommend trying one of the many other restaurants in the area instead.

I would recommend getting there early as seating is first come first served except for donors who get the option to reserve a table. What a cool place to catch some live music! Such an intimate setting, comfortable seating, not a bad view in the place! Located in an old mill building, the stage set up and chairs is located on the third floor. There is an elevator to access for those who prefer to arrive to their seats unwinded. A quick check of your tickets and you're on your way! The venue is BYO food and drink, which honestly is such a cool concept given most venues are overcharging for these things left and right. They do have a small cafe with coffee, bottled sodas, and some treats for purchase if you come empty handed. They are also located next to a brewery where you can pick up some goodies as well. Parking is a breeze - free on street as well as an available lot behind the building. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and made the whole experience an enjoyable one overall. I cannot wait to come back!
