Dropped off my car at 445pm and was called back in about 1 hr to pick up my car. Asked how much the repair cost was and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they weren't going to charge me at all! I found this place on yelp and my brother also got his tires here so I decided to give this place a try. I was looking for a specific kind of tire because I wanted to match the other tires. Donald was really nice, he got me the tires I needed after hours. Alan was helpful too. They don't take appointments here so you might have to wait depending on how busy it is. I went on Friday around 1pm, it was pretty busy when I got there. It took about about an hour and 20 minutes. If you don't mind the wait, they have competitive prices here. Excellent customer service!! One of my tires had a flat so needed to be replaced. Recommendation from another place was to replace all tires to the same brand. Came here and they checked and confirm the remaining three tires are fine so didn't need replacement. But for peace of mind, i thought I should replace them anyway so i asked them to order the same brand since they don't carry the brand normally. After giving some thought, I decided to defer the purchase and they were able to return the tires without problem or a fee. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The young Asian male receptionist, (whom I had to wait 20 minutes for because he was nowhere to be found,) then finally showed up and decided to tell me what an idiot I was for paying so much for tires..... Not sure why a business would berate it's own customers in the reception area for spending money with them, but to say I was shocked and upset would be an understatement. Needed to get an alignment since I recently just lowered my Model 3 on lowering springs. Since I have a Tesla Model 3, a lot of regular tire shops don't have the proper software to do the alignment. What can I say that hasn't been said before? Great service, in and out fairly quickly. Came here at 11:00 AM on a Thursday to get 4 new tires without an appointment. By 1:30 PM, my car was ready. Paid $326.80 (that includes cost of all 4 tires and tax) for 4 brand new tires on my Mazda3. Couldn't be happier. This place have 5 star reviews and I saw many of elite friend give very good review as well so I assume it has good price right? Here is several reason why I rated this 1 star review and I almost never give this out till it really beyond without a reason of a doubt that I have such bad experience or poor service. I submit 3 tires quote on their site and they never responds me back and is has been over 3 business days ! When I call them it and they put me on hold for over 5 minutes. Finally when they rep come talk to me, I ask them for the price quote. The price was actually higher than all the big franchise tire shop which is totally opposite what reviewer said that price is cheaper Costco, etc.. They price match is doesn't match with any coupon or promo from the competitor. So basically they don't price at all since most other tire shop has some soft of offer such as buy 3 get 1 tire or $80 off tire when buy 4. All the tire shop sell their retail close to the retail price but if you don't accept promo or other discount then is no saving at all. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR RATING THESE GUYS HAVE. You've been warned folks. These guys are amateur hour, 1 star at best. I honest feel like a majority of these padded reviews are from this establishments friends and family. Here is my honest, actual experience with these bozos: 1. I was given a quote over the phone, and when I arrived they wouldn't honor it. They stated the person (assuming that it was his friend) that answered the phones doesn't work for them, and she was just trying to help because they were busy. 2. The tires I came to replace were worn unevenly. Any experienced tech would be able to tell that the specific type of wear would indicate an alignment issue. Seriously, this is kindergarten level tire knowledge. I mean, these guys work on tires all day and couldn't spot a major potential issue like that? A reputable shop I went to was able to spot the issue within seconds. 3. None of the 4 tires were balanced. 4. I hope you cleared your entire day because these guys will take an entire day to replace your tires. I waited approximately 5 hours. 5. Their waiting area smells like cheap air freshener, and feces. Why? It's because their entire staff, technicians, customers have to use one bathroom located in their disgusting, small, cramped waiting area. It's seriously nauseating and flat out disgusting. 6. If you are unfortunate enough to have to wait, then good luck finding something to do in the area. This establishment is near absolutely nothing. No decent coffee shops, no retail areas nearby to kill time. You are literally going to be stuck waiting in their makeshift outhouse / waiting room. 7. I asked them to inspect my old tires, and place one of the best one of the bunch in the trunk, so I could have a backup full size spare. I came home, and there was no spare in the trunk... that is my mistake for trusting them and not checking before I left. A lot of people here are leaving 5 stars due to the prices of this establishment. Sure, you may save a few bucks less here now, but you will pay hundreds more down the road later because Tire Centrals incompetent techs and staff failed to spot a simple issue immediately. Also, a lot of their techs seem to be young, inexperienced, pretentious, and full of pseudo-swagger. They really have no idea what they are doing, but their fragile egos will never allow them to admit it. read more

I spoke with Donald over the internet and he gave me a good deal. The service was really fast, the tires was installed within 2 hours. As long as we're in the SGV this is the only place we'll take our cars for anything tire related. They are honest about what needs to be replaced and what can be fixed, prices are hard to beat, and always friendly and efficient. Two trips so far: 1) Camry at 40k checkup dealership said they found a nail couldn't be fixed and I should just replace all 4 tires and do an alignment. I called around and found Tire Central to be reasonably priced and all these Yelp reviews so came by the next day. They took a look and said they'd just replace the front two, come back at 55k to replace the rears. Alignment was fine 2) GMC at 27k, dealership said a nail that couldn't be fixed. Wanted $220 to replace. Tire Central fixed it for free. read more

After a long distance drive, my car's tire pressure low warning went off as soon as I got off the freeway. It was middle of the night and I had plans to do the next day. I searched on yelp and found Tire Central just less than 5 miles away from my place. I took my car first thing in the morning to get an assessment. Alan at the front desk took my info and gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes which works out perfect. I drop off my key and left it in their hands to look at my tires. Alan called me back less than 45minutes to let me know they were done with my car and I was able to pick up anytime I want. Turns out nothing was wrong with it, just need a little extra Air and they were able to inspect all my tires to make sure nothing else is wrong with them. It was free for tire pressure check. Honestly just went to this place today to get my tire pressure checked, but was happy to see how hard working and efficient the workers seemed to be. I walked in, talked to the front desk about my car and he said it would be a 45 minute wait before it got checked. The worker at the front desk was handling so many phone calls and customers at the same time. I was honestly impressed at how great he was at multitasking. Anyways, 45 minutes seemed like a long time, but I had time and so I decided to do it and just go to a restaurant nearby. Maybe 30 minutes later, they called me and told me my car was ready. I don't think they ever charge for checking/fixing your tire pressure so definitely come here if you want good service! If you need to wait a while, they have a little waiting room or you can go eat a restaurant nearby or get boba. read more

They are very professional and done right the first time. If they are busy you might have to wait a bit in the office but someone will eventually get to you once you're processed your vehicle will be ready very quick. I've come here to get my tires checked two times and had great experiences both times. I first came here when my Scion FRS tires blew out and caused me to spin out on the 210 freeway on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily everyone in the car was okay and I only had to replace that one tire that blew out. Anthony helped me find a great quality tire at a affordable price. After my first incident with my FRS, I became very paranoid about my tires and switched to a Infinity Q50 with bridgestone potenza run flats( special tires that don't blow out). My warning lights came on about a flat tire but everything looked fine to me. I brought my car in to tire Central and they did a inspection on all my tires, filled em up with air and fixed my alert in my car about a flat tire. I even left with a free air freshener.
