This place is a complete rip off. Went there because my warranty company is contracted with them. I described the problem to them which I knew was either the suspension or alignment.. The big guy with a beard bald kinda guy was rude. So he said I need you to consent to having diagnostic tests done because if it isn't covered your responsible to that fee which was $179 I said I am sure that is it covered, his response was no not all the time people come in here thinking its covered but most of the time it isn't . So I contacted the warranty company and yes it is covered. So as I was still describing this issue he walks away to help another customer, and to my surprise he gets into it with the other customer who is getting ready to pay for 2 vehicles he had repaired there ummm yea alot of added charges and the other car was supposed to be covered by insurance just alot of arguing over his charges.... So I walked out saying yup this place is BULLS#!$. They probably were going to charge me that $179 and still put it on the claim to my warranty company also... RIP OFF... I took my car to Pep Boys.... For the same diagnostic if it was covered was only going to be $27 I was thinking better safe than sorry ... BUT NOPE IT WAS COVERED... Yes Tire Choice is a huge RIP OFF... Just because I am a female they thought they could sucker me.... HECK NO.... Stay away from this money sucking place.... And RUDE.... Customer service at this place SUCKS! If I could give it zero or even negative stars, I would. The salesperson that "helped" me, Ron, was a joke! After looking at the tires on my car, he made a comment that I will be a good customer for him after he "takes care of me." He then tried to upsell me on a run flat tire that costed $60 more than the tire I actually needed, claiming that the car already had run flat tires on it. I suspected this wasn't true, because I had already called several tire shops in the area for quotes, and was told that if my tires were in fact the run flat version, they would have the letters "SSR" on the sidewall, which they didn't. My car has a spare tire as well, which is another clue that the car manufacturer wouldn't have installed run flat tires as original equipment (OE). Not knowing much about cars myself, I asked Ron if that was the best price he could give me and he said "yes." Still suspicious, I asked him about their price match policy, as I thought I was quoted a lower price for that same tire at America's Tire. After looking at their price online, he came back and said he could take a "little" off the price to match America's Tire, which was $40! When I asked for a quote for the non run flat tire, Ron said he wouldn't be able to get the tire in stock for a few days, so I took a chance and went across the street to America's Tire to see if I could get a tire the same day. They had to order it as well and didn't have a used tire they could loan me in the meantime, so I called Ron again as he told me earlier that morning that he had a loaner tire for my car. I suspect I upset the guy by leaving earlier, because he changed his tune and said to call him back in 10 minutes so he could check to make sure he had a loaner tire in my size. Desperate for a tire that day, I drove back across the street to find Ron assisting another customer. When he was done, he hollered at another guy to look for a used tire in my size. The other guy was working on an oil change, so Ron told me he would go look for it himself as he walked through a door in the side of the garage. On his way back in, he REEKED of cigarette smoke, so it was apparent he took a smoke break on my time! He disappeared into an office for a few minutes, at which point another employee (also smoking a cigarette) asked me if someone was helping me because he wanted to make sure I wasn't being ignored. After peeking into the office and seeing Ron on the phone, I decided enough was enough and left. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! I'd say that Ron reminded me of a shady used car salesman, but I've had better treatment at used car sales lots! read more

Always been a customer of Goodyear. Took in for routine oil change and light was on. Simple diagnostic and something I already knew. No way could a car have all sensors bad at the same time. I knew the price for the job which was $850 and some change which I Shopped at 3 places prior to coming here. This company's price nearly doubled the most expensive of the two at roughly $1600. I only came here a few times because they offered the zero interest credit card. It's not worth the customer service .ive had them work on all of my vehicles never satisfied. I dropped a truck off with zero codes and picked it up with a code. They said it was something else broken $800 later. Just a heads up.... this shop sub contracts their transmission work to unlicensed shops. They don't stand behind the job, even when it was their fault to begin with! I brought my H3 in for a transmission flush, to one of their other facilities, that tech neglected to hook up one of the hoses. Needless to say all the fluid drained out and when I drove it around the block my transmission was screwed. Three trips back a total of six weeks with out my car and I'm still dealing with the issue. The manager, Alan, knows we have 3 older cars in our family so we have to have a repair shop that can fix the different things that come up when you're dealing with older cars. Do not trust them! I went in to see if they would help me resolve an issue for a tire that was losing pressure. No needles were found and I was told I would need to buy a new tire so I did. Next morning I wake up and the whole "new" tire was flat! I went in and Allen is upset because "I could have damaged the tire", um hello! He expected me to wait around for what?? He then claims it was a broken rim which should be fixed and I had to pay extra. How did my old tire not lose pressure that fast? Better yet i was ripped off. Two stars simply because they offered me a water bottle when I walked in. Besides that, I had a frustrating experience at this location. I brought in a flyer for an oil change. The guy who helped me asked if I wanted to sign up for their "membership card" so that I could get coupons and not have to bring in the flyers anymore. I said sure and proceeded to give him my info to sign up for an account. When he left to examine my car I noticed his clipboard said CREDIT CARD APPLICATION. When he came back I called him out on the fact that this was not just a rewards card like he made it sound. I told him I did not want a credit card. He immediately shut down and wouldn't even look at me. I just got a "fine" and he handed me the paper with all my info on it. Then he said he couldn't give me the oil change for the price on the flyer because I need a special oil. It was now going to cost twice as much as the price on the flyer. I told him no thank you and walked out. After the credit card stint, I couldn't trust these people anymore. If they're going to try and sucker me into a credit card then who's to say they won't come back with a list other services that my car doesn't actually need just to make a quick buck. Took my car to the dealership in riverside where I paid less than these guys were trying to charge me. I also got a free car wash out of it. Never going here again. read more

These people saved my day!!! I was in desperate need to purchase four tires immediately!!! The only thing is I was 1 hour away from their location and they were to close in 45 minutes... upon talking with Ron, the manager, he assured me that they would take care of me by waiting for me to arrive... This shop stayed open an hour and a half later then needed just to make sure I got four brand new tires on my car, rotars resurfaced, oil change, back brakes and an alignment... and most importantly, that my son and I could drive off safely! Not only that, I was able to open a line of credit to take care of all the things I needed serviced on my car, and all within reasonable prices and six months interest free payments. Goodyear tire stores are such liars. Went to fix a flat. They said they couldn't because the tire was too worn. They wanted to sell me tires at 299.00 a pop. total 1300.00 before labor and all the add on's. I told them no that I would look elsewhere. I was not prepared to pay that at this time. They showed me some cheaper tires and asked if I would like to apply for a credit card. I did and was extended a line of credit. They said they could not get the tires today, I said I couldn't wait. They said they would call around and see if any of their other stores had the tires in stock. A few minutes later they said they had 2 tires in stock and could get the other matching tires from another store. Not even a minute had passed and suddenly they had all 4 tires in stock. The tires would cost approx. 500 plus change for all 4. Labor, balancing, tire disposal fee, Tire pressure m onitoring system, Plus adding Nitrogen to each tire? and then their tire protection plan. Now over 800.00. I declined the tire protection plan and told them I didn't want the Nitrogen. They said they had to charge me for the Nitrogen, which I will call their Customer service line first thing tomorrow to find out if this is true. What erked me after all this is when I got home and read the comments they put on the receipt. "Customer was offered N4 Michelin OEM tire. Not in stock due to it being Sunday. Customer declined, said to put what ever you have in stock to get "BUY" not by. Stated they advised me that the tires would fit however there is a specific N4 marked OEM tire they and Porsche specified for this car. ?????? Where was I when this conversation took place? I was ready to leave and they said they would call around. They said they had and could get tires that day then suddenly they had all 4 tires in stock. They did not state that these tires were not OEM tires. I looked up the tire on line and yes it is a cheaper tire but it gets consistently good reviews. Fortunately I do not race this car all over town. The tires are Z rated, but overall I was still over charged by GoodYear. After these are paid off I won't be using GoodYear for any purchases ever again. read more

Don't give them business!!!! My husband came here for tires and waited 2 hours longer than they told him it would be all while half of the employees stood around. I knew better than to go back, but thought I'd try. Went in for a simple patch, stood at the desk while a guy stared at his computer... I politely said "excuse me", to which he responds by turning around slowly and staring at me. I asked the wait to time for a patch and he said "at least an hour or two, you SEE we have a full house". Since I assumed my fix would be easy ask if it was possible to do any sooner. He mimicked me in a whiney voice saying that it was not an easy fix it acctually takes an hour to do. Sitting here waiting for 3 hours and 40 minutes to get tire change and alignment!! Ridiculous!! So this is our last time checking in because this place is a joke! Today was the last straw after many fails and we kept giving them a chance because it's the closest location for tires. We will now drive the distance for better and more reliable service. We needed tires and and alignment, got here at 1220 and were called to be notified that the car was ready, when we got here our car was parked in the parking lot and when walked to the counter to pay and pick up, they said the car still needed the alignment! What!? Communication people! Important when working. Now we are past three hours and would not dare wait in the waiting area with my three children because it is absolutely disgusting in there! Someone please get a cleaning service to go to your location if no one there is capable or qualified to clean a lobby! The floor is sticky, there are gnats flying all over and the bathrooms, well even worse! So 40 minutes later I am finally in my car and it is 3:59!!! Our prior experiences have been just as bad. Prior to coming in, I called to find out if certain tires were in stock since I have a dually. After being told yes, I needed 3 new tires and an oil change done. Because I was in a hurry, I asked how long that would take and was told 1.5-2 hours. Not a problem for me. It took over 4 hours to get the job done even though every time I walked in, nothing was done. Not the oil change, no new tires. I'm pressed for time just trying to get my kids from school. No remorse on their part, just an oh well attitude. A little honesty goes a long ways. Will never come back to this location. read more

Dropped my fleet car off for a routine oil change...Certified Tire called me to let me know that they are waiting for approval on new tires????? As a mechanic, I knew the car did not need new tires based on the tire wear indicators within the tread, the smooth - even wear pattern on the surface of the tire and the fact that there was less than 30000 miles on my vehicle. In my opinion Certified Tire was trying to inflate the service performed... assuming I was naive or ignorant & I would be fine with it since it is was fleet account. read more

One of my tires blew out so I decided to stop by Goodyear for a replacement. My husband told me that he had a great experience at this location so I went there. When I first arrived I was greeted by Alan and right away he took a look at my tire. Although I said that I came for a replacement he took the time to see if he could fix the tire for free. After a closer look at the tire he knew I definitely needed a new one. He went above and beyond to give me a discount for the tire since it was just a little over 6 months old. I was out in under an hour and I left there feeling well taken care of. I have to say my husband was right about the very high quality of service provided at this shop. read more
