I've been to Lee's Tires twice now. The dealership recommended that all four brakes needed to be replaced. This shop looked at the brakes and told me only the back ones needed replacing. They are family owned and very honest. The prices are reasonable. read more

Will not be giving Lees my business any more. I have been going there for as long as I can remember, and have never had a problem until the new ownership. I was charged almost 40 dollars to get a tire on the bead. Not mounted, no valve stem work or anything. Simply just setting the bead. That is an outrageous price for doing that simple of a job. Definitely will be missing Lee and how the shop was run when he was there. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you want to get taken advantage of. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! I needed my tire plugged and they helped me out with my service quickly and professionally, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Do not go here . They charged me 400 dollars to do ti rods and sway bar it was my last 400 dollars I was trying to go to Dayton Ohio this weekend to visit my father in laws grave left them fix it . Now it squeals bad I called them they told me I need a alignment. Not mentioned before work was done car now runs worse then before they fixed it . This is my second review of Lee's Tires, however I felt that they deserved another positive review. My wife and I have been taking our cars to Lee's for a couple of years now for servicing the normal wear and tear on our older Toyota's (brakes etc). In January, I purchased 4 new tires from Lee's for my old Rav 4 and was impressed with the quality and price for them. Very recently, I noticed that my front brake rotor had a line forming in it and realized that I had let my brake pads go too long. Lee repaired them nicely and when I went in to pick up my vehicle, he asked me to look at something. I was certain that he was going to show me my worn out rotors but instead, his guys showed me that one of my newish tires had a cut mark 3/4 of the way around on the part of the tire that faces inward. We tried to figure out what might have caused this, but had no idea. Long story short, Lee told me that he was going to replace the tire under the warranty to keep me and my family safe. I would have never even known that this problem existed had they not done their due diligence and seen it when doing my brakes. Furthermore, they could have simply put everything back together and saved themselves the time and trouble of getting me a replacement tire. I have been to many car service companies during my lifetime and Lee's has been by far, the most ethical and fair priced company that I have dealt with. And they are nice!! walked in on Thursday and ordered tires They got them on Friday and they would have put them on then but I couldnt make it untill Sat. They installed them and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Im going back for my battery. I have went here for new tires (best prices) and brakes on my Acadia (also good experience) I took my Mazda for a new wheel bearing and only light that was on was my tire pressure. I get the car back and 3 new lights are on ( ABS- DSC off and traction control) they tried to replace what they did again putting in a new speed sensor but they wouldn't go out. They left them on and had me pick up my car- so now it will be in another shop to figure out how to get them off read more

Tire Discounters offered to make me an appointment later this week. ‍ The tire wasn't fixable so I asked them to at least put air in my spare (which happened to be low when the nice man stopped on side of AA to help me change it!)...he didn't want to send me on the road that far with a spare so he got me fixed up so that I could safely make it home and get the issue resolved. Lee's still gets 5 stars from me! On Sunday, as I was getting into my car to drive to the airport, I noticed a suspicious bulge in my front tire. Saying a prayer, I drove to the airport to catch my flight. Called Lee's the minute I landed back in CVG and they were willing to see me on my way home. The bulge and the dry rot on my other 3 tires got some concerned looks from the guys. Five minutes later, they have my car in the back, putting on 4 new tires at an extremely reasonable price. You can't beat service like this! I'm going to pass up Costco and their tire department and keep my service here, with people I trust. read more

These gentlemen are the best. My wife had a flat tire and I needed to get it repaired on my odd day off. They told me to come on in! In and out in less than 12 minutes! Gearing up for a trip to Tennessee to go riding. My trailer tires, while holding air, needed to be replaced. They were dry rotting. My friend said to take it to Lee's. So I did. I dropped it off and picked it up a couple of days later. Got up Friday morning and loaded the UTV. One tire was flat. After finding the dry rotted valve stem where it was leaking, I was not happy. Thank goodness I had a spare. Made it down and back from our trip and called the shop only to be told they only replace valve stems on request. I worked at a full service gas station 25 years ago and we replaced all stems with new tires. ESPECIALLY with dry rotted tires. Stems are rubber and dry rot along with the tires. Lee's offered to take care of the stem, but that is another trip and time lost. I just replaced them myself. I hate leaving anything but great reviews, especially for small business. Fair price and availability to do the work was top notch, but you don't see new shoes with old laces. read more
