I went 5 times in a two week period to try and figure why my tires kept losing air and my tpms light came on. I had to go to another location for the same problem. I eventually went to Big O to get a second opinion since they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and wanted to just replace all sensors which is at least $300 (I was told one sensor was corroded but Big O informed me the sensors are plastic). The fix was a little corrosion around the tire rim that needed cleaned: $21. If you guys had done a good job the first time I wouldn't have had to come in so many times and eventually have you try to just get a bunch of money out of me because your mechanic couldn't figure out what was a simple solution. Never going back again. And my tires are 6 months old with all these problems. I'm sure my other 2 tires will need the same fix soon. I'll go to Big O when that happens. read more

Well, I came in to get a headlight. I'm a 21 year old girl and I didn't know too much about the stuff. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. I looked around the headlight bulbs and finally gave up and asked for help. The first worker informed me I "may have asked the wrong person" he didn't know which it was so he went to get someone to look it up. They got the bulb and checked me out and I left and when it was being changed I was informed I was given the wrong bulb. After having so many employees help me find this bulb, don't you think I should have been given the correct headlight? Also, paying 13 for the wrong headlight and the drive to get the wrong headlight and then drive back was a real pain in the ass. Maybe learn the information better auto zone. It would save me a lot of hassle. read more

Great place to go for tires and service. We had just moved back to the area after living out of state (FL). The TPMS light in my wife's 2016 Grand Caravan kept coming on, so I brought it in to get fixed. I only waited a few minutes and was brought back the van fixed and ready to go. When I asked what the total was, they said "Don't worry about it". I know it is relatively inexpensive to fix a tire, but this gesture during a time of chaos was greatly appreciated! Without a doubt the worst service I've ever experienced in my 41 years on Earth. I made a 3:00 pm appointment to have 1 tire mounted and balanced on my vehicle. I stood around for over a half hour while the desk attendant tried to find "Mike". After another ten minutes I was told they probably wouldn't be able to get me in today despite my appointment time. I said you have to be kidding me? I had an appointment for 3:00 pm and I've spent at least $1900 in tires and installation at this store in the past month. The desk person said, "I don't like the way they do appointments here either." Waste of my whole afternoon. Said "Mike" would call me, of course he never did so. I will never spend another dime in this store and I would encourage everyone else not to waste their time on this place. They don't care about customer service and the entire waiting room was full of disgruntled customers getting the same treatment. I am going to make it my personal mission to steer as many people as I can away from this type of incompetence. I only hope that that owner or corporate will contact me so I can relay exactly how horrible their staff are....plenty of other shops in the area. read more

Went in today to get some tires. I had done my research and knew what I wanted. I had mistakenly gotten a price from the wrong tire web site and they matched that price! No question the best tire buying experience I have ever had!! In a day when Customer Service is not that great, this store surpassed all my expectations! Cannot say enough great things about each person I encountered and their dedication to providing me with great service and product. This was my third trip to TD this year. This time I was in critical need of four new 18 inch Michelin Tires for my F150. Great price. Yes it does include a free front alignment. The road hazard was $78 for four. Another place quoted me $40.00 per tire for road hazard - $160. WOW. They are friendly. This place is complete crap. I wish Yelp would allow for a "Zero Star Review." The free alignment is what always brought me in but I will never be back. I paid for and thought I had my rear brakes replaced in 2016. Customer Service also said I had it done 1/2018 as well but apparently they were not replaced or replaced with old pads unbeknownst to me. I will admit that I was always a little skeptical of the job they did. It never felt like there were new brakes installed but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had my oil changed on Tuesday, 9/25/2018, at Tire Discounters complete with tire rotation and inspection. The service was completed and I thought everything seemed to be fine. Usually someone will mention other services that are needed or recommended and nothing was brought up on this trip (or the past 2-3). Come Thursday, 9/27/2018, I start to hear a very loud scraping/grinding noise when braking and then accelerating after a stop. As of today, 9/28/2018, that noise was pretty much non stop and louder than before. I made an appointment at another shop (not Tire Discounters) for them to take a look and they showed me that there were basically no brake pads in the rear whatsoever and that my rotors also needed to be replaced. How is that possible!? $400 later everything is back to normal and actually feels like there are new brakes installed. It is very clear that Tire Discounters did not inspect my vehicle when I was there 9/25/2018. If they did, and did not notice the brake issue, that is very concerning. On top of that, how was it even an issue!? If they truly were replaced 1/2018 there is NO way that 7 months later under normal driving there is basically zero pad left. I am convinced that either A) No brakes or used brakes are what I paid for from Tire Discounters to begin with or B) Some dummy removed the pad(s) while rotating my tires. Not sure why or how that would happen but would not be surprised at this point. As a side note, making an appointment here means nothing. I have no idea why they even offer that as an option. Congratulations, Tire Discounters, for swindling me into giving you my money every 3,000-5,000 miles for the past 3+ years in addition to what I paid for other services. I have zero confidence that anything I have paid for was done. In fact, now that I think of it, I may want to get my oil changed again somewhere else just in case. That, however, stops now and I will be sure to strongly suggest to others to go another direction as well. read more

Has appt. for replacement of struts and shocks on my F150 at 9am. Not only did they start servicing my truck right away, but they stayed working on it until all work was complete. I was able to watch the mechanic from outside the service bay, and marveled at how efficient and accurate he was (I've actually done this type of work myself and know how involved it can be). Would not hesitate to go back for service whenever my next need arises! read more

They've always been very nice, and they offer pretty straight forward pricing especially with the free alignment. Free nitrogen inflation if you buy tires from them, which is a perk (some others will charge you ridiculous amounts like $35 per tire! I've had someone try to sell me nitrogen at that price, but at Tire Discounters it's free). As with every mechanic I've ever known, for anything over 200 or 300 bucks, it's a good idea to get a second quote/opinion. read more

UPDATE: After posting a review on 10/21/15 about my terrible experience, Tire Discounters contacted me for more information so they could right their wrong. I was incredibly excited about the swiftness with which they took action. I was told that a "support ticket would be created that alerts the regional manager and the corporate leadership team." It is now 11/2/15 and I haven't heard from anyone at Tire Discounters. I even checked my spam folder thinking the correspondence went there by mistake (it didn't). Sorry Tire Discounters, you failed again. Since then I have spoken with one of their competitors who HAS made the situation right for me with the same tires, same free maintenance, and a discount for my troubles. I've used them for over a year. They were good starting out so I kept going back. It was a bit more expensive for repairs, but when I needed timely work done I went there. But the past five times I've been there have been terrible. If you drop your car off, it becomes the lowest priority. Twice I've showed up (recently 10 hours later) and they hadn't touched it yet. I understand they get busy, but that's why the first thing I ask is "Can you have it done by this time?" Yet every time they said they could, they didn't. Three times they haven't had it done when they said. This last time, I took it in to get fixed, after all my waiting (18 hours in total), I got it back and it stayed fixed for about two hours. So what they did fix, did it actually need to be fixed? Or did they make something up. Or did they fix it at all? At least three times, they haven't done everything I asked them to, stuff they wrote down and said they would do. They did knock off about $140 (or so they say) of my bill to make up for me waiting. The manager, Tim, was always really nice, calling me personally, offering a free oil change once. Both myself and my girlfriend have spent a couple thousand there over the past couple years. Now they've lost both of our business. read more

I would just like to say that as many guys that are working g at this location. It's always a min of a 2 hr wait unless you have an appointment. This is fine if you know you need a new tire or something but when u have an in for seen flat a two hr wait is too much Espically when you bought the tires from this place. You need one person set aside for flat tire repair/fixes if there are no flats put him / her helping someone else with new tire replacement. To me time management is very disorganized this is the 3rd flat I have had this year and these waits are rediculious. I will also like to say that if you do have an appointment everything seems to be a great experience. Just ppl and time management needs work. read more

This place is DISHONEST! Initially, I thought they were going to be alright but the last two times I brought my daughter's car in, I received terrible service and dishonest recommendations. The first time, her check engine light was on, they recommended an expensive part to change it out. Evidently they had problems getting the part and then later said the car was down 2 quarts of oil. That didn't make sense to me but they "fixed" the problem and overall it wasn't too expensive. Unfortunately, they kept the car most of the day. The next time I took the car in for just an oil change. I dropped off the car and was told 1-2hrs. Three hours later I called them (they never once called me). At this point, they said the car battery tested "bad" and we needed a replacement. We told them to change it out. 90 minutes later, they still hadn't called...so we called back again. Evidently, they hadn't told the mechanic to change out the battery but the service manager told me to come in an hour and they would have it ready. We stopped by 90 minutes later and they still hadn't swapped out the battery...said AutoZone brought the wrong battery--very doubtful. At this point, I just had them put my battery back in the car and paid for the oil change that took 6+ hours to accomplish. We took the car down the street for a new battery and they "old" one tested fine!! There was no problem with the battery...it was still good. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place at all costs!! read more
