Too bad you can't leave a ZERO. I had an expensive brand new high performance tire that was stabbed by a neighbor kid. Caught on video, parents agreed to pay for the tire if I brought them the old one. Went to Mavis, they had to order one so I left my wheel and tire to come back in the morning. They got the tire in around 9am and had it on by 10am and I came to pick it up at 11pm. THEY CLAIMED THEY ALREADY THREW OUT MY TIRE! In less than an hour?!?! THEN THEY DEMANDED I PAY A TIRE DISPOSAL FEE! Plus, they charged me for a wheel pressure sensor. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY INSISTED ON CHARGING ME FOR TIRE DISPOSAL!! I requested a call and was contacted by a horrible "regional manager" named Jacob Troup (561) 363-9081 who told me 1) It was a LAW that they had to charge me for tire disposal even though I wanted to keep my tire, 2) that he was the "regional manager" but could not tell me what "region", 3) That he was sorry they stole my tire and ruined by pressure sensor but there was nothing they could do, and 4) he refused to give me his bosses name or contact info. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR TIRES!!! UPDATE: The standard "response" is posted by Pat S from Tire Kingdom to make it LOOK like they cared and resolved this situation. However, I had already went through their "Consumer Solutions" ai black hole and NOBODY did ANYTHING. This is a rebutal to the positive review that I posted a few days ago. Seems that I jumped the gun and should have waited. 4 days after having spent over 1000.00 on work for my rear brakes all of the brake fluid leaked out and my regular mechanic who I should have used from the beginning had to replace the rear brake caliper, bleed the system and then install a new caliper. Should have noticed that there were very few customers after sitting in the waiting room on 2 seperate occasions. This was a red flag I should have never ignored. Wanted to give these guys a chance because they gave me a good estimate while having my tires rotated at their sister location Mavis. The manager at Mavis actually recommended that I come to this location. Have spent 900.00 on tires at Mavis in 2025. Stay away from Tire Kingdom. Had to spend over 640.00 to have this problem fixed by my mechanic. I will not be returning but wanted to warn others to stay away. read more

I have been to not less than seven tire kingdoms. I have been to this one before and got bad service and I gave them one more opportunity to give me good service and I stood at an empty counter for eight minutes and nobody came to see me I will not use this tire kingdom again there's one 5 miles north of it and one 5 mile south of it and I will use either one of those on my next visit. I even made an appointment and the service was nonexistent. I do not recommend, I highly do not recommend this station ever. read more

We just wanted to thank the folks at Tire Kingdom for "taking us in" when our car broke down. They offered to complete the diagnostics (which they completed within a couple of hours)...for no charge...even though they knew it was likely they would not be able to complete the repair. Took my Audi s5 in for an alignment. Normally dont take my car into places like this but I took it in with a piece of camera equipment suctioned onto the car. I get a call that the car is ready and I come back to the suction cup off the car and not working properly. They said that it fell off during the test drive when these suction cups don't just fall off they're graded to hold very heavy weights I had them on the car all day. Someone took the suction cup off to get into the trunk for some odd reason and forgot to suction it back on. That's a $500 piece of equipment. read more

Slooooooow service and you will pay the price. The parts cost nothing compared to the service fee. The part may cost $60 but the service will cost you another $70. Then of course they attempt to find other ways to make money off your vehicle. They claim you absolutely have to have an item. Then of course there is the side conversation about customers who refuse to accept their estimates. They actually talked about how a customer wasted their time even though the guy paid the diagnostic fee as requested. They even mimicked the guy and laughed about the scenario. Very unprofessional. The manager even talked about making customers wait since they bought cars in at 4PM. This place gets business simply because of the location. I'm sure if there was a different option in this plaza, these guys would go bankrupt just because of their attitudes. Constantly on phone even when talking to her. Jason who manages this place tries but he has workers who don't know what they are doing. Dishonest and unsafe! I took my truck into have the front brake pads replaced. I had been told by the dealership that they were really bad. Well, these guys told me the brake pads were completely fine and did not recommend new ones. This was also right before closing, and I know it was just to get me out of there so they could go home. I had an appointment. It's not like I was a surprise visit. Other things didn't add up as well. They claimed my lug nut key didn't fit and that they would have to break the tire locks to get my tires off. I'm currently at Mavis in Lakewood Ranch, and they are replacing my front brakes which they say are terrible. And they had zero issues with my tire key. Don't go to Tire Kingdom unless you want to waste your time and be lied to. read more

This store is running the old "bait and switch " very well. I stopped on to get a quote for a promotion of buy 3 get one free. Told them the brand, model and year of my car and received a quote for the job. My wife arrived for the appointment and was told the tires quoted did not fit the car. Tires that were equivalent were quoted as $400 more. She had a badly leaking tire and had to travel the next day so she agreed to the change. She was told the installation would take 11/2 hours. Three hours later she was done. Do not go to this location for anything. Not sure about other locations but I would be skeptical. read more

Got a flat on I75 going south right before the exit on 70. Drove my car 2 miles to this Tire Kingdom which shredded the tire, but luckily didn't damage the rim. They were so nice and changed the tire in between appointments at last minute all while only having two men on staff. They told me it would be 2 hours and had it back to me in 1! Tire kingdom mounted 4 tires for me..Customer service was great ,Guy was so helpful!! The problem was that the service tech took over two hours to put on 4 tires ...they said the tire had thick side walls and they had to over fill them to get them on the rims. When I got home I checked the tire pressure because they should not ride as hard as they did ,these are the top of the line bridgestone turanza tires...well the tire pressure is supposed to be 32 psi in the back and 30 in the front..I was so disappointed to find both back tires were filled to 40 psi the front passenger 38 and drivers side 32...what the hell this is a tire company!!! You would think they could do that right!! I'm just glad I checked them..I don't know the techs name or I would post it. But I know what he looks like, I'll make sure he never works on my car again.!!! read more

Do not take your vehicle here!! I am a Diyer with a bad back and thought I could just pop a new gasket on my truck transmission pan cause it had a very minor drip. After I got the gasket on at the right torque ft lbs, I felt like crap and the gasket was leaking like crazy so I figured I missed something like cleaning out the bolt holes, my misfortune to have Tire Kingdom tell me they can put a new gasket on and fix it. Well I had no choice so I drove down quick. They said it would be 290$ but again, I had no choice. They pulled the truck out and said it was done. I paid went out and it was still leaking like crazy and they pulled it back in after a discussion. They told me it was the shift solonoid leaking and only looks like the gasket but they don't do that there. So I left, upset out of 300$ and was fretting over a bigger bill. I took a pill and decided to look at the issue. Before I called someone I decided to check the toque on the bolts. The idiot mechanic(which I was told is there best) had the torque at 3-5 ft lbs when it's supposed to be 10-12 ft lbs on a Ford. I torqued the bolts and low and behold the leaking completely stopped. They installed them, performed an alignment and a synthetic oil change, all for a fair price. Picked up the car towards the end of the day. Thought I had a wheel bearing problem, but they were honest and said it was the uneven wear of the old front tires that was causing the noise. Will go back in the future! read more

We have 4 bald tires on our vehicle. I prefer to order my own tires on line. The rear tires arrived first with the remaining tires coming the next week. I decided to have them installed immediately as the current tires were, as stated, bald. We called and explained the situation to Tire Kingdom and made an appointment. When we arrived, the manager went and looked at our vehicle he stated he would not put the rear tires on unless we bought front tires from them now as they were bald. I explained the tires were coming but he refused unless we bought them today from Tire Kingdom. This was an attempt at extortion. I made an appointment for an oil change at 4 PM, and it not only took 3 hours, and I picked it up at closing time. After I left, I noticed a loud chirping sound coming from the engine compartment. Since they were closed, I had to come back the next day to have them investigate this horrible noise. After an hour, I was told it was a coincidence that this noise happened after they serviced the car, and it was some engine noise and unrelated to the oil change, and to take it to the Mercedes dealer. I took it to my regular mechanic who thought it was the serpentine belt, and after replacing the belt, I still had the noise. They researched this noise with an online forum they belong to, and were advised to check the oil level. The oil was not only 2 1/2 quarts OVER the proper amount, it stunk like it was old, and was never changed by Tire Kingdom. So I was charged for a synthetic oil change, which was not drained, but probably they just topped it off even though they charged me for the full oil change! Never go here for anything except tires. They are incompetent and lie about the service they do!! read more

I went there to get an alignment on my 2020 Dodge and was told I needed camber adjustment that would cost $1200-1400 and that the dealer would charge me double. I took the car to the dealership and was told that the caster was off and that the alignment with tire rotation would cost $130. I had the dealer do the work and went back to get a refund on the alignment that Tire Kingdom has done. They gave me a partial refund but were not happy about it because to get refunded I had to threaten to go online and let everyone know that they are ripoffs. read more

My daughter brought her 2011 Kia Rio with 44,675 miles into this shop this past Saturday 2/9/19 as her check engine light came on and her car was shaking with the A/C on heavy load plus she stated that she started to smell oil burning. P0300 & P0302 were the codes, however these codes were never written on their invoice. P0302 is a misfire on #2 plug. They told my daughter that her engine block had cracked and then proceeded to do the following work: If her engine block cracked, the car would have been junked as it would have needed a new engine. Come on guys, let's be real here !!!! 4 new spark plugs @ 18.04 = $72.16 4 new ignition coils @ 142.10 = $568.40 1 new valve cover gasket @ $65.31 1 fuel system tune up @ $109.99 1 new sepertine belk @ $14.73 1 new Alternator /Water pump belt $40.42 1 A/C compressor drive belt @ $65.39 plus other miscellaneous charges....to the tune of $1,267.55 I have no problem with the belts, although i highly doubt all these belts were needed. My issue is with 4 new plugs and 4 new coils when probably only the boot on #2 or the plug and coil on #2 may have been the only one that needed to be replaced. Did they do an HEI spark test cause they may have been able to determine that only #2 plug was misfire. No one knows as that too was never written on her invoice. Why did they not use DENSO for $70.00. Why did they use ECH coils for $142.10....and why did they do all 4 coils and plugs. I know there is "upcharging" that is done at these types of shops and i am not saying with 100% certainty that upcharging was done here, but the facts are as follows: a 24 year old girl needed work done on her car, told them she needed the car back by monday to get to work, and that she had a credit card....enough said !!!! I think we all know what happened here !!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE AS IT IS MY OPINION THAT THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. for those of you wondering why i didnt go and help my daughter, let me say it's the hardest thing in the world to live so far from your daughter. i live in ny/nj and my daughter lives in sarasota/bradenton.......BEWARE !!!! Went in on Monday for tire rotation and brakes check. I was concerned about something not right with the brakes. Left for 1 hour to find my truck in same spot. They gave me my keys and said nothing. I asked if the brakes were ok and they said yes. Brakes got substantially worse and 4 days later they were grinding. Went to Tire Choice and found out I needed new rotors, calipers, and pads! I read the fine print & the offer, there is NO mention of a required Annual Tire Alignment package at an EXTRA forced cost of $129.99. I ordered the Buy 2 get 2 Tire deal for Black Friday and while they had several add on requirements to receive that deal, an Alignment was NOT one of them. When I arrived for my Installation, the price they were charging me did not match the price I was quoted online. I even had the print-out & all pricing & offer details with me. I declined the Alignment package and Angel B refused to install my new tires if I did not pay the EXTRA $129.99 cost. I asked to speak with the manager, Jason Doby, & he said that if I did not purchase, they could not install my new tires. I have a copy of the offer & all the requirements printed out & NO WHERE does it require an alignment package.
