I've been coming to this specific Tire Kingdom for a long time. A week ago I stopped by to get air, and the woman told me she could only fill up 3 tires because 1 was splitting. Today I woke up to a flat tire, so I took my vehicle to this location. I knew I previously got warranty on multiple tires. When I first asked, I was told I had warranty on 3 tires. I leave, an hour goes by and I get a phone call that I "actually only have warranty on 2 tires, not 3". The attitude from the woman on the phone was actually insane considering she was telling me I was looking at spending $700 for not 2 tires, but apparently all 4 needed to be replaced. She said 3 of my tires were splitting when literally not even a week ago it was only 1? Instead of saying, "Sorry for the miscommunication, ____", she was very quick to talk over me and got offended that I was asking questions. After the service was completed I realized they didn't even put my spare tire back in my trunk and I had to drive back to get it. The blonde woman who sits on her phone in the garage while everyone else is working seriously lacks customer service skills and has a bad attitude, which is unfortunate if you expect anyone to spend hundreds possibly thousands of dollars here on car repairs. There must be new management or something because the staff here used to be amazing. Sad because this location has been my go to for any troubles I've had with my vehicle but because of this unprofessional, unorganized, and rude experience I will not be back. I arrived at Tire Kingdom with a screw in my front tire. I was immediately greeted by Earl. He was friendly and asked how we could help me today. I told him what the problem was and he said let's take a look! We found that the screw was only superficial and did not go through the tire. Rather than charging me for a new tire or repair service, he just took the screw out tested the hole to see if there was an air leak and told me I was good to go. I thought this was excellent because Earl could've made up a story and charged me a bunch of money to either repair it or sell me a new tire. I was very impressed with his kindness and and also realizing he could fix it for me and I'd be on my way. Good old-fashioned service! Can't find that kind of service in other places. I have been doing business at this location for 30+ years. On Thursday, I hit a huge pothole which blew my back tire. Fortunately, I was within a half mile from this location and limped my way there. The store manager, Gary Doran, was at my service immediately. My tire is a very rare tire, but in no time, he found and ordered my tire to be there the next day. His team members quickly removed the wheel and put the spare on for me. Since I live nearby, it was safe to drive my car with the spare. So... they kept the wheel so they could remove the blown tire and replace the new one to the wheel once it arrived. Then they would call me to bring the car back for a quick mount the next day. As soon as they got the tire the next day, they mounted it, called me, and put it back on the car within minutes. All under the great direction and customer care by Gary. I had purchased road hazard on my tires previously as these tires are big and expensive. It turned out to be a huge savings and well worth having the road hazard warranty. I was incredibly impressed with Gary's desire to provide me with the best possible experience possible. His team member have developed his caring attitude as well. That's a great sign of strong management and leadership. Gary could not be any nicer. He is highly experienced and very efficient. My experience today was top notch. I was able to order my tires online and be seen same day. What's even better is that when I picked up my car from its oil change at the dealership (tried to way overcharge for tires), I called and asked if I could come in early. They told me to come on in. It was great. They asked one time if I wanted the alignment or roadside warranty and took no for an answer. It was so great. My car was done when they promised and I was updated as they completed the tires. They were incredibly kind and offered tv and the vending machine. read more

Do NOT take your vehicle to Tire Kingdom! The Philip's Highway location in Jacksonville, FL improperly serviced my vehicle's transmission by putting Automatic Transmission Fluid in my CVT. A MONTH after originally contacting Tire Kingdom so they could "put in a claim" and getting IGNORED when we tried to follow-up, we then had to contact corporate so that someone would ACTUALLY put in a claim instead of giving us lip service. No inspection of our vehicle took place before making a determination, and the advice of the VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS was completely IGNORED. We have been offered NO REFUND for the incorrect service performed on our vehicle, the time this entire process has taken since, or the future time and money it will take to fully remove/flush the incorrect fluid from our transmission. You heard that right; they didn't even offer to refund our service cost or to correct the mistake they made, even after their store manager admitted the wrong fluid was used. The wrong fluid is also listed IN WRITING ON THEIR OWN INVOICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND! So, unless you too would like to spend money for someone to improperly service your vehicle, STAY AWAY!! There is a reason they no longer perform transmission services, and I imagine it's because they DO THEM IMPROPERLY! read more

This is the worst Tire Kingdom in the entire city. They let me book my appointment online and set my time. When I brought the car in for the new tires, they had let so many walk-ins start service that they were not sure if they could get to my car. So I asked if they would finish today so I could book at another store because the car was needed on Monday. They said to leave the car there. So I did. They then called me 30 minutes before the end of the day and said to come to get my car because they would not get to it. I waited the entire day trusting these fools would honor their promise and lost the opportunity to get my tires somewhere else. NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I popped a tire on a Friday at 5:00 pm on 295, and had my vehicle towed to this location. I got there only twenty minutes before closing and they all stayed an extra hour to take care of my vehicle and someone else's vehicle. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was able to take my car home that night. Very nice people, would recommend 100%. read more

I called to ask the price on 2 tires installed... was told $280. $120 per tire plus mount/balance/install. Dropped my vehicle off the next morning. I come to pick it up and it's almost $400. After taking the optional roadside assistance off that they automatically put on, I still walked out paying $348 for $240 worth of tires. Nickel and dimed for everything. I didn't notice they added $16 for the optional lifetime balancing, plus $20 for tpms rebuild kit. I know for a fact it doesn't need that. Manager tried to tell me the quote over the phone didn't included this because he didn't know a 2012 vehicle had tpms sensors. We all know tpms sensors are mandatory in 2012. I would have went elsewhere had the guy on the phone told me the truth or the guy I dropped my van off with had given a full quote prior to dropping my vehicle off with them. I will NEVER go back and don't recommend ANYONE go to this store read more

This place is full of crooks. Went here for a simple oil change and they were trying to say I had no shocks and they were leaking and it would cost me about 1,163 after everything. I didn't believe them one second and just wanted the oil change. I drove all the way to North Carolina and back and they whole way I was leaking oil. These idiots forgot to tighten the drain cap. I taken it back to them only 4 days after the oil change and they were saying that I must have gotten another oil change in between the time because they don't use red seal only blue seal.. I ended getting them to tighten it and a whole new oil change since there was barely anything left. And I proceeded to ask them how my shocks were, and they said my shocks are in great condition... read more

The worst customer service ever dropped my car off at 930am for a scheduled appointment and still wasn't done at 4pm. They left my car turned over ran the battery down and then acted like they don't know what happened. Found a screw in my left front tire. Dropped it off for repair at 12:00 pm and was told it would be ready at 6:30 pm. When I came back, was told "we didn't have a chance to get to it. Leave it overnight or come back tomorrow." They had no problem taking the $600 when I bought the tires and road hazard protection. But I'm at the back of the line for them to honor their warranty. On Feb 2, 2012 I dropped my car off during lunch to change a tie rod and get an alignment. I came back and noticed my car parked away from their building by itself and they had no customers. I didnt think much of it until i got home and noticed my bumper was barely hangin on, my headlight is pushed down and my grill pushed out and not flush anymore. Less than an hour later i was back and very pissed. Im never going back to this store. I been there at least 5 different times within a year. If you want your car fixed by some little kids and cant man up and tell you they messed up your car, go to this place. They will definately screw you over. I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While there, two techs damaged my back left brakes. A friend went to the store to try and get them to take responsibility, and even showed them on the store video where two techs were violently tugging and wrenching the back tire, and that this clearly was the cause of the damage to brakes. Manager still would not take responsibility. My friend is a decent mechanic, and he tried to reason with them, but they said a lot of nonsense like, "The wheel and brake are not connected."And, "The brakes are rusted because the car was purchased up North." They even tried to hand my friend an estimate of 641.00 to pay THEM to fix the brakes THEY broke. Today, got an independent opinion today from a reputable mechanic, and he said Tire Kingdom's behavior was "unbelievable," and they "definitely" are the ones who damaged my brakes. This is one of the most dishonest and despicable things I've ever seen. read more
