I was losing PSI in my tire and I stopped by here on 2 different occasions. They were kind enough as to tell me there was no nail in the tire but they did put air in the one it was low in. Ever since, I haven't had a problem but I appreciate the attentiveness to customer service here. I went in for an oil change and wasn't pushed into a synthetic blend or told my car had a million problems. It took less than ten minutes, they were super chill and to the point, and they even accepted a coupon (which hasn't been my experience in the past). No price gouging, no crazy pressure like I used to receive, just straightforward service. As a woman getting car service, that comfort and honesty really mattered to me. I took my car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and to check the lights that showed on in the dash board and to replace the front right turn signal bulb. Immediately they tell me I need a brake fluid replacement and power steering fluid flush/exchange plus the oil change and wiper blade replacement. I agreed and waited. The job was completed quickly and I paid. Driving the car out of the lot, see the lights are all on and the right turn signal light is still not working. Drive back to Jiffy lube, tell the guy the lights are still showing and the bulb was not replaced and he says, "We checked everything and nothing wrong. We put water in the windshield reservoir", which was another light showing up in dash board. Then another guy comes up and says "Sorry about the bulb, I will replace it now" of which I had to pay extra for it. A week later while driving, the engine light starts beeping and its flashing red, the gauge is showing the car is completely hot. Stop check the car and there is no coolant in the car. Walk to store in the corner and bought coolant. The next day took car to a reputable mechanic who said the engine was gone and also the radiator. They showed me and also sent me pictures of the damage. Of which I had to replace engine and radiator. On top of that showed me the wiper blades were bad and needed replacement. I have been told it was negligence that the radiator and coolant reservoir leak was not detected as it was very easy to detect. This same issue has happened before to others, having to REPLACE an engine at a VERY, VERY costly expense. Stay away, please. read more

Upon arrival, I requested a basic, conventional oil change and to replace my headlight bulb. I was charged for a $100 synthetic oil change because they claimed I asked for the same service from a previous visit. This was my first time at Jiffy Lube so there was no previous service for them to reference. They did not replace my headlight, my oil light came on when I got home, and when I opened the hood of my car to check my oil level, a plastic water bottle had been left inside by a staff and had melted to the top of my engine. The mileage on my receipt is extremely incorrect and the sticker for my next oil change is 9,000 miles off. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday just to get an oil change and a new tire for my passenger side which happened to need replacing. Turns out they wanted to do 3 other things to my car when really all I wanted was a simple oil change and a tire rotation for one tire. I ended up doing an oil change and breaker fluid for my 2007 Mazda 3. The service was less than Stellar but I was patient with them. Let's just say last night as I was driving around town, my service light came on and had to pull over the side of the road. Turns out a water hose busted. Will not come back here again!! read more

These people are dishonest. Went for an oil change, the mechanic and the manager called me and they said my break pads and also the discs had to be changed because they were uneven. They scared me saying if I didn't change them the car could start shaking on the highway while driving at high speed. I allowed them to convince me. Later I found out it was all lies and my discs were fine. They basically stole $1,000 from me. read more

I would not recommend this place, I did my oil change twice there, the first time was OK, yesterday I went to change my oil there since its super close to my house, when I finished got home, my husband opened the front to refill the windshield fluid for me. He found out there are 2 screws broken lying down next to the air filter airway. Obviously someone broke it, cut the guy took out the air filter to show me how dirty it is and ask me if I want to change it for 40 dollars. I had to go to 2 dealers to find the 2 broken screws, costs me $23 dollars to replace that. I went to jiffy lube afterwards to ask them what's going on with that. Obviously they broke it, so they just left it there pretend nothing happened, since they didn't expect me to open it n found out. The guy there started finding excuses, he said he didn't even take a look at it, never touched it. What a lier, it's so Obviously that's broken and loose, if he checked out everything else and trying to sell me 2 tires and other service around $400 dollars, how come he didn't see that. I had my 2 & 3 year old in the car with a flat tire. When I pull up they tell me they don't do plugs or patch it up they can only sell me a $300 tire. One terrible tactic this place uses however is the expensive cross sales they push onto consumers who are uneducated regarding car maintenance and repair. See photo for reference. I would not recommend any Jiffy Lube but especially not this one. I have no proof but I know they switch out my rims and put on used rims to my car. I had a long trip to Philly this past Feb 2019 and it took months before my husband and I realized they were switched out. I went to the car dealership autonation were I bought the car they told me they were not the ones. They were the only people who did a tire rotation because they said I needed it, oil change, which my oil is very dirty looks like they never changed who the f!$@! Knows. I did confront them but cameras dont go back that far. Oil change was way over priced at over $40.00. You can get the same oil and filter changed for $19.99 - $29.99 at almost anywhere else. They told me my brakes needed replaced which was true, but quoted over $700 when I went to a local MOM AND POP and got it all done for $550. Also quoted that I needed 4 new tires which I can tell will last another 6 months. I understand that Jiffy Lube is in the business of replacing things you don't need and for that reason I will not be back to this or any of their other locations. read more

I've driven by this place a hundred times and never really needed to stop in for anything until today. Usually, my oil changes are actually cheaper at the dealer so it wasn't a regular oil change that left such a great impression me. My headlamp bulb went out and I realized I had only about an hour left before sundown to replace it before I was on the road in the dark. Obviously, that's an easy ticket to get so I went to Autozone to purchase the specific bulb that fit my car. Once I had the bulb, I didn't really know how to change it and was afraid that I'd break something so I called jiffy lube to see if they'd help me install it. Andres answered the phone and assured me that they'd help me out and to stop by. Once I arrived, Robin quickly greeted me with a smile and treated me like a respected customer even when I was only there for something minimal. Sometimes we need great customer service like this to revive a place and make them worthy of your business. Knowing I received such great service so quickly made my experience worthy of another visit in the future. I won't forget them next time I pass by and based on their great attitude- I know I will receive great service. I brought my car here to this location for an oil change and windshield wiper blade replacement over 6 months ago. The wiper blades now make a horrendous sound on the car and then only 2 days later my radiator, which was working just fine, started leaking. Due to an emergency I had to get it fixed elsewhere. I thought nothing of it. I just recently went back last week to get my oil changed. I also had the coolant replaced in the car. Low and behold, not even a week goes by and my car is now having issues with engine overheating. I checked the coolant, and it's not even filled up. If you end up going to this Jiffy Lube, start making appointments to go someplace else to repair whatever damage they've done to the car. Either they're doing it on purpose, or worse, they have no clue what they're doing. Regardless, I will never go to this location again. read more

Get there for a normal oil change, dude calls me over and shows me my AC filter. I am not a car expert so I dont know if the level of dirtiness is acceptable or not, i take his word that it should be replaced. I proceed to tell him, don't worry about it, I would be doing it on my own. He then tells me AC filters are ONLY available at the dealership and they're ridiculously more expensive there. I am in a hurry and just tell him to go ahead. While waiting I search on my iphone, and as I had instinctively thought, they were $13 at local auto parts places versus $40!!! at jiffy lube. I run out to tell him to cancel that, he then asks the guy attending my car "did you already throw away his AC filter?" wait wait wait, you just supposedly showed me my air filter and i saw YOU throw it away. (I have a very strong feeling this is a raquet these guys pull all the time, where they arent even showing you your own filter) 1-Don't lie to my face 2-Don't con me I live about half a mile away and will never go again and will tell everyone I meet not to go there. They tried to upsell me on everything, the judging way that no one appreciates. I had to ask to see my oil level and the woman questioned it. I said I've never had an oil change where I didn't see it. My passenger seat was left dirty. The glove compartment door wasn't closing properly (they checked all my filters) so I drove back around. I came only for an oil change, but they messed up my A/C. They casually admitted to getting debris in the AC fan, so that my AC now makes a terrible humming noise like cards in spokes of a bicycle. They offered to vacuum it, but when they couldn't get it right, they gave up and told me I would just have to deal with the noise. I get the "upsell thing" and I can ignore it well enough, but they shouldn't take out all the parts just for show if they don't have the mechanical skills to remove/replace them properly, especially if they don't have a care to fix the things they break, which they don't. I called the Zone Manager and left a message, but he never called me back. Expect terrible service here. read more

The worst place ever. Don't go . This was my second and last time here. Went to change oil and when I go home the light of no oil turn on. I arrived home and checked the oil was empty, and it was leaking oil. I called and they sent the mechanic that checked it and told me they only changed the filter and that everything is ok, but when I arrived to the store my car wasn't leaking oil. What happened? They said maybe it's a hose or something else because the car is old. But it still wasn't leaking when I arrived. Now I can't drive my car because they want to take it another day to "repair ", they are not sure if it's a hose or another cause and I will have to pay for the repair. read more
