The employee, Kevin, almost seemed offended that I was there, and then was super quiet, and when he did speak it felt like he had an attitude, very uninformative about what was going on or what steps he's taking next, even thought I was standing right there by the counter. Highly recommend some retraining on the customer service aspect of the job. I would NOT take my personal vehicle here for work, I feel like I'd end up frustrated with the lack of communication

They began to charge me for the wrong car washes and it took sometime, to get that fixed. So, I started to search other local car washes. I found Blue Lagoon in Palm Harbor. They were able to look up my information, confirm that I still had my warranty, and confirm that they had the correct kind of battery in stock. Tony was great on the phone and with helping me get my situation figured out, and Kelly replaced my battery fairly quickly! Since it was under warranty I got the battery for free and just had to pay the cost of labor and removal, which was about $90. It's a little pricey but much cheaper than taking it to a dealership, so I'll take it! The service was great, employees were friendly, and the inside waiting area is clean & stocked with snacks/coffee/water.

Firestone talked me into getting the lifetime alignment deal because I'll be honest, I seem to have curbs jump out at me often, but anyway I was having a little trouble getting an appointment for the day I needed so they suggested that I try a Tires Plus. Awesome, I have one about 5 blocks from my place. Appointment was made for the day and time I needed and I opted in to stay and wait for them to do the alignment. Much to my surprise and delight, this curb instance didn't really do too much so they had me out of there in 30 minutes. Perfect. Their "solution" was basically: buy two new ones and we'll give you a new warranty -- but the one I already paid for? Completely ignored. The alternator was bad and the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. They took care of it all and it was great service and a very reasonable price. A couple weeks later I needed some brake work done, oil change and tire rotation and there was a noise when I would accelerate. I made an appointment to drop it off at 9 am and at 1245 they called to let me know it was done. They replaced all rotors and pads, adjusted the parking brake, oil change and tire rotation and replaced the serpentine belt since it had cracks in it. I guess at 293,000 miles it was time to change the belt on the Camry! . Justin is a great guy and offers quality service and is very friendly and professional!
