    I came in and Jay and Alex took service to me and made my experience a 5 star job and super easy. No other places in St. Cloud would do the mounting from my tires that I was bringing in other than them, they charged me $150 to mount all four tires on my car, which is an amazing deal If You think about it!! will definitely be returning here to get some deals and specials for tires check them out they are Worth it.

    I can no longer check the time in my van or access the radio.

    Went in to get my battery replaced when I picked up my van the radio had a code error e. I was told during the test drive it worked and it wasn't their problem.

    Taken from my trunk to service tires but was never returned to the trunk.

    I had the worst experience at Tire Kindom this past week. This is my first brand new car and time having to replace all the tires. I had just reached 45,000 miles on my Hyundai Ionic Hybrid. I came in for an alighnment and to replace my front right tire as it was the only bald looking tire. The mechanic told me he can't in good conscience do an alignment unless i replace ALL the tires. I told him I could not afford all the tires but let me get just the two front tires and I'll come back within a month to do the other 2 tires. Not a problem he says. I also told him I can't afford to add the warranty but could i add it when i come back. He tells me ok as long as I add it within 30 days. The date was 12/21 and after 355 bucks later my car was ready or so I thought. They left the lugnut kit that came with the care sitting on the passenger seat instead of returning it to my trunk where they found it. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I noticed both tires had their hubcaps protruding out like they are about to fall off once i start driving. I let the mechanic know. He tries to bang it into place without any luck. So he then got the younger mechanic (of which this kid was reluctant and somewhat upset) to add my car back onto the lift, remove the lugnuts, and reinstall the tire and hubcap properly this time. Both brand new tires didn't have matching psi once i entered my car. One was above 40psi and the other below 40psi. Btw the manual states 35psi recommended. Now just 4 days later on 12 /25 i got a flat while parked in my driveway. I waited till 12/26 when they opened, to fix my brand new front LEFT tire! I was not able to use my car on Christmas to get a tow to get my car out to tire kingdom as my 2022 hyundai never came with a spare tire (this was the first im realizing this.) Once they get the car and look at the tire, i'm informed there is a nail on the tire that is NOT patchable. I asked for any deals or discounts since i originally expected it to be covered. The lady at the front said since i did not have the warranty before the flat that it wont be covered today. I asked to add the warranty now. They allow me to but tell me that i need to pay for a full tire today AGAIN. To be honest if i could have taken my car somewhere else i would have because i find this customer service ridiculous. I understand if i tried to get the warranty after 30 days but if i was able to add it 5 days later then it should still be covered under their 12,000 miles rule. So 164 bucks later and ANOTHER brand new tire i am off. Once again both new tires had 2 different psi. One was 41 and the other 38. AAAAAND they left the tools they found in my trunk, just sitting on the passenger seat yet AGAIN. I still need to get 2 brand new tires. I REFUSE to go back to this location. Nobody showed me the damage to my old tire and where the nail was located. How do i TRULY know it was not patchable? These folks were shady to say the least. I still need to get 2 more brand new tires but now will have to wait even longer. Whenever I need to get maintenacne on these warrantied tires. I plan on taking it to another Tire Kingdom or Mavis. My first experience with Tire Kingdom really left a bad taste in my mouth. Dont make the same mistake i made and go to this location. These folks are only trying to increase their sales and overcharge you and take forever to finish your vehicle. Stay clear from this location.

    Worst experience ever, do not bring your car here even if you get a free service. Especially if you have to deal with the MANAGER "TERRY STITH". He is aggressive, rude, and don't know how to handle and be responsible of his mistakes. I took my 3 months old brand new Tesla performance tire just to get a screw removed. (We are talking about a $550 dollars tire). After it was fixed, my tire was returned all damaged with chunks of tire missing. I let Terry know and he said; "(I'm sorry that happened but the tire is still fine and nothing will happen if you drive it like this, I have seen worst tires before and it drives fine)". I asked him to make a report just incase something happens to my tire they are responsible for it. He said no problem I'll do that for you. So he wrote a note on the "Final Bill - Invoice" and gave it to me folded. I opened it and red it and it said (pieces of rubber missing prior to service). Told him that was messed up bc he knew his machine made the damage and he was first sorry about it but did not write it down. He got angry and started being rude and aggressive, after an argument he said; if your tire has issues just bring it back here and I'll help you. I said; yes but I want to make sure it's written down in case you no longer work here so I can use my tire warranty. He said; your tire no longer has a warranty because of the damage on it and the missing pieces so when your tire has an issue you have to come with me and I'll work it out to approve your warranty. I said okay make it work and give me a new tire now or a note saying that your machine caused the damage because I don't want to keep a $550 tire without warranty. He said I can't do that bc the tire still works plus you don't have proof that we caused the damages. Unless you can prove we did it then I'm not responsible for it. So I showed him a instagram story I posted of my tire right at 2:18pm with no damage other than the screw. And I was at the store at 2:56pm. He said well I don't know what you did in the mid time from 2:18 to 2:56 a lot of thing could have happened. I told him the only thing I did was putting that tire in the trunk, went to the bathroom and drive to his tire store. Nothing else happened. Then he said okay walk all around my business, if you find the matching missing pieces I'll be responsible. So I walked all around trying to find the missing pieces but I didn't find it. so I told terry could been hiding the missing pieces or throw it away. Anyway, he wrote on the back of his business card saying he will approve my warranty if my tire has issues in the future and if I have a problem about the tire I should comunícate to Michelin directly. Obviously that doesn't help at all.

    Tire Kingdom wanted to charge me $85 to replace a Tire valve stem sensor for a 2006 Dodge Ram.  My truck those not have a tire sensor.

I called the number for this location to see if personal checks were accepted. I was told yes with ID. When my wife tried to pay Angel rudely told my wife they don't and that no one would have told her that. He went on to say she could leave but they would keep her car. Seeing that she was in the car during service this would be a physical threat. Another employee apologized to my wife and said no one likes to work with/for Angel.     On February 28, I brought my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan to Valvoline for an oil change. At the time…read moreof arrival, the vehicle was operational. During the service, Valvoline staff made comments about a noise coming from the vehicle and stated that it sounded like a transmission-related issue, specifically suggesting it may need transmission fluid. Based on that concern, I requested that the fluids be checked. I was informed that they were checked, and the service documentation reflects that the transmission fluid was marked as "OK." This vehicle has a sealed transmission system, and no explanation has been provided as to how the transmission fluid was properly verified. On March 17, while driving to Xtreme Motor Works to have fluids topped off in preparation for an out-of-town trip, the vehicle began bucking. Due to safety concerns, I left the vehicle at the shop overnight and did not continue driving it. Valvoline later acknowledged responsibility for an oil leak related to the prior service. I offered to have the vehicle towed to the mechanic for repair. This option was declined. Valvoline staff stated that the vehicle was safe to drive despite the oil leak because there was still oil in the vehicle. On March 18, they chose to operate the vehicle and drove it approximately 30 miles to the mechanic shop. Following this, the vehicle's condition worsened significantly. The vehicle is now completely inoperable and presents multiple transmission-related fault codes consistent with pressure loss and internal failure. Valvoline has since refused responsibility for the current damage, stating they were unaware of any transmission issue and has closed my claim. While I acknowledge the possibility of a pre-existing condition, Valvoline identified a potential transmission concern during service, documented the transmission fluid as "OK" without a verifiable method on a sealed system, accepted responsibility for an oil leak, and made the determination that the vehicle was safe to operate. They then chose to drive the vehicle despite the availability of a safer alternative. Valvoline failed to exercise reasonable care in handling the vehicle. The decision to operate the vehicle under these conditions directly preceded and contributed to a significant worsening of its condition.

    While on the highway, I got a flat front passenger tire. I had already booked my Genesis to go to…read morethe Hyundai dealer for a wheel alignment, but then the tire thing happened. I went to another shop and purchased a tire because I didn't trust driving to Orlando on the spare. That also was a mistake. I blame myself mostly, because my car has never been to any other shop than the dealer and most of these places have no clue how to care for luxury cars. I paid for a wheel alignment, balance and oil change. When they were done, my car was driving like crap. It was not driving as smooth as it usually does. I brought the car back to them, I don't know what they did but they took it out for a drive 3x. When they came back they said it was fine. It was not fine. It was driving rough, and even shaking when it got to a certain speed. I drive out and came right back and asked again for the supervisor. The "probable" issues were: 1. Maybe your barely driven car has a transmission issue that's why it's shaking. 2. Something is wrong with your 2 brand new tires that's why they are riding so rough. I won't say what the real issue was which was partially their fault when I finally brought it to the dealer, but needless to say they will never touch my car again. I had to get another wheel alignment and balance. I considered bringing the report from the dealer to them, but I was so disgusted I knew I would get into an argument with the supervisor so I decided to just take the loss and never go back there and I probably won't recommend anyone to go there either. If you don't know how to service a certain car, you should tell the customer.
