It is an interactive experience as you stay in your vehicle the whole time. They ask you to put on your left turn signal, right turn signal, breaks, etc... I watched in disbelief as they removed my cabin filter from behind my glove box. I couldn't believe how filthy it was. I have trust issues so I might not have believed it came from my car if I wasn't sitting in the car and hadn't witnessed it with my own two eyes. Prices are reasonable and service is lightening quick. I highly recommend this place (especially if you have trust issues like me). Today, was my first visit here, but it won't be my last.

They told me my power steering fluid was black and needed a flush. He quoted 99.99. I said no, and then he discounted it 15%. I still said no as I figured my guy at home could do it for less. He didn't push me. He accepted the first no with no scare tactics like others here write about. I checked with my mechanic shop and they wanted just as much. When done they laid down a red carpet to walk on to get back in my car. Its just a 2001 beater by now and hardly a red carpet car, but it was kind of cute they make an effort to make you feel good. Maybe all Jiffys do that now. I have no idea. They never used to. Or maybe its just this location doing what they can to win your business. I have no complaints here.
