My tire blew off the freeway and I live 80 miles from here. After calling around to look for my size tire I found this place the guy was very nice from the start. The place was getting ready to close but couldn't get the tire off. So I kept calling to see if someone could wait until I can get off he was so very nice to wait for me to get the tire off and they were able to fix it even though they had closed already. They went above and beyond in customer service all the guys that were there were very nice and helpful. I feel so appreciated that he was so kind to wait for me because I would have been stuck in the middle of no where without any help. Thank you guys so much you are life savers! read more

Probably the best tire shop I've been to. I live in the bay and Amazon accidentally got my tires delivered to my friend's house that lives out here since we share accounts. I decided to call local tire shops to get quotes and this was the first place I called and didn't have to call anywhere else. I brought my wheels and tires in and wait times wasn't to bad probably took less then 30 minutes to do everything, customer service was great and their work was even better. Will come again when I need new tires since I own a few cars probably sooner than later. Their pricing was so reasonable so I would highly recommend this place over all. Thanks again! Came here on a business trip and noticed that our tire was completely flat after our meeting, found this place 4 minutes away, I called and they said they could get me in, brought the car and they inspected the tire, it was tire itself that needed changing, I was able to get a used tire for $50 to get me back home. Staff was friendly too and they even showed me the tire so that I knew what was wrong. read more

One of my tires kept losing air and we finally went in to get it fixed while we were in town. First off they are open on Sunday which is fabulous. Secondly They sold me a great used tire and sent me on my way in 15-20 minutes. Wish I would have gone in sooner!! Thanks for fixing us up and sending us on our way. read more

Stop calling or driving around to find the best price for tires. Tire Palace, in my opinion, had the lowest cost . I replaced 4 tires with a complete front end and tire alignment. During their free safety check, my front brakes were at 10% and replaced. Good pricing and friendly services. The waiting room was nest and clean. read more

I was told I would be charged no more than 40-50 for a tire. When I went to pay the bill surprisingly they charged a few cents shy of 80.00 for a used tire!!! They claim they only charged me 40 for the tire so that means they charged me 40 for changing the tire itself. I will not be going back here that's insane for a used tire. Go elsewhere don't get ripped off!!! read more

There was a chunk of metal in my tire. This was the closest place. I called ahead and they were friendly and said they could help with no waiting. When I got there they were ready to help. They gave me the options and time it would take. I was in the waiting room for maybe15 minutes when they came in to let me know it was done. Muhammad is awesome, Ive got terrible luck with my tires, they dont seem to like living long, im not a fan of tow trucks or flatbeds and he was willing to drive over to your location take your flat drive back to his shop and once he fits a new tire on and drives back it takes max an hour, and does an amazing job. if I were to recommend anyone friends or family or even neighbors if I knew of a cheap but also great quality, take their time, know what the hell they are doing type of tire shop well this is the only one I go to now so id recommend keeping tire palace as youre one and only plus he doesnt just do tire repair he does caliper painting, suspensions, basically everything anyone wants done to make their vehicle look mad nice. read more

Z who worked there was very kind, I had took in my lexus because I had a nail in my tire and they were about 5 mins to closing and he was so helpful and caring to fix my tire and made sure that it was safe and good for me to go. I needed my rear tires replaced and they were able to get me a very good deal. I wasn't planning on getting my brakes changed but i decided to get those done too since the price was so fair. Brought in my lexus the other day to get all new tires and an alignment. Each wheel had a lock nut on it and like always I was not able to find they key for them. They were helpful and was able to remove the locks without the key!! The service and price was so awesome that I brought in my van today for all brand new set of tires as well.
