You just see racks of tires, but they were very professional reasonably priced replace the tire quickly checked my other tires and found a screw was in one of them so I was thankful for that and had that repaired as well. Don't believe everything you read. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners went above and beyond checking every inch of my car when I knew there was a problem but couldn't pinpoint it. Called me every step of the way to inform me of what was found and was fair on all pricing. They were knowledgeable and didn't quote things that were not needed, even told me the things that would need to be done soon but not right away. Very poor service. I got two tires replaced and an alignment done. The alignment was off. I came back a few days later to have them re-check it, and was essentially ignored. I waited for an hour and asked 3 times during that time what the deal was and was repeatedly brushed off and told they would get to it "in a minute". Meanwhile multiple employees were sitting around on their phones or chatting with their coworkers. After an hour of waiting another customer came in and was seen right away. When I came into their bay to ask what the deal was, I was told to go wait in the waiting area. At that point I had had enough, and left. This place is as honest as it gets. Ben not only provided what I needed for my vehicle, but his customer service and true concern for me as a customer and fellow driver is what amazed me. I saw that he was this way with every single customer who came in. He genuinely wanted each customer to leave safer than when they had arrived. He was upfront and honest on everything. Bullied into paying hidden fees. Asked for a quote to install and balance two tires man at the counter said $40 each. He tried to sell me on alignment which I did not want. After installing he then told me it would be an extra $4 per tire for disposal. I asked him why he failed to mention that when i first asked he replied its federal law etc. I said that's not what i'm asking why did you not disclose the extra costs. When I change my oil i don't get charged extra for disposing the oil filter. He started yelling and got in my face (obviously not wearing a mask) about the laws of disposing a tire and I should have known. How would I know i'm not in this industry I asked. He continued to yell and as he walked off. I asked him if he wanted to make this right so we are both satisfied. He scoffed and told me to pay in the office. Which I promptly did. Came in from out of town and caught a nail in my tire shortly after coming off the highway and was loosing air quickly! I google the closes place and found there was 20 min until closing and cautiously drove there. Pulled and was greeting by a nice lady who told me they would see what they could do. A few sec later the owner came out and said he was closing now. I explained I was from out of town and could see all the garage doors we up and if they could at least help me with the spare. He was so rude and nasty I'm wondering if he has a mother and / or sister. He was a cold and so dismissive it made me cry! Terrible service. Went in with nail in center of tire. Staff convinced me I needed a new or used tire. I paid $80 for used tire. Within a day tire was totally flat. When returned to tire super center, the owner/manager was crazy rude and dismissive. Staff member was friendly but told me owner would not replace. Owner refused to replace or change tire as no warranty on new tire..... I told him that it was unacceptable as they had sold me tire, and he was rude and told me F You. Last week I had a flat tire. Instead of putting air in it I went to a local tire shop in Winter Garden since I was in the area. I already knew it was time to replace all 4 so I got a quote for used tires. The mechanic also suggested an alignment. He said my total for 4 used tires and alignment would be $395. I agreed and sat in the waiting area. When I called to update my husband he was livid. He told me to get out of that shop right away. I immediately told the mechanic. He put my old tire back on and got my car off the lift. He charged $10 for the work he'd done so far. I paid then went to get my car. The tire is now completely flat and the driver side front tire is low. A mechanic standing in the bay looked at me and said "you know we can't put air in that now." Another mechanic standing next to him says "Let us know if we can help." I REFUSED to beg for air. I backed up my car. Called my husband and we decided to get my car towed to the tire shop I've always used. I drove my car two blocks down to an auto parts store and it was successfully towed from there. I met my car at my regular tire shop Tire Super Center of APOPKA where I've gotten Tires for the past 5 years and purchased 4 used tires. The owner referred me to J&K Automotive across the street for the alignment. Total out the door for all $300. When I returned home my husband who has known the owner of the Winter Garden shop since they went to school together informed me that not only does the shop in Winter Garden overcharge the owner has expressed racially insensitive views on social medial. Super friendly! I felt like I was in a business that I had frequenting for years... However it was my first experance. I had just dicovered that I had a corruped (bulging Tire sidewall.) and was leaving in the morning for a 500 mile trip. It was late in the day and I had visited 4 other tire providers on the hunt for this uncommon tire that needed replacing. It was late when I arrived and found that unlike the other places I had ben (some of which were major chains.) They could get me a new tire early in the morning... when all others said two days. Add to that they knew exactly what they had in inventory in an instant. I think I was speaking to the owner. She was incredably helpfull.... letting me know she did have one good quality used one in stock right now. It appeared in the office right away after I said I was interested. It was a fine tire and would save me an early morning visit for the new one before gettin on the road. Although it was late in the day and was near closing They opened a by for me and had it installed in no time. The price was extreamly fair and they informed me that I was missing my lug nut wrench... (my first tire issue with car.) They told me the size i needed and recommended the place with the best price. The service and choice of product was absolutly stellar! read more

My review is based off of a simple tire patch. The price was fare ($20) and there was no wait time so HUGE bonus points. Action gator tire was $20 too but had over 2 hour wait. Clark tire and auto was $25 and had 45 min wait. Yes this place was dirty and greasy and wait area was some musical chairs outside but a guy like me can handle that. Not very friendly guy followed me in the door since they have no desk person as two guys work the cars also handle front desk. All ok with me to keep costs down and prices down. Could he have been more friendly? Yes. Did he try to say I needed new tires? No. But than Gain I'm a guy and I'm sure they prey on the women customers. So 5 stars for speed and price. But 1 star for no personality and horrendous customer waiting conditions.....hence 3 star review. It tire patch fails I'll update my review! Lol read more

Came here to get new breaks on my car was quoted $640 for the break pads & rotors. Initially they wanted me to sign a written statement with no description of the work or cost available to me which I denied to sign. Before I could agree to anything James had already taking my tires apart. Halfway through the job I was told I would need the front driver caliper to be replaced another $200. I came 8:30 in the morning for a used tire & the employee showed me a tire but I needed two so he told me $120+ disposal + taxes so I said is little higher but is ok, later he said its ready,but he gives only one tire and he said that what they charge; few hours later the same tire exploded & I brin it back so they show me another tire that looks good but ended instead with a different tire that is not the one they show me. The "mechanic" working on my car broke a stud when I asked how long it would be to replace it he said come back tmw I said sorry that won't work man I work all week so he acted like he was doing something for a bit then told me "well your hub has to be removed to replace the stud so I'm gonna need $50 labor" I said $50 for something you broke? I came here to get a patch on my tire, was quoted $40. Then I heard stories that it cannot happen and was told $90 for a new tire. Very unprofessional, and disgusting these creatures are. I only went here since it was close by my house. When I left, I noticed that the air cover thing was off so all of my air was coming out and I had a flat tire. This is how you honestly go out of business and no one will come back to you. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I had my heart set on patronizing a local small business but after having bought several sets of tires, having one burst on the highway at under ten thousand miles, while the other, installed at the same time is still good for use, only to have a service tech tell me it is my car's fault and that there must be something wrong with my car. I will never use this business again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else use them lest you be fooled by their questionable integrity. Did I mention that I paid for an alignment that only says alignment on the receipt but when I stated that I had gotten an alignment there within the past month, I was informed that they only do two wheel alignments And that they don't do 4 wheel alignments. Thank you for helping my husband when he had a a wobbly tire that was about to blow. He called me at work and told me that place is going to replace it for over $250 and only the one tire on our older beat up car that's just used for work. I told him to call tire supercenter in Wintergarden and I'm glad he did. They were able to take care of him for a fraction of the cost and l put back the hubcap that is been off another tire for over a year because it's a tricky German car. On 9/16/2013 I stopped in to have my tire repaired & the tech did a good job. However, while I was there I was approached by a guy name Chino who said, "You need new rotors & brake pads. We can do it for 1/3 of what the dealer would charge--$600." Apparently, there are two businesses at this location JR Auto & Tire Super Center. This should have been my warning. They pretended it was a breeze & the cost was $639.00. Then after Iagreed, it took several hrs. because they didn't have the parts in house. I waited at McD's & they finally finished by car at 7:00--5.5 hrs. later. When I started my car something metal clanked & the brake pad warning light buzzed. I ran bk to the shop & told Chino. He was getting into his car & yell fm a distance bring it bk Monday. I said but is it dangerous or is it ok to drive? He said, "It's just the sensor that doesn't recog. the new pads." Don't worry abt it bring it bk on Monday. As I drove hm the noise got worse. The brakes seized and locked. I was scared to death. All I could think abt accident, death, hurt someone else. This guy obviously didn't care abt my safety nor the safety of the people on the rd w/me. I debated whether I shd tk it bk, but when something fell off...that was my answer. I tk it to the dealer & this is what he wrote: The tech found left front caliper mounting bracket bolts loose. Also found brake pad sensor (L Front) damaged due to improper installation. Caliper bolts were damaged due to use of incorrect tools but are still ok to use. Replaced front brake pads (both sides) & rechecked & torqued all bolts on all brakes. Found 2 bolts loos in rear brakes (1 ea. in L & R rear). I went bk to the shop to get reimb. for the $257.49 the dealer charged to correct the their bad brake job. Chino stated, "You'll have to speak to Philip the mgr. cause he took you money." I asked when he would be bk & he said an hr. I said I'll wait. Chino reentered the shop & tried to argue w/me so I said I'm just waiting to discuss this w/the mgr. He then stated, "I am asking you to leave, you need to get out or you will be trespassing." I said I was not leaving until I spoke to the mgr. Philip. He tried to tk the box of parts out of my hand, but I held tight. He then said, "You have been asked to lv so now you are trespassing. I said, "You are welcomed to call the police, as a matter of fact I will call them for you." Two officers came & advised me to tk them to small claims to get reimb. for the dealer fees & punitive damages because they almost killed me. This shop had no business lic. & 2 dif. names. Although the tire shop was honest, the owner obviously knows that this Chino guy is a nasty, abusive, & violent man. Needless to say, the dealer fee would have been just $725. I saved nothing because the time off wk, tolls, towing, dealer fees, & gas cost me $921.49. read more

Went to get my wheels aligned ($60) & was told by the guy I needed new tie rod ends. But he'd do it all for $300 & it was imperative because they only had 15% wear left!!! I called my husband because we are going on a long road trip so I wanted us to be safe. He said he'd do the Tie rod ends easily at home & then we'd go back for alignment. My husband went & bought the parts, set aside the time to do them in his extremely busy schedule. Took the wheels off (which the tire guy didn't even do) & the tie rod ends were fine!!! It's NOT OK to lie to clients, female or not!! I'd never go back here again! Sadly I couldn't trust the quote!! Good morning, this is to tell you what happened to me in this business, I went for a used rubber, I talked to the manager and he told me that he had it, then he told me that he had only one and it was useless that he had a new one for 101 dollars, I told him to mount it. I wish I came to Yelp first before I let them steal my money, time and frustration. Went in to have new tires put on with alignment. They noticed the brakes were squeaking and said they would do them too for $ 218 extra. The day I left the car I got that dreaded call from JR's auto repair which is the section of their business located on the left side of their building. He told me my rotors and other things are also ruined and it would cost another $ 500-600 dollars. Why did I say yes? I did. They took the entire day to fix everything and when I left my car was squeaking worse then when I took it in. I went back three days later and JR said that is normal and he sprayed some lubricant on the brakes and said their must be some glue that got stuck on the rotors and it would burn off = give it a week or two. I waited 10 days and it got even worse. I went back yet again and he took my car for a few hours. He called me and had the nerve to say it was my calipers and that it would cost another $ 500 and he would fix my car. Of course I did not let them continue to scam me and I told him to let me drive it around a few more days to see if it might still work. Meanwhile I had called the local Honda dealer and told them I was coming with my car. JR pleaded with me and said don't drive it but to let him change out my calipers and that would fix it. I said that is OK and that I would be back in a few days after I drove it around. I only said that because I was in fear they would do more damage to my car. The Honda dealership told me within 20 minutes that it was simply the brakes that JR and Tire Center had put on. After 1 hour Honda had me out the door and my car ran perfect = no squeak. The Honda service guy gave me the faulty brakes JR installed and said to take them back to the place to at least get a refund for that portion of what they did wrong. To think that these people were going to try to steal another $ 500 off of me in addition to what they stole before. I waited a week to calm down and went back to Tire Center and JR and gave him the brakes back and said I only wanted a refund of the $ 218 for what I was giving him back....not to worry about the alignment or labor or all the time/money and stress they caused. He refused and this is what he had the nerve to say..... "The calipers are still bad and if you got them fixed by me then the brakes I put on your car would work". My lost money is beyond the $ 218 because of the bad alignment job they did (if they did one at all) and the labor and I question if I even needed all 4 rotors done but alls I can do know is take them to small claims court, dispute the charge and at least let other people know what is in store for them if they drive into this horrible place.
