SCAMERS!!! Apparently, I haven't been the first one who has been taken advantage of. Unfortunately, I went there just for a nail on my tire, since it was irreparable I was informed that a new tire was needed, as they didn't have the same tire. They had to install "my spare tire" since they pulled out the nail and tire got flat. I had no choice but let them install it. I was told "there was no charge" I thought it was very odd since they had spent over an hour in my car. (In all that time the female kept going to the back and staying long periods there, fishy) Well, I ended up driving away with a junk of piece spare tire shoved into my car, because they didn't install my original brand new spare tire. Since, I'm not playing games with the devil I had it documented. Next business day early morning I called to communicate them that I wanted my original spare tire back. Female on the phone was the same front desk person that was there that day, she just demonstrated her lack of professionalism, she denied everything and said bring your car back "I'll show you". I asked, what are you going to show me? She wanted to show me: How to force fit the spare tire jack into the piece of junk she and her elderly parter shoved into my car. Seriously? You wanted to show me how to fit the jack on something that I own, that belongs to me!? Like if I have no clue how the stuff that I have on my car must be perfectly fitted or placed, I was not born yesterday lady. Then, she proceeded to lose her temper and started yelling at me that if I have a problem with my car I should just bring it back to them. NO! I would never give you a chance to place your hands on my belongings EVER again! Further more, she continued yelling and threatened me to call her corporation if I keep calling and hung up my call; What's your corporation supposed to do, other than be ashamed of how this branch doesn't waste time to take advantage of customers. Also, I know a young lady that went to this place; she said they messed up her tires and they tried to keep one of her brand new tires. She asked them to give back to her and they were "oh, yes! We "forgot " we'll bring it to you" Boo! Stop thinking we females are an easy target and that we have no clue what belongs to us, or that we are ignorants and that we had no people that have our backs. So, here are my two cents to your business. First, you DO NOT had the right to yell at me lady, the only person who had the right to do that was my mother (yet she never did). You are no one to attribute yourself that right, apparently no one taught you, that taking someone belongings is called: stealing! Second, I never went there to ask anything for "free" I would have been more than happy to pay for the service and your time. But the "free" crap it's their bait. Advice; if you really want to save money, take your business somewhere else trustworthy as I did for my tire and brakes, based on other reviews (I would never compromise my safety with them). I had to get a new original spare tire because there was no way I would have shoved that piece of junk into my car. And no, no! No way, I'm not longer interested to talk to the management of this branch. I wasted enough time, money and energy with your shady business. Oh! by the way yelling lady, your nails looked bad! WHAT HAPPENED TO JIM?? I have been going to this place for over 18 years and today was my last! I felt totally taken advantage of 229 for oil change w/ filters! Has not been the same since other company took over so over priced and I truly can't believe what they said about my car! The trust is gone need a new place!! read more

We moved to the area a year ago and needed to find a place to bring our vehicles. We bought tires last year for my husband's Ram truck and more recently he needed 16 spark plugs replaced, cooling system exchange, fuel inj. system serviced and an oil change, he would do all this himself, but it's pretty labor intensive and he didn't have the time. The tech, Jeff Johnson, far exceeded our expectations of servicing our vehicle. His professionalism and knowledge assured us we were leaving our truck in good hands! This is our shop for all our vehicle needs and will be requesting Jeff, if we're able, to be our tech! read more

Stay away!! I had them mount 4 new tires. When I picked up my car, my wheels were covered with the soap they use as a lubricant and I didn't think much of it. The next day I went to clean them off and that's when I noticed why they'd left them do dirty. They had completely scratched and mangled the lips of all 4 rims. They had gouged into the aluminum and there were large flakes of paint that were loose and separated from wheel. I couldn't believe the damage they had done! I had just had them professionally repainted the month before so they looked like they were virtually brand new when I dropped it off. Fortunately I had taken pictures so I figured theres no way they wouldn't take responsibility. Nope. Sean, the manager swore that that's how it was when I dropped it off. He refused to look at my pictures and was completely defiant. I called their main office and it turns out he's the regional manager and the person that would handle a problem like this, so apparently this is their policy for all of their stores. I was in the collision repair industry for 20 years, 6 of those as a shop owner, and never in a million years would I ever dream of treating a customer like this! They said that someone from the would call me back but sure enough, no one has. Whatever you do, stay away from this business! read more

Called ahead today and talked with Sean. I had been calling a bunch of places all day trying to find two new tires for a low price considering I'm getting rid of the car soon. Nobody could meet my budget. Right away Sean got me the cheapest tires under my budget! When I got there he was super friendly. Even though they where busy I was in and out in less then an hour! Which of course made my day run so much smoother! Awesome customer service, quick, & great prices! Looks like I found my new car place! read more

I just had the greatest customer experience I have had in a long time. As a female I get so anxious when I have to take my car in for anything. From now on I won't! Jim & Bill at Tire tracks made me feel so comfortable! From calling in the morning and asking questions, to keeping updated on what was going on & even taking me back to the garage to explain & show me what was going on! Last month my driver's side tire fell off while driving (no injuries to me, just the car). Had it towed to Tire Tracks for them to fix it and was amazed by the service. Within about three days the repairs were made and my car was ready to hit the road again. More recently I have been hearing a knocking noise whenever I would drive over any bump in the road. I took my car to the dealership to cash in a coupon on an oil change and inspection and they said that the knocking was more than likely a result of damage to the struts with an estimate of around $700. I brought my car in to Tire Tracks for a second opinion and not only did they remember me from having my car in there a few weeks before but also said how they remembered the knocking noise as the sway bar links instead, a $100 fix. Now I don't hear the knocking any more and it only took a half hour of my time waiting for the repair. Tire Tracks is a great shop to do business with and I will be keeping them in mind for any future auto repair needs. read more
