On my last visit, one of the technicians drove my car off of the property and didn't return for 5 minutes. (this never occured on any of my previous visits) When i asked about this, I was told this practice is "standard procedure". When I commented that this never happened in the past 20+ years, I was told they did it wrong in the past. I have used other oil change companies in the past. My cars were never driven off of the property. I will not use Tuffy Tire and Auto in the future.

I've taken our vehicles to Brian on a few different occasions when I either haven't had the know how or time to do the repairs myself and his work is always top notch. He's even managed to schedule me in a last minute pinch. I've had him work on no start issues, brakes, wheel bearings and every time the repairs have been done on time and at or below the price he quoted. I believe the first time I went to Brian was for the wheel bearings on my 2000 Ford SVT Contour, the dealership wanted more than $700 for both. I about died! Brian came in well under $400. His prices and the fact that he never suddenly "finds" something else that has to be replaced is what has sold me on using him for repairs to my vehicles. The car always comes back just as clean as I drop it off, no grease on the steering wheel, seats or anything. He even takes the faceplate off my stereo and hides it out of sight when my car is there, as this is the only time it sits outside. I would refer this shop to anyone at anytime, and actually have!

They did their best to try and revive the auxiliary battery, because it was a hybrid. They literally had it for a couple of days to do their best to get it to re-start, but it did not ... and they didn't even charge me ONE penny! Fast-forward to this year, I got a new car and stopped in one day when I was in the area to ask how much they charged for a winter prep inspection and he gave me a price so I made an appointment. This morning was my appointment and not only did he keep the good price he quoted me, but their oil change price is $13 cheaper than my old place I used to go with my old car, so I had him do that, too! I like when folks quote prices and stick to them - nothing "snuck" in. I like to support local (especially in my own town), family-owned businesses as well, and that is what this one is, too. Nothing against where I used to go, but I decided this is the place for me and my new car, and I highly recommend them to you as well. Tyler is the gentleman I was dealing with. I originally went to Firestone because I thought I had a tire that needed to be repaired, but they were unable to help. I then came to Tuffy, where Vince and his team took the time to properly inspect the tire. During their inspection, they realized the tire actually did not need a repair after all. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. They did not charge me anything for the inspection and simply gave me the information I needed. Aqueel makes excuses for jobs he can't do or isn't confident in doing. Anything more complex find a mechanic that'll give you a warranty. Aqueel can't afford warranties. Maybe be has a warranty on the PARTS but he won't replace anything for free and will look for you to pay his labour. Even if the part fails you're expected to pay labour. So if the part is $200 and it fails, you dont pay the $200 part he gets it for free but still wants you to pay his labour fee. Bollocks mate! Quite a scam and unprofessional behaivor. Pay the pretty penny at a real mechanic shop and get a warranty for parts AND labour. In so many businesses in this Country of USA when you replace a part they give you a certain amount of time as a warranty. Then replace that part FREE of charge if it is defective (manufacturer defect) in Aqueels garage you will still pay. This is a greedy way to do business and sadly me or my family won't go back. I will drive 30 or 40+ minutes to a different mechanic who is slightly more expensive but Sadly aqueel will no longer be getting my money. Sorry ol chap!
