I came here to get my tires mounted and balanced. Their prices were the best in town and their service was second to none. After the tech was done he noticed two of my tires had been mounted backwards and without even saying anything he put the car back on the lift and re did the work. I can't even believe I'm writing a bad review about this place since I've been coming here for about 5 years since it was big o then tire pros and now tires direct. I've had my oil changes in my car done here for a while now. My car is a 2012 with 57k, it doesn't have any problems other than standard maintenance. I'm waiting for them to finish my car and they come and tell me I need a new oil pan because the plug is stripped. Ummm no I'm not gonna pay $450 for them to replace the whole oil pan when they're the only people to change my oil! They proceeded to tell me that who ever worked on my "heali coil, which they don't do there" (conveniently) messed up the pan. How does that even make sense? My dads a mechanic I'm not stupid. So I proceeded to tell them no one has messed with any of that, and that I want my oil change for free. They gave it to me free and I immediately took it to a mechanic. What happen was they stripped the inside of my oil pan so that the bolt wouldn't latch anymore, and made up some bs to make it seem like it wasn't their fault, and wanted ME to pay them to fix it!!! Yeah never going back again! We went and bought a universal plug that aligned perfectly with the threading in the oil pan. Scammers! They never once mentioned that this was a problem any other time that I went here, and then sent me a rude comment! Yikes. read more

I was hoping to give them a better rating. Their prices are unbeatable but they made my appointment at 8:00am and opened at 8:05, one customer got mad and left. They said they'd have me out by 8:30 but they are slower than molasses. It's 8:30 and I'm still here. I'm going to be late to my next appointment. They shouldn't make guarantees they can't keep. Rude RUde RUDE!! I've been to this place before to get a tire patch done, no problems. Came back thinking I would get the same level of service and value, not the case. The guy at the counter who says his name is Mohamed Maren/ Moron , was the biggest jerk I've encountered in a while. So much so that this happen over a week ago and I still couldn't shake the way he made me feel. In the past, they charged me $10 for a patch which was an amazing deal, so I remembered them and returned for this service. The guy didn't believe me, said that it would never happen and that there's no way I only paid $10, said it's $20. He was very rude about it, came up with some "changed rates by this 2016" and I explained that I came long after this "change". Still didn't believe me, told him I can look for my receipts found it right in the car, walked back in and told him to take a look. He refused to look and basically refused me. Wouldn't honor the price that I had documents to prove and didn't care who I told about it. Hope he's the owner bc he told me he didn't care who I told. I was already running 305/40/22 Nexen Rodian tires on my truck so one day, I stopped at Tires Direct. Best thing I ever did. Doing your homework pays off. I knew how much I wanted to spend on four tires and then I called every shop in town to get an "out the door" quote for my Integra. I spoke with Jay who was pleasant and courteous over the phone and even more awesome in person, he gave me a far better deal than I could ever imagine. When I arrived he brought out one of the new tires so I could see it first, not a lot of shops do that. They also get five stars because I called in after 2pm and thought they would suggest I schedule an appointment for the next day, but they were able to take me in and the installation was done in 30 mins! I was able to do work in the waiting area thanks to the free WiFi and was surprised by the great selection of wheels they showcased. I normally see tire shops only cater to the big wheel market nowadays but this shop had me lusting for a few of their samples on display. When the car was ready Jay reminded me that their pricing included free rotations and flat repairs. Overall this was a great experience. read more
