The association denies receiving any profit from this arrangement, but that claim is difficult to accept given the frequency and manner in which these tows occur. The company's facility is located on an unmarked dirt road, hidden from public view, and its office is a deteriorated trailer that does not reflect a legitimate or safe business environment. Nothing about the location or their procedures inspires confidence. Residents and visitors should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company and the monopoly it has established with the Admiral Walk Condominium Association.
