I had booked in to have one tire replaced this morning at 10AM, with and out the door price of $261.45, which includes all taxes, fees and installation, hence the out the door price, as is stated at the time of booking via their website. On arrival, the gentleman on the desk, who I assume was the manager (who also happened to not be wearing a face mask) tells me it is going to be $295 and some change. I explained I had already been quoted the lower it the door price which was substantially lower. He told me no that's just the price for the tire and the additional is just fees and taxes. Err nope I don't think so. The break down was as follows: PRICING SUMMARY TIRE COST $216.99 - 1 + Tire $216.99 ea. They just earned a lifetime customer. Now service needs to be either outstand8ng or completely terrible for me to make the time to write a review, but I feel like these shady business practices need to be exposed for what they are. Noel the manager totally exploited my father's inability to understand the services being performed on his vehicle or the impact of a high interest rate revolving credit account. When I phoned to speak with Noel I asked for a refund of the unnecessary services and was told that they already provided a discount. I have been going to this tires plus for a while. Two days ago they changed my oil. I took my car home everything was fine until I go to leave for work the next morning, oil is ALL over my drive way leaking out of my car! Had to call the shop and the manger told me he felt (not having seen my car or my drive way) my car was safe to drive the 2 1/2 miles to the shop that towing was not necessary. Finally he agreed to pay to have my car towed to the shop after much back and forth. Come to find they knowing placed an old plug in my car and it was 4 qourts low (meaning I would have blown my engine if I drove it) I was over an hour late, never said sorry, and seemed like they didnt care. read more

I have been going to this store for almost 20 Years and have purchased all of my tires (4 cars) through them. In all of this time a gentleman named Corey was manager and assisted me in the highest degree of customer service. I would have given all 5 stars if he was still there however he ended up either quitting or getting fired......WHAT A LOSS TO THIS STORE!!!!! I tried to overlook this fact and have a simple nail removed from my tire. Went in and dropped my car off at 8am and was told it would be about an hour or 2 which was fine as I had other things to do. It got to be about 5ish and I still had not heard from this store so I figured they got busy and just forgot to call me....no problem. I went in and found 2 of their guys sitting behind the customer service desk with feet propped up and laughing and having a good time. When I asked about my car.....he said well we didn't have the key for my lug nuts as it wasn't in the glove box which I told them when I dropped it off and was told no worries. Well they had not fixed the tire for over 9 hours of it being there.......and no phone call.....nothing!!!! TIRES PLUS.....WHAT A JOKE, THERE IS NO JOKE HERE.......BRING COREY BACK AS HE HELD THAT PLACE TOGETHER.......no doubt lost my business, which I assume they could care less just gives the employees that much more time to just sit around and chill. I know I am not the only person who finds themself without a lug nut key since sometimes cars are sold like that when you buy used. I've been coming to Tires Plus for years, and I'm done. I'll let them do the lifetime warranty wheel balances on the tires I still have my vehicles I bought from them but I'm done. This last time I buy 2 tires for Suburban for rear, and tell him to put the rears on the front and then the front tires need to be balanced and put on the rear. Also, Suburban is pulling to the right like cRaZy,...do a front end alignment! Pretty simple damn instructions right? Even the paperwork said that!!!! Well, I come to pick up Suburban after being there for 6 HOURS and W T F!!!! New tires on rear, but they were not put on front, which tells me that nothing else was done. I complain to desk person and I was assured that all was done except the front tires not being balanced and rotated to rear. I leave the place with my vehicle knowing that I'll have to come back and W T F AGAIN! The god damn Suburban is pulling to the right like cRaZy still. I'm pissed. Back to Tires Plus to Get it all fixed and this time I leave it with them for 7.5 hours. I return to get the vehicle and he tells me that all was completed. Drive down to Miami the next day and as soon as I get on the Highway and get to around 65 MPH, the steering wheel is shaking like cRaZy and the entire Suburban is vibrating like god damn vibrator. So here I sit for hours on end again, and I WILL NEVER USE TIRES PLUS AGAIN! I'm done. Incompetence is alive and well here. Maybe it's just this Tires Plus, and maybe they are all like this now, but my frustration level is so high that it's better for me to end our relationship. Wish me luck that they are able to get it right this time! Update: I return to this review and I'm guessing the District Manager leaves a response for me to contact him to make things right. Ok, but when I was reading the information he sent, I didn't have a pen to copy it. So now I go back to see his information and they deleted it. Left my company vehicle first thing in the morning on Sunday . Before I left, I explained that I needed an oil change and I had a flat tire due to a nail... when I picked up my vehicle later in the day, they were about to close, they mentioned that I had a flat tire. Of course I did, I mentioned it when I got there. They forgot to do it. Then they promised that they would order the tire first thing in the morning, I get there and they said the tire would get there later and that they would call me. They didn't even bother to call. Cannot speak for other Tires Plus locations, but this particular one is one of the best auto shops around. Yes if you go there on the weekends or high volume times you're going to be waiting FOREVER (but that's expected)! They do offer appointments which I've never done, but the times I've gone here for oil changes they've been excellent. First check their website for a coupon (they're always available). They offer your normal "free" checkups and tell you what else is wrong (which is expected as well). But they do the job correctly and don't mess with other crap. They're HONEST and fast for the most part. First oil change there was $16.99, today it was $8 for everything because I filled out one of those surveys retailers hound you with on the receipts. Go during the weekdays morning/afternoon and they'll get right on your car! read more

I made an appointment here to have a minor repair made to the splash guard below the front bumper of my car. I was signed in right away, and was in and out of the place within 25 minutes, problem fixed. The waiting area is small and pretty boring, but nobody's coming here for that. All of the staff members I encountered were polite. Plus, the price I paid was very reasonable, especially considering the outrageous price my car dealership quoted me to make the same repair. Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend this Tires Plus center to anyone! read more

I think one of the simplest maintenance tasks that a company like Tire Plus can perform is to change oil. After they changed mine I found oil in the engine shield pan which dripped oil on my clean driveway. As you may suspect it also oiled the bottom of the transmission and chassis. It's hard to clean the oils off the bottom of a car. That because the oil is suppose to be in the engine not on the bottom of the car. When I took it back and told them about the oil, the service agent thought it wasn't a big deal that there was oil all over the bottom of my vehicle. This is because they didn't catch the oil when the filter was removed and then didn't clean the spillage in the pan. Real sloppy work. If Tires Plus cannot change oil in your vehicle without making a mess of it, then reconsider them doing any repairs because of safety may be compromised. read more

Tip: Go there as soon as it opens if you plan to go on a Saturday and call ahead to make sure they can provide the service you want. I got my tires replaced there and I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed. I waited about 2.5 hrs since I got a wheel alignment too. My family owns several auto repair businesses...only problem is that they are 1200 miles north. I grew up working in our stores and kinda know the TBA business. So whenever I need service on my hoopdees, I'm picky, and have terminated business relationships upon the first sign of getting jacked around which brings me to my point regarding this Tires Plus location where I have special ordered tires, had tire repairs and rotations performed. Went into the place to get my tires changed because they were very bald, plus i was hearing a rattling in the front left tire which i thought was a nail. Before they quoted me, they told me right up front that they have a price match, so if i could find a better price, theyd match it. I found a cheaper quote, and true to their word, they matched it and discounted the tire warranty. After they changed the tires, they took the car out for a few spins to make sure the work was done properly, and noticed the same rattling, which turned out to be a faulty bearing. They quoted me but suggested my car was still in warranty and that i should probably contact my dealership so they would do it for free. The only reason this review has two stars is because of how helpful Sean was other than that this place is horrible. The first time I went was on July 9th. I had an appointment and I was still there for the entire day while my car was being serviced. When I left, it seemed like my car was in worse shape than when I came. My front brakes were done, a leak was fixed and I got a new crankshaft. $1200 later almost three weeks went by and my car wouldn't go over 15mph and the "new brakes" that I had were still squeaking. I had my car towed back here. This time I was told I needed spark plugs. Why wasn't this recommended when I was there three weeks earlier as something that needed urgent attention? I was also given a new battery before the price was discussed with me. There's a sign saying that any difference in the invoice has to be discussed with the customer. That didn't happen. Now I have my car back and the AC doesn't blow cold air when the car is idle. Not a pleasant experience at all. The only person who seems like they care about customers in this place is Sean. Everybody else just there. Beware if you take your car here it might end up cinder blocks. read more

Dropped car off next day at scheduled appointment at 1 and it was not busy. After 3 hours passed I asked where and why my vehicle is taking so long. I was told by the desk attendant very rudely that there are other people here and I would have to wait my turn. I said I thought my turn was at 1 o clock which is why I made an appointment. They finally pulled it in 3 hours and 10 min later. As it was finished at 4:40 I asked Dwight if the tires were rotated and he said. "Well if it's on the invoice then he probably did". As I went out to check to see if he did , as Dwight had no motivation to, the mechanic said he did not. I asked why and the rude desk guy just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I normally go to tires plus in palm beach gardens and always have a wonderful experience. I called and they said the tired had been ready a long time before my call and was extremely rude to me on the phone like it had been my fault. when I came to get it I could tell the manager was fed up with his staff. While driving with my daughter the other night, my battery died in the middle of a very busy intersection. I telephone Tires Plus and spoke to Ray who immediately sent Mathew to jump start my car and follow me back to the shop. When I got there I could see that the shop was ready to close for the night and really appreciated that Ray waited for me. The battery was changed in less than 10 minutes and a very reasonable price. Had an alligment done in West Boca Tires Plus shop on my A8 on Feb 24, 2016. The appointment was for 5:30pm. It wasn't busy so it seemed like a good time to go I was happy to be out of there in just 1 hour - until after the work I noticed no Before/after specs with the paperwork. I called back 2 minutes after I discovered it and they said that there was only 1 guy there and he was not the alligment guy, therefore, the before and after specs were not printed out. In addition he also said the specs were not saved so I could not get a print out. Before/after specs for allignment work is common place in the industry. The very best I can do is go back to the shop and get the car on the rack to obtain the current specs (while the previous specs prior to the work are no longer obtainable) I have a pet peeve for a job being done correct the first time as I do not have time to do the job twice (who does?) read more

Employees are liars & thieves, believing that they can bamboozle women (in particular) into believing that there car would be inoperable and in need of towing if certain work was not done. If you ever go here ask to speak with Kirk he works with you and makes things as easy as possible for you and tries to get the stuff you need done. hello i am taking the time to write this review please pay attention do not use this location i trusted my cars and my money with the manager noel is his name not only did they throw parts at the car ya the cliche spark plugs and some bogus ignition switch the car still has the same issue continuous 1 year later .. this issue still persisted in may 2020 driving 17 hours as my car would not accerlate or rpms wud not move the car it also stalls out randomly instead of being honest they decided to throw spark plugs at it not one time but two times ... and now these situations of the car issue are happening with my children in the car.... so i call noel to ask him ... his response "well you didnt have to make the repair" wtf is that ..... then they are trying to tell me they cant match it firestone up here in pa states with same issue tgey wont throw parts at .... well thats exactly what mr noel did throw parts at my car ... not only that i even purchased 4 brand new tires after this ... so i want my money back from the bogus bs repairs made to my car sooo in conclusion they are frauds and dint know anything and are dishonest people even the manager read more
