Buyer beware. Scheduled an appointment for new tires, and sent my wife to the appointment. As far as I know, the tires and installation is all ok. Then the upsale process started. They offered her unneeded products and services. They also told my wife the battery was undersized and tested bad, and the truck needed a new one. The battery tests fine elsewhere, as it should since it is brand new. I researched the battery size again. And the battery group size is appropriate according to multiple other sources, as opposed to what they told her. My wife disliked the experience and said she "would not go back". read more

Obviously the manager and assistant manager Shawn and Brian have been working there too long. ! After their mechanic cross threaded the valve on my NEW TIRE and my tire ran flat SEVERAL MILES down the road after leaving ,. Being handicapped , I could barely get on my knees changing my tire and bringing it back to them the next day where Brian checked it ,pulled out the valve stem noticed it WAS CROSS THREADED and replaced it. However, it was 5 o'clock and they closed at 7 but Brian said they only had one mechanic and they could not re-mount my tire for me even after paying so originally(now day 2 and no cars in bay... another lame excuse which this guy is a PRO at ! ) . Yes they had 2 hours where they could not mount my tire back on my car (a 5 minute job on the lift!! ( remember, there were no cars in the bay) they knew it was impossible for me to do so because they knew I was handicapped !! THEY MADE NO accommodations at all.Again LAME ! (Now we're are going to at least 3 days) coming back and forth. The next day, of course Brian wasn't there and did not leave Sean any shift notes or instructions for my appointment and Sean (the abrasive manager) promptly told me in so many ways that I was lying that I am the only one that ever has problems at their location !!! Total arrogance ! So now they've accused me of being a liar twice.! So now the manager insulted me insinuating that I was a liar 3 times over , WITHOUT Even calling the assistant manager !! HE just jumped to the conclusion that I was making up a story on him THAt I had. I appointment because Brian would never do that ! what a laugh!!Obviously this dude has been working there too long as to insult me every time I've been there, ( what 6 years now ? ! These two are like the tire plus Nazis like the soup Nazi on Seinfeld !!! I've got to walk on eggshells with these bozos every time I come in . I have not gotten any support from these people ! NOW ( notice their reviews by women are impeccable)They bend over backwards to help a woman in need but not a handicapped veteran!!! I have been lied to from these people and verbally abused by these people WAY TO LONG AND IM NOT TAKING THEIR CHILDISH CRAP ANYMORE! I promptly called Bridgestone customer service , given a case number , requesting Nicholas to call me back and even HE doesn't care after 2 days later , and I'm awaiting a resolution. Day 3 now awaiting a call from the regional Atlanta manager NICHOLAS ! Obviously if they have a problem with me , after only trying to resolve oine issue before , then I don't ever want to see them again either !!! so I am going to ask for a refund of my lifetime alignment and all the road hazards that are paid to date and I will go to Matt over at DISCOUNT TIRE WHO SAID they WOULD BE more than happy to honor a paid lifetime warranty on the alignment and pay for road hazards and they would be happy to accommodate me ! After researching these people (The Shawn and Brian zhit show)I have found three of my friends that have had problems with them and I know of one commercial account that works on nothing exclusively but BMW Mercedes and Porsche that constantly had problems with these guys and will never deal with them either !! (Note to you luxury car owners)They obvious don't care if they've lost business or insult customers that enter the premises. They seem to relish in their immature behavior, SO PLEASE ENTER at your own risk is all I've got to say because they are total jerks and assholes and will not accommodate you ! ! How dare they call a handicap vet a liar and that I AM THE ONLY ONE WHo EVER has had problems with them. Went to get a new tire. 3 weeks later my bearing hub is vibrating. They cost me an addtl $500 to get the bearing repaired. Never using these guys ever. Im not saying all TP locations are bad, im just saying these guys at this location are terrible. If youre going to use TP i would recommend TP in Johns Creek. read more

I've been taking our family cars to this location for 4-1/2 years now. Why? Because I feel like they are a pretty fair group of guys. Yes, I've had some trips there that did end up costing a small fortune, but overall, they match coupons and typically have good deals on general maintenance. Even when my sons need a service, a little cheaper, these guys have found a deal for a little better price at least. And yesterday, when we took my sister's car in for AC check/maintenance, I mentioned to the guy that helped us that they need a bench outside for people who want to sit out front. In a few minutes, he brought out 2 chairs for us! Although these guys get busy, and may not have the BEST customer service skills all the time, I like them and trust them! read more

I have no idea what is with these low reviews. I've used this shop for more than 10 years and have always had exceptional service. They're honest and their work is dependable. I was once advised I needed a new something for my brakes - it would be about $250 and I told them to go ahead. The total rang up much less and I asked about the difference - they said after they looked at it further they thought it was still okay. They could have EASILY moved ahead with the work but didn't. Shame on you!!! It is poor business practice to blatantly lie to people! I was told that I needed new bearings on my left front tire $90 part, with $189 in labor totaling $269.99. I went to get a second opinion at a professional master mechanic (ASE Certified). We trust this mechanic and have for a while with both of our cars and the second opinion through him was that this is unethical business, and there is nothing wrong with the bearings on our wheels. We were treated very smug after spending a ton of money on multiple cars buying alignment packages and tires at tires plus... Never Again will they see my money! Unethical, unfair to STEAL from hard working and honest people! The quote was written by service advisor Shawn I suspect this company is in business to meet quotas not serve people. This place used to be my go to in the area for minor repair and service. NO MORE. All the old managers are gone, and so went the customer service. I gave it one more chance and even tho I was the first one in line , was told no for an oil change because there were "3 appointments" in front of me. Well there are 6 stalls open, and if you cant handle multitasking, you either have really bad techs or bad management. Turning away a customer with a simple service?, well now you lost another customer. read more

I took my SUV in for an alignment and when they were done they told me that my car tends to go to one side. This was the reason why I took my SUV to begin with. They told me that I needed to have my tires rotated. I had them rotated and the SUV still goes to one side. read more

Wife took her car in to have the alignment checked (they had done the alignment when we had them replace tires). It was still pulling to the right slightly. They ran some "diagnostics" and told my wife she needed a new battery. I replaced her battery 9 months ago and knew it was fine. Checked the battery, and they had removed enough fluid to cause issues. Will never go there again and will never recommend. Am taking it up with their corporate office (not that I'll get much from them). Shame on you! Dishonest and disgusting! read more

I scheduled an an appointment for an alignment via the online scheduler on Saturday for Monday at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:30 and was greeted immediately. I shared that I had lowered my Trailblazer and replaced the shocks, rear springs, front struts, and upper control arms. I worked in the service department of a car dealership for 23 years and know how difficult it can be to work with some do-it-yourselfers and understand that the majority of them think they know a lot more than they do. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not judged by the staff because I did my own work. The service that I received was great, especially since I know that the alignment required more work than a typical alignment because of the work that had been done. The alignment technician took the time to do it right and everything lined up to spec. I will return to this store. read more

I am new to this area. I have always taken my car to Tires Plus for service, but this location is an absolute joke. I took my 4 cylinder for a tune up and they tried to charge me for 8 spark plugs. It only needs 4 spark plugs. Then my car wasn't running like it had a tune up. I had a friend look at it and he said they didn't do a tune up. They just charged me for it. I recently used this location for a low tire pressure light on my dash. The technicians diagnosed the problem right away: a nail. They repaired it right away, didn't waste anytime. However the technician also took some interesting liberties: my gear shift knob was turned upside down (why??) and then the more disturbing thing: "someone" went through my center console (again, WHY??) I mentioned my concerns to the front desk staff, but they were equally puzzled by my issues. They gave me a coupon for a no charge oil change, okay thanks. read more
