Very disappointed with service. It appears that none of the work that I was billed for was actually performed. I brought my vehicle in for misfiring service on 4/8/15. A month later still had the misfiring problem. None of the parts or service look to have been performed. None of the spark plugs were good, fuel system was dirty and the oil filter was collapsed. read more

Been using this facility for a few years now, but noticed recently the turnover of technicians, and the uptick in hard sell. Took my car in for a simple enough tire change. Witnessed the technician forcefully trying to get my car off the lift in trying to back out of the bay. Once I got home and inspected the car, the under carriage sheet metal was basically dragging on the street when driving. Took it back promptly next morning and was told it would be replaced by the original dealer part. Upon further examination, I was told I needed both rear brake rotors, pads, and calipers changed or else they could seize in the very near future (like a couple months). I was also told my tire was dry rotted and needed to be replaced soon or chance getting a violent blowout. I just took my 2010 vehicle and ran for the hills from this guy. If you must visit this shop, you stand a better chance of doing business with only Brad. he seems to be a fair guy in my experience. read more

I don't think I will ever go anywhere else but Tires Plus. I took my car to another place because it was "shuddering". They quoted me over $1,000 to fix it. (I am a female and I guarantee they were trying to rip me off.) Looked up a few places and settled on Tires Plus. They fixed it for a little over $700. More importantly, Brad walked me through everything they were doing and why so I could look it up if I wanted to (which I did) to see if there was anything sketchy. Not only did they fix the problem, that price included a couple of other maintenance issues. Additionally, I originally thought I needed my brakes rotored and that was added to my bill. Apparently, the technician decided that did not need to be done but due to a minor miscommunication it was still on my bill. The day after I paid for everything, Tires Plus called me back to apologize and let me know they were refunding my money. I have since had my car in there for everything from tires to oil changes and the service can't be beat. Brad is awesome as is everyone else I've ever worked with. What a disappointment! I called this morning to get my car an oil change (seemed simple enough) and a guy named Chris answered the phone. I figured the shop opened at 7 and I should be able to get an oil change without waiting (like most of their competitors) I got a total run around and he actually told me he didnt know what to tell me. After a bunch of umms and ahhs and umms I finally told him I'd go some where else. I purchased tires from these guys a few months ago, even sent 2 of my friends there for tires..and I get the run around for a simple oil change?? Look if an oil change is too much for them to handle then stop offering the service! And if they have to ask "are you going to leave your car for the oil change" GO SOME WHERE ELSE...most oil changes take less than 15 minutes. I will be cancelling my credit card and will not be back. I know it seems like I am over reacting, but I would rather invest in a shop that doesnt brush me off when all I need is a $30 service and foam at the mouth when I need a $900 service. read more

For tires they are just ok. Any other repairs go anywhere else. Don't count on your car being ready when your told. Just wait for the phone call it will save you lots of time sitting in the waiting area. read more

After making a mistake by purchasing my Michelin Pilot tires online from Walmart... I quickly realized that I needed to take my tires, and run for the hills. Fortunately, Tires Plus is right across the street. I was instantly greeted with professional customer service which was very absent at the other place. As for my Audi, I had only bought two tires and Brad instantly made sure that the tires that I bought were a spot on match with the other two tires I was keeping. This is necessary for Audi Quarttro, which I knew, so I was instantly comfortable having them work on my higher end car. Needless to say the service was delivered as promised and very professional at a reasonable price. There is a waiting area in the shop, but it is also nice that there is a Ruby Tuesday less than 50 yards away. Great place and I will return for our truck tires soon. read more

These guys are the best! The most honest and genuinely helpful. I had stopped for help several times before i ever paid for service and always got more than i expected. When i finally decided to use them for my regular car service, i have continued to be impressed with their honestly, and ability to improve the performance of my car. I had purchased a new vehicle which apparently was not prepped or adjusted by the Dealer inspite of my paying the prep fee. After Tires Plus Frederick did a fuel system check, the car ran so much better that it completely changed my mind about the car's performance. The costs are very reasonable and never an unsuspecting surprise in almost 6 years of my relationship with them. Absolutely awful experience. Had gone to the Frederick tires plus for YEARS. Today they tried charging $100 for two lug nuts and when I declined the man was terribly rude and condescending. Won't ever be returning there in the future. read more

This was my first visit and my last at Tires Plus. Said my vehicle would be ready in one hour and forty-five minutes and when I came back fifteen minutes before it was to be finished to check on the status, I was told it was going to be another hour and thirty. It seems to me that the only thing they wanted was to make sales and could care less about my time. Then when I came back fifteen minutes prior to the second promise time, they start telling me I needed something else for my vehicle, etc. and when I said I came in here for tires and tires only they started throwing out comments like they didn't know if they could do the tires because of safety reasons. After they realize that I wasn't going to listen to their bunch of bull they finished putting the tires on. Guess they wanted to get that sale! Plus the funny thing is I stopped at my trusty mechanic, whom services all my vehicles, and asked him to check out what they wrote down because I knew he had just did that a few months prior to getting these tires and I wanted to make sure things were still fine and nothing did happen. Being the great guy he is, he took off the tires and checked thing over and even showed me that all was well. This visit to Tires Plus made a lasting first impression...not only did they try to rip me off but the rude comments were very unprofessional and promising to have a vehicle ready by a certain time needs to happen. Never again will I stop here and I can promise that my friends will not be going there either. REMEMBER TIRES PLUS...FIRST IMPRESSIONS CAN'T BE DONE OVER! read more
