Lots of haters here. I'm going to make a positive review based on my one and only experience here. I hit a pothole one day after a good sized snow fall and my car felt like it was out of alignment: my car was shaking like a salt shaker going down 394. I brought it in the same weekend. Wifey blew it off thinking that it was probably snow getting into the wheel well. Since I carry a newborn in my car, I wasn't gonna take any chances. Prior to my appointment, I test drove it one more time to see if the car shook again. It didn't. However, I'm not sure why it was shaking so bad before so I still went in. I paid $20.00 for them to confirm what Wifey already knew: nothing wrong with it. They checked the alignment and test drove the car. What impressed me is that they brought me into the work area and discussed other reasons why the car shook. He came to the conclusion that it was due to snow getting into the wheel well. Now they could've charged me $75 for a wheel alignment that I didn't need. They could've also just told me at the counter that they didn't find anything wrong and sent me on my merry way. However, I appreciate that they took the time to educate me. I'll go back here based on this excellent first impression. What's the real lesson here though? Listen to your wife and save $20.00.

Headlight (left) installed incorrectly. Cost me $25

I took my car here because it was making a weird noise- and I was quoted over $2k worth of work that needed to be done. I was told "we aren't sure if it's this thing or this other thing, so we will just have to fix both" WHAT? They charged me $25 to change my headlight...they told me I should not drive the car at all and I should have them fix it immediately. So the next day I took it next door to the best place ever - "In Line X" No charge at all. They looked it over, determines the EXACT problem (not "well it could be this or that".) And quoted me less than half the price of tires plus. Also, they could not find the "leak" that tires plus said I had to have fixed. Never going there again- (UPDATE) I just discovered that the lightbulb they charged me $25 dollars to replace was put in wrong...I added a photo of the lightbulb for anyone to see. DO NOT GO HERE!

They pulled this out of my undercarriage for free

They helped me in despite obviously cleaning the shop for end of day, they waved me over with no hesitation. Service was friendly and easily explained. I inquired about their wiper service and they were able to quickly help replace those for a fair price 18.99 and 21.99 for the respective wipers. Coupons online and every day 25% for veterans! They topped off all fluids and handled everything quickly, all in all took about 10 minutes. It was simple, relaxing and fast. I definitely would go back for service. No products were pushed.

Immediately after the service, my car began running rough. It started jumping at startup, struggled to move properly when put into Drive, and shortly after the check engine light came on. There were absolutely no issues prior to the oil change. The timing is not a coincidence. I contacted the shop right away. I was told to check back on 02/28 and that the manager would handle it. When I followed up, I was told the manager wasn't available until Monday and that I would "have to wait" while they conducted an "investigation" and reviewed camera footage. They claimed the technician did not touch the sensor. However, their own higher-up acknowledged that the sensor could have been cleaned and reset -- which their technician did attempt. That reset did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Despite this, they continued to deny responsibility. I sought a second opinion from a mechanic I know personally who works as a mechanic for a landscaping company. Instead of addressing the mechanical findings, the shop repeatedly tried to discredit him by referring to him as "a landscaper," even after being clearly informed that he is employed as a mechanic for that company. That felt dismissive and unprofessional. Ultimately, my mechanic repaired the issue and the vehicle is now running properly again. This confirms that there was in fact a problem that needed to be corrected -- a problem that began immediately after the oil change service. As a result of this situation, I incurred $556 in total expenses, including: - $115 for the oil change - $190 for the sensor - $150 for labor - $56 Uber to return to the shop - $45 Uber home because the vehicle was not safe to drive This has caused financial loss, stress, and significant inconvenience -- all from what should have been a simple maintenance visit. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the refusal to take responsibility for an issue that began immediately after their service. I will update this review if the business chooses to properly address and resolve this matter.

I am from south central MN and have a family mechanic and tow insurance for the distance there for larger issues, but for smaller issues I would like to not have to drive an hour and drop off my car and borrow one and the whole rigamarole. It's nice to have somewhere nearby. In my experience, I remember the service to be timely, not too costly, and well done. I get a solid, uncomplicated description of the issues otherwise existing in my vehicle as a person without car background, past what I've picked up as a regular commuter, some of what was described to me being more or less what I'd anticipated with a used $3k Toyota Corolla that I've had for a few years now. I appreciate being able to text Lisa regarding issues that come up and negotiate time to come by to get it looked at, so I can pass along accurate written information at my convenience, versus some other auto places in the area I've tried to go through that were phone call only. I plan to go in soon for what I suspect is a spark plug needing replacement. Thanks for being a worthy auto repair recommendation :)

Neither of us know much about car maintenance, but we immediately pulled off to the side of the road on the intersection between Hwy 7 and Shady Oak Rd. Not five minutes into pulling over, a very generous woman who looked to be in her mid-twenties, wearing glasses, and was driving a dope blue car which I believe was a Toyota FJ60/62 (?) Either way, she dropped her dog off and told us if we were still there she would help us out. She came back just a few minutes later and picked us up and brought us to the O'Reilly just a few minutes away. We told her about this being the second time this has happened and she gave us great advice about our beater of a Ford Escape and how we should get a diagnostic test, check our oil dipstick a lot more frequently than we currently do, and to possibly check if our coolant had a leakage. Before she dropped us off, she told us how her father runs Expedition Autoworks and that it would be worth checking out. I've never once heard of this place as I don't live near the area, but the next time I need car maintenance I will absolutely check out Expedition Autoworks knowing the kindness that woman showed me and my boyfriend today. I wish I would've caught her name, but knowing that there's family of the person who helped us today, I will definitely make the drive and take my business to Expedition Autoworks.

It's a little hard to get to with the construction- but I'm hoping it'll be finished by the end of the season. I waited in line for a quick service oil change for a bit before anyone noticed me. I interacted with two employees- one was a woman who was a 10/10 and had amazing customer service. The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option.
