It's also nice that you can stay in your vehicle. We were 3rd in line and one of the bays was not operational, so it was a bit long, like 45 minutes just to get in for the oil change. Another car who arrived about 30 mins after us in another lane was able to get into the bay before us... they don't have the ability to change that once you're in each lane... but they apologized and tried to get us in as soon as possible. He needed 8 gallons of synthetic so the price of each gallon changed after 5 gallons. The bill came to $124 total with the discount.

Are you kidding me this is crazy why didn't you tell me when I purchase the tires and installation that I would need register them to get warranty? Mavis said they didn't know you need to register Mavis thought you just filed a claim. Well I went online and registered at Continental tire website. After completing the online form it states it will take 3 days for the registration to go through. So now I will be out of a car for almost a week due to a tire I purchase 11 days ago. Mavis said there is nothing they can do. This is a company that my wife and I have been taking our cars to for over 5 years and have spent well over 10k in repairs and tires. I had an appt for a tire rotation at 11 in the morning about two weeks ago. When I arrived it was…read morebusy so I didn't get checked in for almost 20 minutes. I was told they were behind and it'd be about an hour and a half until my car was serviced, I had my toddler with me but assumed we'd be fine waiting that long. I didn't leave until three hours after my appt slot. I had to cancel appointments I had later in the day because I didn't leave until just about 2pm. Service members were apologetic and I let it slide because they were very busy but I had to approach them for any updates on status which was frustrating especially when it went over the initial hour and a half estimate. My husband had an appt for 4:15 today to get a rotation and balance. He was also told it'd be an hour and a half- he didn't leave until after 7. Extremely frustrating again but service members were apologetic and I wasn't going to leave this review BUT when he got home he realized that the balance that he went for wasn't even performed. One star for apologetic team members but something has to be done about how appointments are handled.
