In short, I came by this shop today after a flat tire unexpectedly. I asked for a patch. He offered a plug. It will do. Make sure that you agree 100% on the price when you pay. The price was reasonable, however. No-frills. I only took away a star because the customer service could have been warmer or more welcoming. Greet the customer when they walk up, and thank them for their business after business has been conducted. You will get more customers this way! Thanks

My experience at Express Oil Change was so bad, I feel obligated to warn others…read more I came in for what should've been a simple service. Not only was I overcharged, but the work was clearly not done properly. My check engine light is still on, which was one of the main reasons I brought my car in to begin with. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with nothing but unprofessionalism and zero accountability. The manager didn't even pretend to care. His exact words were: "There's nothing we can do. You can leave a Yelp review if you want," and then he walked off mid conversation. No explanation. No apology. No effort to resolve the problem. This place clearly lacks integrity, customer service, and basic decency. I trusted them with my vehicle and got ripped off in return. Save your time, money, and sanity go literally anywhere else!!

They brought me to him after I had a blow out and he put a really decent tire on for a great price. Well everytime that I've gone to him to get tires since then I have noticed that the tires don't hold up at all. Like literally will be on for 2 weeks and then go flat. I understand they are used but even a used tire should still hold up longer than that. Never dawned on me that he was putting these dry rotted tires on my car that's why he sells them for so cheap (until)I went up there less than a month ago to get my front tires replaced and literally less than a week later one of them went flat. I reached out to him to see if I could get it switched out for a better one and he never returned my call or text. I sent him pictures showing the inside wall of the tire was damaged and he still never replied. I was a loyal customer to him for about 2 years and have referred people to him though now I see he is just a scammer in a whole in the wall tire shop. He is not a real mechanic can only put tires on and that's it. He will knowingly put one of the following on your car and won't think twice about it Option A: a severely defected tire Option B: too damn worn to be sold Option C: or incorrectly sized tire on your car just to make a quick profit. He probably does this mostly in situations when he is directly dealing with a female client who he presumes doesn't know any better. Stay away at all costs!!!
