So then I decided to try valvoline..there's one down the street from me and i pass it alot and always been curious. They looked like a good company and I was right! I'm a uber driver so I need a oil change almost every other month so I need a good place that knows what they are doing and a decent price.. they checked all the boxes.. they are quick , good prices and the staff is always so nice and explains EVERYTHING to you.. from what they offer to what your specific car needs and what they can do there and they never pressure you into anything. They bring something to you attention and leave it at that. They even tell you what you dont really need or need at that time and not try to con you into getting something done just to get your money..they show you things as they are getting done and by the way, you dont leave your car as they work!.. Al greeted me with a smile on the day of my appointment and clearly explained what to expect, including the process, time frame, and cost. There were no pushy "salesman" tactics--just friendly, straightforward information and clear expectations. Chris was my technician that day and performed a thorough pre-alignment inspection before getting to work. The results were immediate: my vehicle no longer pulled to the right, and the steering was perfectly re-centered. Everything was completed in just over an hour. I was especially impressed with the above-and-beyond service included in the inspection. Chris filled the front and rear ball joints with grease where needed and documented everything with notes and photos. The detailed digital report was emailed to me after the service, providing a clear visual record of the vehicle's condition and any future or immediate maintenance needs--an incredibly helpful touch. Al was fantastic throughout the visit--honest, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. Chris was equally impressive: thorough, meticulous, and careful to document all work and recommendations in the report. Nathaniel explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense for what I needed to have done to my vehicle. In fairness, not everything was complete. I still have to have some things on my dashboard reset, however, the team gets a pass due to being short-handed. Being a manager at my place of employment, I understand that things can slip through the cracks when being short staffed.. I have nothing but empathy for Nathaniel and the crew today.
