Instead, I was left feeling disappointed and treated poorly by the employee. I rushed inside the store and asked to speak to the manager on duty, Dmas. I explained the situation to him and expressed my disappointment in how the customer was treated. He came over and attempted to clean the seat. When I asked him to share the name of the employee who had been responsible, he admitted that he wasn't sure about his name. I've been a customer of Discount Tire for 20 years, and this experience has been a major disappointment. The employee's behavior represents a poor standard of service that I've come to expect from Discount Tire. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has been treated this way. I understand that my car interior is white, and I have the right to choose its color. However, I don't expect a tire shop to be dirty just because it's a tire shop. I also don't expect to have to clean my car seat myself because the employee who was supposed to take care of it didn't do his job. I have a solution that I believe would work for your employer. You can provide a plastic cover for the car seat that looks like the ones sold at multi-level stores. This would prevent dirt and debris from getting into the seat and would make it easier to clean.
