After my last review for tirezilla, I got a message from Gary, asking for another chance to provide excellent service. Since I believe in supporting small businesses, I decided to work with them one more time. Needed 4 tires, this time for my wife's suv. Gary personally handled the case with excellent response time and excellent prompt service. Told him the model of tires on Friday late evening. He was also able to match price with some of the big name shops. He had the tires ready on Saturday afternoon 2pm and the tires were changed by 4. My boss and I had a major air lead in one of the tires and saw a big "TIRE" sign from the freeway. We got off at the next exit and stumbled upon this place before getting to the one we saw off the freeway. Turns out we had a GIANT metal stick (not a screw, or bolt, or nail) in the tire. The guys fixed it for us right away, just enough to get us to the dealer. We had a brand new Jeep and tires are covered under roadside hazard for a year. Anyway, the sweet guys at Tire Zilla did not charge me for the fix, so I gave them a big tip. It was really kind of them to help us out! read more

I don't do a lot of yelp reviews (but certainly use it all the time), but Garry definite is worth the time. I was going to go to Costco out of habit but I need tires fast and Costco had to match the OEM spec which was turning out to be problem for the 2013 Prius V Trim 5. Lucky for me I found TireZilla. Gary was super responsive via yelp quote and helped me find the right tire at the right price. His price was a couple hundred less than what I was going to pay at Costco plus he was able to get the tires the next day rather than 5 to 7 business days later. Plus he helped me get a rebate from the manufacturer. He quoted price on the exact tire (different from the one I ultimately bought) from another large chain store was significantly less as well. They got a little backed up and were a bit late on my appointment time, but cranked it out in double time when they got to my car. The waiting area is nice and they are a short walk to all sorts of food options. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Hopefully I like the tires (they were well rated online). I expect the service will be just as good when I go back for my free rotations. read more

This place is only good at changing tires for a good price. But, if they brake something while working on your car, They will call you and tell you that something else is bad and it needs to be fix as well, if they brake something while fixing your car, he will give you some kind of lame excused that the part is bound to be broken and will charge you for it. He thinks Customers are stupid, I just did not want to argue since my car was at his mercy. But it was a big mistake for me to go to this place that rips people off!!! read more

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a tire shop. I needed specific tires for my car. Costco said it will take 3 days to get them. Tirezilla said they could have them the same day. Went in for tire replacement for my rear wheels. Good, honest and courteous service. Friendly staff, and the best part I think is I got a good deal price wise on the tires. While I was waiting, I also got the impression that the staff was very responsive and patient when dealing with other customers, not just me. Was told by Midas that I needed a brake job ( new pads and rotors ), the guys at tirezilla told me that I had about 50% left on my brakes and that Midas was just trying to make a sale. Prompt service, good advise and honest pricing! Busted a tire on a pothole returning for work and called around on yelp. These guys were open late (others close at 5pm), Gary promptly responded to my call and gave me the options that made me feel comfortable to tow there directly. Once there Gary advised me on the fastest ways to get my tire (special order tire) and at the lowest cost. Did not try to buy for me and mark up etc, instead advised me to buy directly so I would get the free "road hazard protection" from online retailer. Quoted very reasonable for labor too. Once the tire was shipped I got a call within an hour to pick up my car. A shoutout to the team there - Gary, Mike and their assistant (can't recall his name) for awesome service. I found out that the nail in my tire is still fixable but they said it's not that's why i agreed to them to change my tire since i know they know better than me. When i found out they lied to me. I got alignment service for my 2006 BMW 325i just about 75$. Good quiet place. They told me the camber angle cannot be adjustable because of the bended parts. Other than that, they fixed all of the angles, and they offered me to replace that part. But I completely satisfied with their services without replacing it. Really professional. read more

If you want to have stuff broken on your car and then have to pay for their mistakes, this is the place to go. My car has 35,000 miles on it, I've never had my tires changed before on this car since it's only a 2016, and my tire light was not on when I dropped it off. Please tell me how not one but 2 tire sensors were broken, but not by them?!?!? I consulted a mechanic and another tire technician from other companies both said that the sensors would have had to have been damaged while the Tirezilla technicians removed my tires. They said considering that 2 sensors were broken the light would have been on if it was like that before they took off the tires, also that the sensors usually last over 5 years and the chances that there were 2faulty sensors were extremely unlikely. Also the only way it would have been previously broken is if it was damaged in a previous tire change, but I've never had my tires changed before, it's a newer car. The Tirezilla technicians explained that their manager said we had to pay for the sensors or at least split the cost. I told the technicians to call their manager so I could talk to him. They handed the phone to us were the manger proceeded to talk over us and told us that we couldn't have our keys back until we paid for the sensors. He said that they were broken before they got it, and even though I explained to him that wasn't possible, he said that it doesn't matter and that we still had to pay. My husband at one point told him that as customers we were very unsatisfied and he said that's fine, but we still had to pay. Even the Tirezilla technicians said that he should just eat the cost because they knew they broke the sensors, but he listened to no one. We left and as we were leaving the building we could still hear him yelling at us over the phone thinking we were still listening to him. We will never return here, and unless you want to pay extra for damages that the workers do to your car, then don't go here either. I will be reporting them to the bureau of automotive repair. *Update* As everyone can see the owner has threatened us again, do you really want to do business with someone like this? If we really stole from you then why would I incriminate myself by posting on yelp? We never threatened anyone, they handed us the keys because they felt bad for us because you were yelling at us, we had you on speaker. And go ahead and call the police. I called them myself the day you refused to give us our keys and they told me they wouldn't come because this is a civil suit and would need to be resolved between ourselves. I've already reported you to the bureau of automotive repair, they know enough about cars to see all the holes in your story. read more

These guys deserved 5+++ stars. I'm from out of town and got a flat on the freeway. I put on the spare but noticed that it was going flat as well. I call every tire shop but all were closing in a couple of minutes. Called Tirezilla and they offer to stay after closing to help me out. Once I got to the shop they were awesome and very helpful. Tirezilla is one of the best places I've been to, period. The staff were very knowledgeable, gave me tips and walked me through the entire repair. Two nails (one of which punctured the tire) were embedded in the tire. They quoted me at $60 for the two patched, but once they realized that only one was punctured, told me I only needed one and set a $30 bar (which was even further lowered). I was able to watch each thing they did with utmost care and skill. The entire tire was patched up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I was truly impressed by their honesty and helpfulness and I know I will be a regular customer whenever I need anything regular maintenance or tires related. read more
