7/13/2026 Adam and Manny came out today to replace my old AC unit which went out after 21 years. They were respectful and answered all my questions. The cost for replacement was in the mid-range, but the service was exceptional. They took their time taking out the old equipment and putting in the new and checked to make sure that it was working properly. They adjusted the control board due to the new coolant that is now required. Adam also repaired some old holes from the previous AC company install. These two guys did a great job!!! read more

This is an updated review addition to a previous review. Thank you so much Adam for coming out and cleaning out the inside of the vents of insulation pieces that I couldn't reach with the regular vacume. However, the cleaning up of insulation pieces should have been done on the day the ducts were installed to prevent the insulation pieces being blown into every room of the house!! That was a disaster and I never would have had ductwork done if I knew what a dangerous mess would happen!! read more

For full disclosure, I have not officially accepted any bids yet or had work performed by this company. However, I still felt compelled to write a strong review to describe the amazing interaction I had with the service manager who was asked to come out for a free estimate on a new system install. I found out about Titan Air through the mitsubishi diamond dealer website which I learned is a pretty significant distinction for installers who are known to have great install and service records. Titan was the first company to reach out and the person I interacted with was friendly and the company communicated very well who would be able to come out for an inspection and evaluation, and sent out reminders the day they were set to arrive and even communicated when they were en route. As a customer, I can tell that they make communication a priority. Little did I know was that my house layout (with existing ductwork) was in fact, not the best fit for a mitsubishi product (which specializes in ductless systems). This was not necessarily the company's fault, but more my own fault for not researching more. Fortunately, the team and Titan also works with other manufacturers as well and not exclusively with Mitsubishi! I want to specifically point out that Matthew King, service manager from Titan Air conditioning, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise and integrity. Matt came on time within the appointment time that was scheduled. He was extremely thoughtful and respectful to our home and brought his own orange booties to protect our floor and carpets without us having to even awkwardly ask. He went above and beyond what was necessary for a free quote/estimate to even diagnose and fix a problem we had been having with our dampers/zoning system. He crawled through our extremely tight attic space to manually inspect the ductwork before making any recommendations which speaks highly of his integrity and I could trust his judgment. Other companies we'd ask for competing bids were nowhere near as thorough and would make blanket recommendations based on guesswork "sure, we don't do load calcs but we will replace your ductwork for one flat rate and we've worked on houses like this before and we know what we're doing". Matt was the man and crawled through an ocean of insulation even though he probably didn't need to, he did so anyway because it was the right thing to do and he puts the customer first. I work in the service industry, and I can tell you that not many people would go that far so kudos! Matt even felt bad walking through our home after inspecting our attic (he looked like a christmas tree with fresh powder sprinkled on. Sorry Matt!) There was no pressure at all with the recommendations. He was not trying to upsell me on the newest, latest, most technologically advanced models and I respect that. He gave me a very competitive price and itemized it based on what options I needed. If Matt were not in the HVAC industry, and happened to be in any other trade, I'd hire him without hesitation because he's a person I can respect and trust. I do hope for the opportunity to work with this company because it takes a good eye and strong company culture to find people like Matt. I can only hope that my interaction with Matt accurately reflects the company as a whole but I can say that I was very impressed and hope that the company continues to thrive and support the livelihoods of these amazing skilled workers. The replacement of both ductwork and furnace was installed but with a few unfortunate issues which took more time than estimated. The job was completed and tested. Unfortunately during the entire process there was little protection in sealing off various rooms so when testing the system debrie was blown throughout the entire house. Lack of consideration and care, they rate a-1! We had to do all the cleaning and it wasn't pleasant. Be sure they clean up thoroughly to your satisfaction if you decided to use them. read more

LOOK NO FURTHER! Mark and Robert and Titan and their team are the best contractors in any field I've ever hired to do anything on my home or my previous homes. They are not only the most knowledgeable, and the most friendly, and the most fairly priced - they saved me from all kinds of situations recommended by lesser contractors that ultimately would have either been far more expensive in the long run - or outright disastrous. Expertise and intelligence matters. They have it. They also have decency - something incredibly rare, these days. My house is a challenging one. It's six-levels, architecturally significant - and poorly engineered. After reviewing Titan's recommendations (there had to be some mixing and matching, and more than one unit), the other contractors I brought in agreed that Titan was making the most ingenious and best recommendations. Even other contractors were impressed by Titan's prices and expertise. Only one other company was able to match Titan's prices, but by then, I couldn't imagine hiring anyone else. I should say that there was one contractor who tried to talk me out of Titan. When I told them Titan had a written satisfaction guarantee, this contractor said - "That's no big deal. Everyone has a satisfaction guarantee on some level." I responded: "Does that mean you'd put your satisfaction guarantee in writing like Titan does?" And the guy said "absolutely not. People would just come and complain and milk me for more service!" My response was: "Maybe Titan is so confident that they will do a great job and build a great relationship with the customer that they don't believe any customer of their's would be able to do that." And the guy looked at me like I HAD to be joking. I wasn't joking. At all. And now that the unit is installed, I only feel more strongly about Titan. They came in to do the work only four days after the contract was signed. Almost everything the Titan team touched in my home ended up improved in one way or another. They left everything cleaner, more efficient, and easier to work with than they found it. They even removed old things from my storage room just be kind and friendly. They finished up on budget, a full day sooner than originally expected. Who does that? If Titan did Solar, or electrical, or decking, or ANYTHING in addition to HVAC - I would hire them in a heartbeat. I have never been so happy to spend money as I was with them, and so happy to write a check. I just felt good about the entire process. Try these guys out. I tried another AC repair company initially, they added coolant (which I learned later over filled it) and said it needed a new control board. And they couldn't come back to fix it until the following week. Fortunately a friend recommended Titan Air Conditioning. I contacted them and they had Matt come out asap. I was very impressed with how Matt troubleshot the issue. Checking everything thoroughly , he identified the issue was with the furnace control board and not the AC unit. He was able to find a replacement board, drove to get it and got it provided for under warranty. Matt couldn't have been any nicer and was committed to figuring out the issue and didn't try to upsell me on a new unit. And the cost for the service great. I have purchased the maintenance plan for my heating and air conditioning. After my last service, we ran the heat and something didn't seem right. As a small business owner I understand how hard it is to run a business in recent times so it pains me to write this review. About three years ago 12 HVAC units were replaced in our building by Titan AC-- shortly after the install we had put in a service request to have our unit evaluated as the heating seemed to not be functioning as strong as we expected. They had come out and checked it all out and did not find anything--said it was due to our 17 foot ceilings which made sense. Fast forward to 2024 and at nobody's fault since we are at the beach we never have to turn on our AC, it took a heatwave for us to realize that our cooling system was not functioning properly so we had Titan send over a tech. Now to be clear to those reading this I was out of my labor (1 year) warranty period so I was not expecting a free visit. The problem that warranted this review is the tech came in, ran several tests and believed that it may be a manufacturing defect and had suspected that our system was having a coolant issue. Great, at least we have an idea of what is causing the issue. The problem is nobody told me that they would add $995 worth of coolant to the system after having come to the conclusion that the system is leaking. I understand I need to pay for the service call and the hour or two spent on diagnosing the issue, I also understand that there are costs to test something-- especially if theres a leak and you need to add coolant to test. But to add close to $1k of coolant to a leaking system and not tell me beforehand, thats a problem. I would have verbally and signed and consented to a few hundred dollars...but not $995! The only reason I had paid the tech at that moment was because he told me that Titan would send someone out to find the leak for free as he did not have the equipment to inject the trace element....so I figured it was not going to be sunk cost. A few days go by and nobody contacted me like he said they would--when I finally reached out to them to schedule this leak test I really lost it when they told me that it was going to be $258.00 to find the leak. The issue with this company is they say one thing and do something else. I had asked the scheduler to have Mark the owner call me and it's been two weeks and nothing. He was also supposed to talk to the tech that came to my unit that day to find out what happened and get back to me and nothing. I'm not looking for a free visit but would have appreciated better communication from his office and team. I'm annoyed as now I need to pay someone else to find the leak, repair the unit and add coolant again. read more

They painted the inside of our register boxes black (living and dining room) so the final look in our home was professional and seemless. What an unexpected surprise and nice touch. Very professional. They gave one estimate, no monkey business about negotiating a price (like some did), which I appreciated. No one wasted time, worked all the time, didn't stand around on cell phones. They were very willing to answer questions and I asked many. Worked very clean and solved problems as they came up, with no delays. We had all of the old ducting removed and replaced, a new 5 ton air-conditioner and new heating system. The new unit is very quiet and has two fan speeds for more efficiency. We have only one gas bill and one electric bill since it was installed, and both went down a little. read more
