Andre deserves recognition. Last Wednesday morning we had a horrible storm, rain and hail. I've called roofers that come by, give estimates and then don't show up for the job. I called Andre this morning and he came by, gave a thorough diagnosis and repaired the roof. I needed new roof boots, 5 according to the previous roofer. Andre, after going in my attic and on the roof discovered that only 1 needed to be replaced and the others could be resealed. He recommended to start here after a diligent review of the situation. We had a fantastic experience with this company. We needed some repair on the ridge of our roof. Animals ripped up a bunch of shingles and the ridge cap. Called a couple places and Titan was the only one that called us back the same day. Better than that they came out the day we called and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They were out the very next day to make the repair as promised. We weren't even home, so they sent my wife a picture of the completed repair and left the invoice in the mailbox. I called this company because of the great reviews on yelp. And they did not disappoint. He came out to my home the very next day right on time at 8am. I had a leak in my roof-or so I thought. He was up on the roof and in the Attic. Turns out it wasn't the roof it was the furnace leaking. He was so courteous and honest. I wouldn't have known if he would have said he fixed the roof or not. He also checked out the rest of the roof. I will definitely call him if I need a roofer in the future and recommend everyone else to as well. read more

I signed up specifically to write this review. I called about 9am, Andrei was here by 10am. I called him based on the great yelp reviews. Our insurance company asked us to fix some raised shingles. Andrei took a look and could not find anything wrong with our roof. He spent a good 30 mins here and said it was no charge. When my husband offered to give him money for his time he replied buy something for your son. I now know who to call when I have any issue in the future. Stand up guy. Andrei returned my call within the hour when I realized an ice dam had caused some minor water damage inside my home and with the thaw coming, I expected more. He arrived within 2 hours and got to work and removed all the ice dams and some huge pieces of ice that could have caused significant gutter or roof damage. Andrei is a hardworking guy and takes his job seriously. I needed to repair gutter that was sagging along with the Fascia board and the soffit. Andrei did a great job fixing all that and he was very patient. He takes the time to finish the job the right way and does not take shortcuts. He is a busy guy but he agreed to fix the gutter the very next day. I asked him if my garage roof needed replacing and he said it might last a year or two more. So, he is honest as well. Andrei is very good with what he does. His prices are very reasonable and competitive. He is always on time and easy to reach if you have any questions. I had him clean the gutter and he is the one who caught that a portion of the roof was sagging. If not for him, it would have been a disaster, water leak and bigger problem to fix. I ended up paying less with what he quoted me to fix the roof. That's what you call customer service, that is how you earn a business. He will definitely be back yearly for gutter cleaning. We had water leaking through the vent in our second floor master bath. The flex vent above was filled with water from the snow melting. I called Andrei and he was at our house in 30 min. He reinstalled the roof vent for the bathroom fan and replaced the flex tubing. He's very professional and we would call him again for other roofing needs. read more

Andrei is the best. He dropped by my house to confirm that I actually needed what I thought I needed (mushroom vents opened that had been closed when the previous owner replaced the roof). He was completely prepared to not sell me on a fix that I didn't need, which is awesome. But I did need them and he came back exactly when he said he would and fixed them -- as well as talking me through how my attic fan works, and carrying my ladder for me out to the garage. I recently purchased a home in Arlington Heights and desperately needed a roofing company to stop this massive leak streaming into my home. Andre came to my house within 30 mins, and immediately got to work. He provided me with an AMAZING price to rid my entire roof of snow and ice glaciers that formed. No sooner than he removed the ice the leak stopped. What an honest, professional guy! Even though Andrei was super busy, he took the time to come out to our house when I called in a panic. We had lost a bunch of shingles in a wind storm and it looked really bad. Although he could have easily sold us a new roof, Andrei gave us an honest assessment of our roof's condition and told us that he could take care of the problem by replacing the lost shingles and making some other inexpensive repairs. We even tried to pay him a little bit extra since his service was so impressive and Andrei wouldn't even take the extra money. read more

After the July storm that that propelled a tree onto our roof it seemed a prudent time to have it replaced. An earlier estimate made months earlier was not only honored but came in even a bit lower upon completion. This was even though the old roof condition presented several annoying workarounds,among them an uncooperative bee hive! I have NEVER taken the time to review before. Andrei is the BEST. We had some gutter freezing which caused unwanted water to drip into our house. I was in a panic. I called Andrei up and set up an appointment. Andrei got on the roof and removed ALL the snow and ALL the ice in record time. THEN he took the time to shovel all of the snow and ice that he had removed from the roof. I am having him back in the Spring to discuss coils for the roof shingles to prevent freezing. We had a new bathroom vent installed and while doing the work Andrei also noticed that our attic fan was out and needed to be replaced. He was able to install that while he was here as well.
