Thought they were reputable but I think they underbid the job then strung us along for 3-4 weeks before passing on our roof. They knew we were on a time-table, very unprofessional. Since then I have heard other negative comments from homeowners in our area. It seems to me most of these reviews are fake. Why is YELP not catching this? Who calls the roofing guy by his first name, Andrei, and knows how to spell his name correctly at that? I called for a roofing repair back in January and spoke to the owner. He was nice at first but then asked me to have my husband call him. What? So, whatever, he did and the guy from Titan never called him back. Seems to me this "awesome" service everyone speaks of may not be true. I contacted Titan Roofing in a panic in March 2013 after my basement started flooding. I was correct in assuming I had ice dams and within 20 minutes of calling, Titan Roofing was on my roof in the pouring rain removing my gutter guards and cleaning out the ice dams. My water problems stopped immediately. They returned a few weeks later to remove the remainder of my gutter guards and cleaned out all my gutters. Total price was under $100. I will call them every year for my gutter cleaning and any roof repairs I may need in the future. Highly recommended! read more

Andrei came out to clean our gutters and install GutterBrushes. GutterBrushes are a product to help keep debris out of the gutters, and is a product he wasn't familiar with when I talked to him on the phone. He quoted me a price for the work, scheduled a time to have the work done, and I sent him information on the product. He arrived promptly on a Sunday morning and began the work. About half way through the project, he told me that he felt the price he quoted me was too high, and that it would not be fair to charge me that amount - so he lowered the price by a significant amount. Unheard of in a business where you constantly worry about getting ripped off by unscrupulous contractors. The fact that Andrei did that speaks volumes about the man and his company. He also found a couple of small problems with my roof and gutters that he fixed at no additional charge. I offered to pay him more, but he refused and said that the revised quote was a fair price for the work he did. His honesty, integrity, and workmanship are second to none. They don't get any better than Andrei and Titan Roofing, and I highly recommend them. read more

The quote I got was pretty quick, competitive & detailed, covering all aspects & details of the work that had to be done, so no surprises during the process. About a year ago my roof suffered some damage due to a storm. I called four roofers all telling me that they were too busy to come out in less than 3-4 days. Then i called Titan. 60+ MPH winds blew through Arlington Heights, IL on Friday 9-5-2014 during a severe thunderstorm. I was working from my home office and as the wind and rain picked up, I looked out the window and to my surprise and horror, I started to see shingles land on our deck. After the wind and the rain stopped, I counted 6 shingles on our deck in the back yard. Needless to say, I started to frantically look for a reliable roofer who could make repairs ASAP to prevent any water damage to our home. I contacted three roofing companies including Titan Roofing to try to get an emergency repair lined up. I left a message for Titan Roofing around 3:30 PM on Friday afternoon and by 5:30 PM the owner, Andrei Tohter, was on my roof inspecting the damage. While the other two roofing companies I contacted were responsive, they needed a day or two to try to schedule a repair. Andrei was working nearby and he took the time on a Friday afternoon to help out a customer in need. Andrei didn't have any matching shingles on his truck so he installed a water proof barrier until he could return and complete the repair. Andrei indicated that he would either complete the repair the next day (Saturday) or the following Monday at the latest. True to his word, Andrei returned the next afternoon and completed the repair. Andrei explained the damage to me and what he had done to repair it. He also left me a few extra matching singles in case we ever had this problem again. Titan's repair price was very reasonable and Andrei's responsiveness and dedication to quality and customer service have earned him another glowing review on Yelp. It has also earned him a new customer as I'll use Titan Roofing for any future roofing work that we might need.
