Just a quick shout-out to these guys that work for our HOA. We have had a problem with the roof for quite some time, finally the HOA sent someone out to inspect our concern, Jesse with Titan Roofing. He arrived, got to work found the problem with a hole in the roof, inspected and advised us of the process for remedy. We are now just waiting for the repair to be done, but, while we did not retain this company ourselves, I just wanted to point out that their employee Jesse was super helpful, knowledgeable and reassured us that our roof did not appear to have any rodents taking up residence in the area due to this opening, which gave me so much peace, for I had witnessed rats running up the walls into this spot.....so thanks for that. Had high winds ripped a section of tile off my roof. Titan went above & beyond finding tile to match up with the tile I had that was no longer available. The Crews were professional. Communicated well with me during the process. They spent extra time sealing all the vents on the roof & manager inspected photo the crew boss took. She called & said she saw something that was not sealed to their standards & sent them back to correct seal. we asked for a quote for a roofing repair. while the price was good, any reasonable details were not clear on what it includes. Also, pre job "roof checking was" unprofessional rushed job at best. We can now see why this company has 2 star reviews, probably one of the lowest in Vegas. We have been in touch a few times following up with the reception lady for an inspection and quote. Our good friend has referred us to Titan roofing. The reception lady Jackie was very nice and followed up wonderfully, collecting customer info like phone, name, and email. She also followed up in good faith and assured us someone will be contacting us to schedule an inspection. One week, two week have passed and then still nothing. Then the problem started to occur to us when no one from the inspection side is following up. We decided to follow up one last time yesterday and this time the response has been ignored. I want to take the time to write to everyone out there to be careful. If a company cannot do the basic right, it will be very hard for them to complete work with satisfaction. If they are having an issue with a task as simple as scheduling an inspection, they will very likely be having issue along the path of completing the work. To me this is a red flag. The company is incoherent and hence reflecting some sort of management / operation issues. Other issues after work commitment could be the time they took for them to come to the job site or work, or delay completion due to lack of capacity, or we might have issues requesting warranty coverage due to craftmanship. To us all homeowners, this is a big project, we want things done right, but to them we are just a head, some numbers and some profits to their bottomline. I called in early December to get an estimate for a roof repair or reroofing. They told me it is a 4 week wait for an estimate, but I understood and they said they would call me to make an appointment at that time. 6 weeks later, no call, so I called and had the most ridiculous phone call ever. The person working the phones had no business there and was very confused. Finally she made an appointment for a mid February. After my LONG wait, I get an estimate for my 840 sq ft home and a small garage for a reroof (of course no repair, but fine...). The estimate was OVER $16,000!!! I waited over 2 months just to hear this, like I was born yesterday. I emailed and asked if there was an error and, of course, never got a response. Where do I begin. My 3 year old roof that I paid almost $11k for has buckled, shingles blew off and is now leaking. With an alleged 10 year warranty. Of course when I called they say it's wind damage do they don't have to cover under the warranty which is basically useless. The warranty covers poor workmanship send that's exactly what it is. My neighbors had no roof damage from the last storm send their roofs are much older than mine. What ever happened to roofs lasting 20-30 years? Now I have to call my insurance out and pay $1,000 deductible due to poor workmanship. Titan doesn't stand behind their work. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. We got referred to this roofing company by Absolute Flood Response. Called and made my appt and wait time was almost 3 weeks, but I was told this was because of the crazy weather. Booked my appt for Friday 9/22 between 8-10. I called them a couple days prior to make sure things looked good for Friday. They looked me up and confirmed. This afternoon I get a call from them (day before my appt) and they need to cancel. She said something about shifting priorities and the amount of need there is. Then I was offered to rebook for 4-6 weeks out. This is honestly beyond unprofessional and just not customer centric. I now have to find a new company. I will also be making a call to the business that referred me so that they don't continue to refer to this company. read more

We hired Titan Roofing, LLC to work on the shingles around four of our A/C air ducts because rain has been entering underneath our shingles and entering underneath our ducts. Before we called Titan, we had our A/C ducts inspected by a local Heating & Cooling company, they did not find anything wrong with our ducts. They were curious as to what was going on, so the used our gardening hose to imitate rain and found the water has been entering underneath the shingle. They recommended we call Titian. On May 6th, 2021, Titan came over to work on shingles around 4 of our air ducts. They finished rather quickly, about an hour. We thought everything was fine until today when a thunderstorm occurred, and rainwater began streaming out of the air ducts. It was far worse than how it was before. We called and told them that the work be paid for was not completed correctly and that we wanted them to make the proper repairs. They said they did work on the shingles around the air ducts because it was not in the job scope, even though the paperwork says, "West Shingle Elevation at Four A/C Ducts" and the workers disassembled the A/C ducts to work on the shingles, but Titian said, basically no they did not, that it was not in the job scope. Then they recommended we, or to hire someone to put sealant around the air ducts. That is what we hired you for. Honestly, they are blaming us for their employees incompetency, lack of workmanship and integrity and outright denying that the work we requested was not in the job scope even though the roofing contract paperwork says differently. read more

After a fierce Valentine's Day wind storm, most of the neighborhood needed at least a patch job, if not an entirely new roof. I was one of the lucky ones: nothing wrong with this metal roof but it wouldn't hurt to put a coat of that sticky white coating on the roof. So, it was done and safe for another ten years! The roofing was 'guaranteed' but they have yet to fix errors after six months. one unit can see daylight through the 'reroofing'. flashing around the chimney's was often left damaged. When the job foreman called it in to the "office" the woman on the other end was very disrespectful to him and hung up on him when she heard my voice while I was standing next to him as he was trying to explain the situation. His English was very broken that I asked him to speak to me in Spanish so that we could communicate with better understanding. This company is here doing roof in my condo. they are super loud all day and horrible at cleaning up, the employees drink beer on the clock. There is garbage and nails everywhere, pieces of wood left behind with huge nails sticking out. People walk their dogs here and perfect to get a nail in the paw also in the parking lot are loose nails. Stop leaving your trash everywhere... Now I see why this company gets horrible reviews. We had a claim through our home warranty and they were quick to come out to give us a quote but said their start time would be 2 to 4 weeks out. I called them today to get an estimate (3 weeks out) on when they will be able to start work. Monica in the office sounded very annoyed I was talking to her. She couldn't give me an estimated start date and said if we want to cancel with them go ahead. The area manager of my home warranty company was apologetic and said they will no longer use this vendor. You think someone would be grateful to have business. $660! Yep, that's how much was ultimately saved with Titan. Here's how to keep $660 in your pocket AND receive quality work: The issue was a roof leak of which I had already removed the tile and tar paper from the area for easy contractor viewing during the estimating period. Jumped on the NV contractors board site to verify roofer credentials then reviewed Yelper comments. Eliminated a few companies due to poor reviews. Called several other roofers and let them screen themselves out via short conversation, setting time/date for on-site estimate, waited to see who followed through, and eliminated any fast talkers and/or BS bids. One company NEVER set foot on the roof during their on-site "estimate" - yet produced a bid which, of course, was on the high side. A few companies tried giving me the run around. Solution? Never called them back. For what it's worth, two companies never returned my initial phone call while another one no-showed the estimate date/time they set. Hats off to Titan Roofing who not only showed up as they promised for both the estimate and work day but completed the job on time at EXACTLY the contracted rate - NO "gotcha" extra charges. Be aware that they gave a day, not specific time, for when work would begin. Worked for me. A two man crew showed up for the job. Titan was the LEAST expensive bid yet the job was done well (it was soaking rain within days of the job being completed). To top it off, as promised, a supervisor stopped by to check the completed work within a few days. Better yet, no fuss concerning payment which was mailed to them after the job was completed. The other quotes were $460 and $660 OVER Titan's. No surprise, the highest quote was from a company well rated by Yelpers. Apparently, their back-log of jobs extended out for many weeks which did not mesh with my schedule. You can bet that any future roofing needs will prompt me to give Titan first crack at it. Some constructive criticism of Titan... When consulting with the customer about their isolated roof leak, refrain from initiating inspection findings with how you can "redo" the entire roof for $x,xxx.xx Not cool. Give your estimate for the issue at hand FIRST, then attempt an upsell - and then only if the customer seems accepting. I had already been on the roof AND in the attic to assess the extent of any water penetration. There were NO other leaks in the main roof. Oh, even though they cleaned up the job site quite well there were a few scraps of tar paper hanging in the bushes that weren't there before they arrived. However, still giving Titan a thumbs up yet short of five stars. P.S. Sorry to see some low ratings for Titan on Yelp. Could it be that Titan is improving? Maybe their fair bid, good work and follow up on this job is what you can expect in the future? We'll see. Yelpers, I wish you well with your own roof repairs. Had Titan come out for an estimate , it took about 3 weeks for them to come out, we have 3 leaks but, we were interested in having a total roof replacement. After they came out and looked at the roof, a week later they called to say they didn't want to do the work, we asked why, they couldn't even give us a reason. 8/27/18 Titan Roofing came out to inspect my elderly uncle's roof to give us an estimate of what it would cost to repair some slipped tiles. Alex came out and advised us that he had found other issues with the roof and that in all likelihood all the tiles would have to come off and new plywood installed and the old tiles laid back down. He further indicated that he would go back to the office and work up an estimate. 8/29/18 I had not heard from the company and so I contacted them that morning and spoke with the owner who was doing the estimate instead of Alex. He advised that the estimate would be completed in about 30 minutes. I asked if he could give me a ballpark dollar amount for the project and he told me that it was looking like it would in the $10,000 to $12,000 dollar range. I told him that my Uncle could not afford that. I then asked if he could just give me an estimate for repairing the 3 slipped tiles and an estimate for removing an old non-functioning solar panels. He told me that he would and he would email me the estimate. I assumed that the estimate for the 3 slipped tiles and removal of the solar panels would be much easier to work up, but I was wrong. I did not receive the estimate on this date. 8/30 I called back in the morning and spoke with Alex who told me that he needed to give the owner some additional information and that I would receive an emailed estimate sometime today. No estimate was sent. 8/31 I called the company again and was placed on hold while the receptionist checked on the progress of my estimate. She then advised that the information was still with owner and he had not finished the estimate yet. She could not tell me when he might complete the estimate. She told me that she would call me prior to closing and advise me of the progress of the estimate. Unfortunately, no estimate and no call. This made me feel that once they found out that they didn't have a large project in terms of money, that they decided to just blow me off. I would have been fine if someone would have just told me they weren't interested. I then contacted another roofing company who was interested in customer service and they came out the next day and gave me an estimate that day, after examining the roof. I really can't say anything bad about Titan Roofing's work since they never got back to me. My advice is that if you don't have a large job to do, don't call Titan Roofing. Just got a new roof from this company. Yes, I read the reviews. Over the past three years I had quotes from three or four companies. Titan Roofing LLC was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They seemed to be right in the middle. Not only am I pleased with the result, but the crew left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Picked up everything around the perimeter of the house. I had two layers on my roof--took them two days to do everything. Very nice company to deal with, Great choice for a new roof, If you need a roof, give them a shot. Called for appt for estimate to repair our balcony deck, they said that I would have to wait a month because they were booked up because of the recent winds that resulted in high demand. I agreed to wait. This morning I was expecting them at around 8 am. At 8:21 AM they called me and said that they were short on estimators and would have to reschedule. I asked if they would come later this week and was told that it would be at least another 3 weeks. I said that I felt it hard to believe that they just figured out this morning that they couldn't make it for another 3 weeks. I had rearranged my entire day, and these folks didn't have the courtesy to call the day before. I can just imagine what they would pull if I hired them! We used Titan for one of our rental properties. They did a satisfactory job. A couple of months later, the tenant complained about some water blotching and we called Titan and requested that they go back out to the house. Their Customer Service Department is horrible. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an inspector to schedule an appointment with our tenant. We kept getting passed on to the next rep, next rep, next rep. When they finally got to the property, they told our tenant that they would call us back with their findings - we never heard anything. Again, just bad customer service. read more

I also got 2 other prices from different companies and Titan was much better priced, and when they did the job they were very professional! I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof repairs or any roof service. They fixed my roof before all the rain we had and couldn't be happier with the fact that nothing leaks anymore. Missed my scheduled window all together. When I called to inquire about it I was told that I was never even on the schedule...even though they called to confirm. I rescheduled and the estimator did not show up again the following day. When I called to see what was going on...he replied, "I totally spaced it, I'm on my way!" He was very apologetic and took pictures for estimate. My HOA was covering the cost as I only own the airspace... I assume it was fixed as I heard them on the roof and saw a Titan truck out front. Fast forward 2 months and another storm....roof is still leaking in the same exact spot. This time I had to remove the soaked roof tiles and let it drip into a trash bin because it was 5x as bad. Now I have to go through HOA again and have them come out for a warranty "estimate"...praying it doesn't rain it the meantime. read more

My experience with Titan was absolutely terrible, horrific and they should be ashamed to be in business. My place is an investment property that had a bee problem in the attic. The exterminator dug up the roof and another contractor was supposed to close the roof, but didn't, which caused a leak. The bees were back by then. It took Titan a month to get an estimate, and needed a bee exterminator to be there, holding their hand. They sent me the estimate. I wanted the estimate to include something about bees, add another couple of tiles on another part of the roof, and so I wanted the estimate to have another two lines of text. That took another month, where I talked to the various people at the Titan office, who promised various things to get me off the phone. Then I finally talked to Peter, one of the owners, who never heard from the other office people as far as changing the estimate, and it took him another week to add some of what I wanted. I agreed to the estimate, now two months in. It took another month (now third month of lost rent, about three times the cost of the roof repair itself) for them to go out there. My property manager told me they told her the work was done, so I sent out the bee exterminator to make the place bee proof with caulking etc. The exterminator contacted me, all mad, that they couldn't do their thing because the roof still wasn't done. Another miscommunication! Titan had gone out there (supposedly) and discovered a few bees roaming around, and didn't do anything. My property manager had already paid them, of course. A few weeks after that, Titan honored me by doing the work, three and a half months after they were first contacted. How well it was done, only the first rain will tell. I will be contacting Titan about reimbursing me for the exterminator's trip and for some of the lost rent due to their taking so much time. If I do not get satisfaction, I will go to the Better Business Bureau and finally court. The amount of stress and anger these jokers caused me can not be considered as anything even close to reasonable. I would strongly suggest never, ever using them. How they stayed in business for 30 years, I have no idea. They gave me a two year warranty on the work, but based on what they had done for me so far, I'd rather send out another roofing company and pay them, since Titan would take an age to do it, and probably do it badly. They are always able to get out to the property and get the free estimate back to me within a couple days, always including picks so things are easily explained to both us and the clients. The office staff is just as professional, always able to help me themselves or get me in contact with someone who can. Titan Roofing was contracted by our company sometime in May 2017. We had 4 contracts amounting to $70,780. They have provided warranties along with the contracts. Everything is fine on papers until we had leaks. They do not want to honor warranties. Clients who rely on their so-called professionalism and expertise now left in the dark and would likely to incur additional expenses. They just give excuses not to honor their warranty. Titan roofing sent someone out to give us a quote for some minor roof repairs. The gentleman arrived on time, spoke & understood English and communicated well. After the inspection I was given a verbal estimate of approximately what it would cost to repair our roof and told the quote would be emailed to me. I did receive the quote and it was almost exactly the same amount that I had been (informally) told and Considerably Less than a quote I got from another roofing company. I informed Titan's receptionist that I needed the work done ASAP. I was told they would have a person out within 3 days. Unfortunately we could not get the work done then due to a family emergency. After our family issues were resolved I called Titan to set up an appointment. I sighed & returned the contract and made arrangements to have the roof work done a few days later (much sooner than I'd expected). The roofer showed up on time. He was courteous and spoke and understood English. He finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. A neighbor saw the roofing truck & needed 2 tiles. There just happened to be 2 tiles the shape, size & color in the roofer's truck. I asked if my neighbor could buy those tiles from him. He said "no" and very politely explained that they were for his next job, where they needed those 2 specific tiles. He recommended a place where my neighbor could buy the small quantity of tiles she needed. He was kind, helpful and informative. My realtor suggested Titan for my leaky roof. The assessment was quick. The work was finished. It was explained what was done. The charge as suggested, $1100. The next rain storm, my roof leaked much worse. Another company called in. They showed me that Titan had basically done nothing. The work was shoddy. The problem was not solved, not close. The new charge 250.00. I no longer have a leaky roof. Prior, Titan was called to look at another potential problem At the time, I had no idea they had screwed me on the first job. This time the estimate was 600.00. We called another company for a second opinion. He told me that not only was there not a problem but also that my roof was as well put together as any he had seen. I got the referral from my neighbor. I had no problems making an appointment for assessing my broken roof tiles. They were quick, and called before they arrived, and they arrived on time. That part I liked. The guy did his assessment and said I would get an email for the estimate. I asked him about how much was he thinking. He said estimates are based on the neighborhood. That seemed odd to me. The same tiled house in the SW cost different than a job in the NW? Questionable in my opinion. 4 days later I still don't have the estimate. I called them and after 7 minutes on hold with no one coming back to the line I hung up. I guess they don't want the job. I don't like having my time wasted, and having to be home so a guy can look at my roof without follow up is a waste of my time. read more

Since I found all my contractors via Yelp, I decided to share my experience with others like me who may be searching for a reliable company for their money. I highly recommend Titan roofing. I got 3 estimates, and Titan was the most reasonable of the 3. Also, they offered a 10 yr warranty, whereas others only offered a 5yr. They did everything they said they would do- on time, if not early. I also needed a few extra things for my insurance co, and they provided them in a timely manner. Any repair has a minimum price of $350.00. The girl who answers the phone said that's that. There are many companies who are more flexible on price and more honest. I'm going with Prestige Roofing, a referral, who didn't give a minimum. I guess this company doesn't need the business. That's cool for them! read more
