Excellent visit for breakfast! I thoroughly enjoyed my omelette, the atmosphere, and service! The food came out so fast too! My sister in law enjoyed the two eggs breakfast and we split a chocolate chip table cake! Only suggestion would be making home fries crispier! Otherwise, had a great meal!

Tito's simulates a 1950's diner. We chose it so I could get my non-breakfast breakfast (a chicken salad sandwich) and T, an omelet. I don't know anything about short order cooking, but when the western omelet came out I knew it wouldn't be wonderful. Do they use an egg mixture to make it thick and puffy? T agreed. "You wouldn't like it," he said. The grits he described as 'average.' My sandwich was generously stuffed and the accompanying fries crisp, as requested. I think the chicken salad is mixed with a touch of ketchup -- something I used to do in making my own, but stopped cause I really don't like it. 3.5 stars.

I was lost when looking for a local spot to eat. We decided upon Tito's after a long day of shopping. Walked into this place and it's like a diner straight from the 50s. Extremely cool ambiance even if it was a bit gimmicky. The service here was delightful and the lady that helped us was extremely friendly. The reason for such a low rating? The food. One of the worst meals I have ever been served since starting this yelp. Ordered the shish kebab traditional. The pita was rock hard and the beef was chewier than bubble gum. I don't usually like to bash a place like this but I felt awful after eating this food. I'd like to say it was an off night but it was so bad it scarred me. Never again would I come here.

Well I was finally able to make a visit to diner which is located on the corner of Cowan and Carl D. Silver Pkwy in Central Park, behind Starbucks, in between Indian Guru and Total Wine. The parking lot is shared by other businesses but manageable. As you walked in, the restaurant is clean, has memorable decors on its walls, dining area throughout the diner from tables, booths and stools. I ordered 3 items: 1) Grilled Farmers Sandwich 2) Florentine Benedict 3) Chicken and Waffle. The chicken and waffle were interesting. It wasn't your typical appearance because when the plate arrive to the table, the chicken was not individual pieces but rather a patty place on top of the waffle. It was served with syrup and a ramekin of white gravy. To my surprise, once you slice the chicken patty, all of the fried batter separated from that chicken instantly. I was only able to enjoy the waffle itself. The ramekin of white gravy tastes just like flour and bland. The highlight of my trip was the farmer's sandwich. It was layered with a toasted sourdough (choice of variety of bread selections); mayo, ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. It was served with hash browns (of any choice of sides). The bread was perfectly grilled and with each bite, it made this combination of ingredients, perfectly balanced. It was like an upscale version of a BLT, very delicious and satisfying. My least favorite dish was surprisingly the Florentine Egg Benedict. When it arrive to the table, it looks scrumptious especially with that hollandaise sauce but when I slice open the egg and took my first bite, it was very bland, the poached eggs were too runny, the English muffin on the bottom were soggy and the sauté spinach and slice tomato was just there. The yolk flow out like a river and what was left was just the whites lol. I didn't order any sides because I just wanted the item by itself. The only thing that wasn't photo was the yellow yolks oozing out onto the plate. My server Kelly was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

Ham and Swiss omelet with rye toast and hashrowns. Look at those fluffy eggs.

The omelet is so good. I get the ham and Swiss with hashbrowns and it's delicious. I really like how fluffy the omelet is. I usually don't like omelets because I always feel like they're overcooked and dry, but not these! It's affordable and fast. The servers are friendly.

My dad loves getting the big breakfast which serves quite a bit of food and I ordered the true western omelette which is a half decent size. The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and takes your order quickly and the food comes out quickly as well. This has become our favorite diner in the area to come too.

I haven't eaten at Tito's in years and we decided to go this past Father's Day. I would've normally have chosen Metro or 2400 diner but my mom really wanted to go there. We ordered as follows: Steak and Cheese Pancake Breakfast French Toast Breakfast Fettuccine Alfredo Fried Shrimp Platter Mozzarella Sticks I'm going to start with the good ... The shrimp were huge and perfectly fried. The table really enjoyed them. The Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and packed A LOT of flavor. However the only downside was that they put mushrooms, peppers, and spinach in it. Which I don't believe the menu stated and could cause some issues if you aren't expecting it. BUT I liked it. The bad ... The Mozzarella Sticks were the normal large frozen ones, which are my least favorite. I prefer the smaller long ones that have seasoning in the breading. We had to send back the French Toast not once, BUT TWICE due to hair being on them. The steak and cheese was dry and they mixed up the two orders we placed. One was supposed to be completely plain and one with condiments and fixings. I believe they were understaffed which is normal for the industry right now but we had to continue to remind our server of the extras we still needed to attempt to enjoy our meal. Kelly our server did her best and was very pleasant. They gave us 10% off our bill and took the French toast completely off for the experience.

I've eyed this place for years and have to say there is a gap between food quality and interior/exterior look of the place. Looks like a very chill place to eat. I like the retro look and the place was packed. The food was ‍. Not bad just regular...meh. I ordered pancakes and eggs w toast. Basic order and got a basic tasting meal. The butter was cold and the pancakes were not hot enough to melt it bc they were warm. The toast definitely was sitting for a minute because it was about room temp. The eggs were.. well they were eggs hard to mess them up. I had high hopes based on the look of this place and the amount of people there. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but just not what I expected. IHOP breakfast is better.

My husband is not a fan of Tito's, but I don't think they're so bad. So I took my grandchildren the other night for dinner (just the kids and I). My youngest granddaughter (4 years old) had the children's spaghetti and orange juice. My oldest granddaughter (6 years old), had the bacon and egg, with home fries and toast. She also had the orange juice. My youngest granddaughter practically licked her plate clean. She really enjoyed the spaghetti. The oldest ate her bacon, eggs, and toast, but didn't want her home fries. I ordered some breakfast sandwich that had bacon, egg, ham, turkey and cheese on sourdough. I subbed out the home fries for French fries, and had an unsweetened iced tea. My sandwich was absolutely amazing! So big, flavorful, and tasty. I could only eat half of it. Fries were great too. Service was lacking, but at least she was friendly. My only complaint was the fact that I wasn't aware that the children's orange juice, which came in a small styrofoam cup, wasn't included in the kids meal like it is at most restaurants. Their orange juice's were $3.99 a piece. It's my fault for assuming, but next time, I'll just order them waters (which they typically prefer). When our bill came, and I saw it was $40 for 2 children's meals and one adult bacon and egg sandwich and fries, I was floored. I know that the cost of food has increased dramatically, but it still seemed steep to me.

Got the Farmers Omelette with hash browns, toast. It was very tasty stuffed with meats and veggies. The staff is friendly and at $13 it's a great deal. Tito's is a classic diner with a 50's feel.

Good food, quick service. Interior is cool and retro themed. Went here for breakfast and everything was reasonably priced. Nothing super standout but very good.

Cool retro 50's vibe, with good service. The food to me was better than average, not quite as good as the silver diner it looks like. I was in the mood for some pancakes and they were really not that great. The saving grace was my waitress who was great. The atmosphere is fun which I can see people coming back for. Honestly though I would rather go to Cracker Barrel or maybe even IHOP. There are many great Ma & Pa places all over Fredericksburg, this one is average at best. read more

My wife and I were passing through town and were looking for burgers. We found Tito's Diner via Yelp. The burgers were excellent and the fries were very good, all for a reasonable price. The restaurant is set up as a 50s diner with old music and decor. We will definitely come back the next time we pass through town. read more

My family and I ALWAYS have an A++ experience here. The food is always expertly prepared (as if it was a 5-star restaurant), tasteful and they use the freshest ingredients and vegetables. The salmon is to die for. It is good food...no matter what time of day, breakfast, lunch, dinner---doesn't matter, it's always good. I love this place. The service is good too. read more

Very good food, good portions, and a super clean dining room. I had the beer battered fish which had a great crust. The portions are generous with out being obscenely huge. And the dining room was super clean which i do not nor,ally associate with diners. However it was too pricy. Not diner prices but restaurant prices. read more

We stopped for breakfast on our way back north from North Carolina. We were seated immediately and our waitress was with us right away. Great service. The breakfast menu was pretty typical but with lots of options, and they had specials. Our food came out lightning fast and hot! We tried two different omelettes, which were full of fresh veggies, and huevos rancheros. Everyone was very pleased and very full! Great breakfast stop, especially compared to chain restaurants in the area. Highly recommend. read more

Looks like it used to be an old Silver Diner. Waitress was very nice but seats had crumbs and coffee cup was not fully washed when it came out. Prices were slightly higher than I expected for a diner. The food was pretty good, we ordered a big breakfast and extra belgian waffles. Not a bad experience but probably won't be returning. read more

I walked in with my aunt and niece and we were not greeted. The host stood behind the host stand and made no effort to acknowledge our existence, no "hello", no "how's your day", nothing. Then another lady from behind the bar counter said "you can just sit them there" and pointed towards a booth. As if we were just a pile of dirty laundry that could be placed anywhere. The host then proceeded to grab some forks and take us to the booth the lady had pointed towards. I do not appreciate being treated so unkindly. We were trying to branch out and try new restaurants and were extremely disappointed. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because our server seemed like a very nice girl. We walked out after we were sat because we felt so uncomfortable and unwanted. We most definitely will not be going back. read more

First time I've been. Took my 2 year old daughter and my very pregnant wife to a late breakfast after a doctor's appointment. Claire waited on us and the whole experience exceeded all expectations. The menu was a sophisticated version of a traditional diner, but with all the classic diner food as well. We will be back when we are in the area. read more

Decided to try this place last sunday, the wait wasn't very long, the hostess made it a point to greet everyone coming and going which is very welcoming. We were seated and ordered our food. the food came out very quickly especially since one of us had ordered steak and eggs. The coffee here is GOOD! And the food is delicious. Our waitress was very nice and kept checking to make sure we were doing OK and kept our drinks & coffee filled. We will definitely be returning. Try it out you won't be disappointed! read more

Stopped by the diner before the 4th of July. I had the omlet with sausage green & yellow peppers with cheese and onions. A English muffin with hash browns. The omlett was cooked well and full of flavors from the large chunks of peppers & meat. The hash browns could have been better but with ketchup was OK. The English muffin was slightly crisp but not hard and standard restaurant Smuckers jams; but was good. Not the best I ever had but better then most places. Service was good. The price average. I wish they had their soups going as this was the main reason we started coming here, maybe due to summer they have slacked off the soups until cooler weather. read more

On the whole, my family's breakfast was a decent experience; the food was good and sort-of-reasonably priced. However, my wife's hash browns were burnt and needed to be sent back twice. No big deal, right? Wrong. The Cook, perhaps Tito himself, tried to fleece us by sending back the original burnt hash browns before actually making some fresh ones....perhaps he thought we'd had a change of heart and regretted our initial decision to request non-charred hash browns. Our server was friendly and helpful. We'll give it another shot in the future but we'll go with the breakfast potatoes next time rather than bothering to play the hash-browns-game. read more

We've been here a couple of times now and were very happy with our food. The french toast was really great. The atmosphere is typical diner from the 50's, like you would see on Happy Days, which is fun. The waitstaff has always been very friendly and provided good service. Frankly, with all of the chains in Fredericksburg, it's difficult to find good food. This is one of the places we will continue to visit, especially for breakfast. read more

Have been here at least 4 times and have been satisfied with both the service and food. Good Diner fare with a few middle-eastern dishes added. Breakfast is always when I've eaten here is served hot and fresh from the grill. Waitresses really try very hard to please but have some patience if there slammed after Church on Sunday. Coffee is always hot and juice cold. The manager I've noticed tries to check on each table to see if you need anything or have any compliments or complaints.Very nice and clean like a New/Old American Diner. read more

This was the first Diner my fiance and I came to when we first moved to Virginia. Its nothing that impressive. I got the veggie omelet and it was pretty good. It didnt have the downtown charm which i really love, but it was still a good restaurant!:) read more

Tito's has a ton of menu choices, and most of them are fantastic. I highly recommend the crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken parm, and the Oreo cheesecake is the best in the business! The staff is always friendly, and we've never had to wait long for food. read more

Tried the seafood omelette. It was amazing! The shrimp and scallops were very fresh and cooked to perfection. Sister tried the cappuccino. Had lots of foam and wasn't overly sweetened. Great service. 5/5 read more

We have eaten breakfast here multiple times and while everything is good, the pancakes are to DIE for!!! I would give anything to know how to make these pancakes at home. They are melt in your mouth delicious, literally you don't even have to chew them.......ahhhh they are heaven! If you are visiting Fredericksburg or you live here, you HAVE to try Tito's pancakes. read more

Service was quick, and friendly. Menu choices were great. Decor is 1940s-1950s. Lighting seemed adequate, had a nice flare, but not very bright when sitting in a windowless seat. Seats were comfortable, and was adequate room for larger-people. Food was filling and delicious. Price was fair. read more

Went in thinking of a 1950's/1960's diner, imagine my surprise to see Greek/Mediterranean dishes on the menu. Not complaining just very surprised. The service was great, the food was above average. Want to go back and try one of their shakes. Those looked really good. read more

My husband and I really enjoy having breakfast here. The food is excellent and so is the friendly service! They blow away the local competition that also serves breakfast all day. I don't think I can mention the other one! But it's not hard to guess! Love the atmosphere here, and did I mention the friendly staff? We haven't tried other meals except breakfast but they have a wide variety to choose from. read more

It is a good value, the food is good and reasonably priced, service is fast. I personally thought it was an refreshing twist to have Mediterranean on the menu. I wasn't in the mood for that at the time, I had the cheesesteak sub w/ fries, it was good. It's still a new restaurant and it continues to evolve.I had read other reviews and after visiting Tito's, it seemed they were overly harsh.It's a small business and employs people. I'll be back and have kabob next time...... read more

Good burger as it comes but I wanted to spice it up a little bit. I ordered it with a sunny side up fried egg and hash browns on the burger. Delicious and I would suggest doing it! The waitress made it happen and no one seemed to mind me customizing the burger to my liking. Food came out quickly and hot. I will return next time I am in the Fredricksburg area. read more

Great all-day breakfast!! We eat at Tito's most every weekend. The food is terrific and well priced. The staff is incredibly friendly and beyond accommodating!! Top all that off with the fun diner decor, great old music and it's clean and well kept! One of Fredericksburg's gems. read more

I've passed this place dozens of times and finally stopped in because I was craving a patty melt. It was cooked to order (medium) and pretty delicious. Came with fries as a side and they were crispy outside and tender inside...and they were good. Sat at the counter and the server was extremely polite and attentive. Sorry I waited so long to check the place out. read more

Our bartender/server was Lashone and she was funny, fast and friendly! She was pouring drinks for the ENTIRE restaurant and didn't miss a beat!! The breakfast menu is small but everything sounded fantastic. I chose the Steak Tacos; my husband chose the brie and bacon frittata (added by the chef since the quiche was sold out. Steak tacos were delicious (see pic). Menu said they had steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, tomato salsa, breakfast potatoes and cilantro. I didn't see or taste any potatoes, but the tacos were still delicious! I'd only recommend draining the salsa through a sieve because of the excess juice affecting the integrity of the tortilla. My husband's frittata was awful. The eggs were dry; he compared them to "eggs at the bottom of the warming tray at a cheap breakfast buffet." The chef also served a side salad alongside. My husband asked about subbing potatoes and Ms. Lashone made it happen. She was the star of our brunch: drinks were delicious, the conversational quips were quick and funny. She was attentive without being intrusive and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. 5 stars for her and my food; 1 for the frittata. I don't want to average it and tank the rating. We'll be back soon to see Lashone!

The menu has a bunch of options from salads and appetizers, to burgers, tacos, flatbreads, and then heartier entrees. I enjoyed the mushroom french-dip burger and the club sandwich on different occasions. On a recent dinner visit since it was a cold night, I tried the Wurst Platter and OMG was it good. Another plus is they have a loyalty program which is pretty generous with rewards.

I really enjoyed the sushi & sashimi on the boat, it tasted fresh. Sad to see such mixed reviews here considering this is our new FAVORITE restaurant!! We stumbled in a couple of months ago hoping to get something quick and get back to our shopping...we had NO idea what delicious food we were in for!! The wings, burgers, and milkshakes are AMAZING (I'd go through a desert for those wings and that juicy burger on that soft sweet bun) and bode well with the traditional diner atmoshere!! Although at first glance I agreed that the Mediterainian food felt out of place...you are doing yourself a horrible injustice if you don't try it!!! I've NEVER tasted meat so good!! The hummas and falafel are to die for!! I crave this place daily!! Service has always been 5 stars or better - often getting a visit from the owner/manager to ensure we are happy! Been in at various times of the day, including 4 a.m. on black friday after a full night of shopping - never any variation in the food or service!! I had been coming here for years because the food is genuinely from scratch and is delivered so quick with absolute perfection every time. You don't find that in many restaurants now-a-days. The chorizo skillet is to die for, as well as the chorizo omelette. For the price you pay and the quality of food you get (and breakfast all day), I will never eat at any of the chain breakfast places again. I started working here about 3 months ago, and don't let a disgruntled employee's review deter you from this place. I love it here - the owners and my coworkers are like my family. They expect you to work hard because it IS their family business and they have high expectations. Rightfully so, as Tito's Diner has become more and more successful every year since they opened 7 years ago. Come here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I promise you won't be disappointed. Titos diner gets five stars from me, for food and as a place of employment. Virtually everything on the menu is fresh and the french toast is BOMB. I was first hired on five years ago but left for school and when I came back this year I was welcomed as family! I just had my second child, but throughout my pregnancy I was able to work as little or as much as I needed to (and inhaled my daily dose of french toast with maple syrup) When I had my daughter, I was told to spend time with baby and come back whenever I was ready, I was even given a baby gift from the managers as congrats on my family's new addition. I was able to jump back on the schedule like I never left and am able to use the manager office as a quiet, private place to pump. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a hello from Charlotte. We were seated quickly and breakfast was served hot and cooked perfectly. While my husband and I were eating I could not help but notice how clean the 'counter-breakfast bar' was. Even the foot bar that runs across the bottom where people rest their feet. Really clean.
