Had the tortellini bolognese. It was for sure not bolognese. It was just hamburger in some read sauce. I saw no carrots, no onions, no evidence of pancetta or other italian porks. To be honest, it tasted like it came of out a can. Presentation was nice (see the image). The restaurant is actually the kind of place I like. It is a hodge podge of appliances, tables, chairs, and other restaurant equipment from other restaurants they have picked up on sale or at an auction. I actually like that type of character and can appreciate the grind from the owner. The staff actually earned the place an extra star on my review. Very nice. I want this place to do well and if the owners are reading this, do better with the bolognese sauce, or just call it meat sauce. We were staying at an AirBNB on Paris Mountain. Tito's was the closet pizza we could find to our location so we tried it. We REALLY liked it. We called them 20 minutes before they closed and they prepared a meat lovers and margarita pizza for us. We were able to pick it up in about 10 minutes. Both of them were REALLY good. I'm not sure about the owners but the guy I talked to when I was there was from Napoli. Maybe his Italian added to the experience but again, the pizza was very good. If your planning on visiting Tito's in the winter, don't dress to impress, just dress warm! On one of the coldest nights of the year we walked through the outer propped open doors, only to realize the inside temperature was not much better. I quickly understood why the standard wait staff uniform appeared to be long coats. Since our last visit to Tito's, there has apparently been a shift in ownership, which still remains within the family. The one thing you will NOT find at Tito's is "Titos Vodka", so don't bother asking Tito's for hard liquor, wine and beer only and regardless of what your drink selection, I'm sure it will come out cold. The pizza hasn't changed, it is still as good as I remember, however this time it had a very short shelf life on the table before getting cold. Since I just don't eat cold pizza, not even the day after, we decided to cut our dining visit short Eating at Tito's felt much like eating at a standard chain restaurant, beyond the cold, the ambience just isn't there as it seems to be lacking individuality and a warming ambience. She ordered chicken parm with spaghetti and I had egg plant parm with spaghetti. My wife's chicken parm was overcooked and dry with a stale taste. It was left on our table while a new order was prepared. The new order, although still overcooked, was not quite as dry, but still had that old, left over taste about it. My eggplant was just okay. The owner, upon paying the check, could have cared less, he was curt and showed little respect. ARROGANT is how I would describe him. It was all about him and not the customer. We are both seniors, I'm an Army Intelligence war veteran and no senior or veteran discounts were offered. We will not return. read more

Although there are places that probably make better or fancier pizza, Tito's was just fine. It was a convenient location and parking was easy. The decor is just what you'd expect from a casual eatery. A nice environment for visiting with friends. Our pizzas were tasty and the service was very good. Ordered a pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza is good but the salad was terrible. It was wilted from the dressing and very salty.

Met a local friend at Tito's the other day. She said it was a staple for the community. Everyone went there. She told me it needed to be updated and has recently had a facelift. It was 2:00pm only a couple of guests in the restaurant. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. We ordered a Sausage, pepper, onion, and mushroom pizza and also eggplant parmigiana. Both were good. The restaurant was clean and it was more like a local pizza joint, not that that's a bad thing. Nothing really fancy, but what do expect out of a pizza joint. I would recommend Tito's... if I'm in Greenville again, I'll probably stop in. read more

We have been ordering pizza here for about two months now because this is consistently the best pizza in the upstate. We usually get a cheese and sausage and cannoli for dessert. This is one of the few places I'd give 6 stars to if I could. Service is always great! read more

I've never had a bad meal at Tito's. It has a cozy, hole in the wall feel and the owners passion for food shines through in every dish. The pizza and chicken fettuccine are excellent. Tito's just hasn't been the same since the original Tito sold it. The next guy to run it just didn't do a good job. I heard it was under a new owner so decided to try it out again. Food was good but the service was very slow. The waitress seemed more interested in standing around & chatting with some tables & letting the rest of us wait for drinks & food. I wasn't impressed. We ordered for pickup from this place because of the reviews my wife ordered chicken parmigiana which was fine. But I ordered shrimp scampi and it was inedible completely the only thing it had in it was olive oil and lemon with noodles and 4 shrimp and that's all you can taste it was awful. I called to try and rectify things and explain my issue I had with the dish and owner didn't care and just said oh ok and hung up the phone.
