Late post 6/2026…read more It's always refreshing to encounter employees who go above and beyond to help customers without even being asked. Joseph at the self-checkout and Diane in the cosmetics department both demonstrated exemplary customer service. They each took the initiative to assist me, and I sincerely appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone when you need assistance, but on this particular day, they noticed I could use a hand and stepped in without hesitation. Their thoughtfulness and genuine care made my shopping experience so much easier. Words can't fully express my gratitude. Joseph and Diane are outstanding examples of what excellent customer service should look like, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve.

The placement of product and where they moved some departments doesnt make sense at all and again, made it worse. Very disorganized and still dirty. Employees still havent learned their manners and cut people off, no "oops" or "sorry excuse me" not even a "watch it!" Like rude zombies walking around. Leaving their carts in the middle in the way. Almost have to shoulder check some just to get by. This old woman with no vest and dried up snowcone hair, toni is super rude she cant even fake it cause not only is she rude and always an attitude, but her face im sure doesnt know what a smile is. Yeah what a model employee walmart. Its just so miserable there. Its a chore in itself to go there and shop.

I am not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews…read more It's clean, it has a lot of stuff... that's about it. The clothes are in sections by size, but they are not sorted properly. There were a ton of Small in the XL and vice versa. There were also a lot of Junior sized mixed in with the women's which can hurt your self confidence thinking you've gained 20+ lbs lol. The kids stuff is so stuffed on the racks that my daughters fingers got pinched between hangers and the clothes were stuck together. Even the staff made a comment that there were too many of the plastic strings holding them together. One outfit had the normal brand tags along with 3 tags for TJ Maxx which is a bit overkill and a waste of plastic. She had to cut it all off for us just to get the clothes separated. The dressing rooms are clean but the staff was not helpful. She looked very bored and annoyed and just pointed at a room. When we were done she just pointed at the stand to put unwanted clothes and stared into space. Not even a smile. Check out wasn't much friendlier, just did her job and that was it. This isn't necessarily geared towards my rating but the clothing selection was odd. I haven't seen most of those styles before and anything bigger than a Large looked like something my grandma would wear to the beach, just very odd taste. I've been to other TJ Maxx before but never seen such dated clothing before. Maybe it's the area.

When I did ask the staff regarding some warez, she asked the staff local to Fallon and directed me to the GS right across the parking lot. Definitely very friendly and helpful staff! I think the warez they did have were of great value. I almost bought a smart house bird feeder/house. Always great treasures at the Maxx. Check this one out in Fallon! Solid A

They have security gates over the doors so you can see from a far that they were not open when I got here at first. I was early for a lunch and needed to burn off some time. The Men's dept is on the first floor. I found some Tommy Bahama shirts on sale and they had some in my size. Always love a sale. The dressing rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a flash. Nice place to shop and like I said great to get a sale. Perfect price

We found a couple of styles at JCPenney, but unfortunately they didn't have his size. We then headed over to Macy's, which was also disappointing. After trying a few other stores and spending over an hour searching, we left empty-handed. We decided to take a drive to Dillard's, and I'm so thankful we did. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

One of my favorite features is the Walk of Presidents upstairs. The lifelike presidential statues are fascinating, and you can listen to each president's story as you stroll through history. Kids (and adults!) will also love the indoor Ferris wheel (only $1 a ride), the classic shooting gallery, arcade-style attractions, bowling, the candy shop, and the impressive aquarium. You could easily spend a couple of hours here even if you're not shopping. Don't miss the cafeteria if you get hungry. It's a great place to grab a bite, and while you're there, be sure to stop by the fudge counter. They offer free samples of their delicious homemade fudge, making it hard to leave without buying a piece or two! When it comes to shopping, they truly have something for everyone. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, sporting goods, camping gear, coolers, golf equipment, water toys, or just about anything for the outdoors, chances are you'll find it here. The selection is incredible. What really stands out is the customer service. Every employee I've encountered has been cheerful, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Located at Legends in Sparks, Scheels is one of my favorite places to browse, shop, and spend an afternoon. Whether you're shopping, exploring, or just looking for a fun family outing, this place has something for everyone!
