They tended to me quickly but didn't rush my services. I bounced ideas off my nail technician but decided to just settle on something simple and neat. The place was clean and inviting. They had a good amount of options for nail color. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two ladies who did my nails because I would love to go back and have them again. I came in to get my pedicure and the nail tech cut me several times which then turned into an infection. This is not the only toe she cut either, thankfully the other 2 toes she cut did not become this infected. Shame on them.

As I walk in I see another lady sitting in her desk and I asked her about Lynn and she said she no longer worked here and that they are under new management. That was very odd and made me very sad. She asked what type of services did I need and I said acrylic and she responded with they no longer do acrylic only bonding and Gel-X. If this is all they do now that narrows down the type of services they offer. I will not be coming here anymore, so sad. I wonder where Lynn went.

The fact that this thousand square-foot place was basically empty should've been my first sign. My appointment was at 4 pm. She didn't complete the appointment she previously had until 4:45. When I asked the owner and her staff what the hold up was, she kept telling me she was almost finished. 45 minutes later I finally started my pedicure. When I checked in, no one notified me she would be running late. They have pedicure menu options upwards of $75. Laughable. My gel pedicure was $75. I asked my pedicurist to do my pedicure with hot water. They had no hot water. THEY HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! So my entire pedicure was done in cold water. I let the owner know and she said it was because they have been doing head spas all day. Again, laughable. My pedicurist insured me that she was going to give me a discount. At this point, I didn't care I just wanted to be finished. When I go to pay, the lady at the cash register hands me a gift card for $10. I asked her what that was for and she said that was my discount. I said why the hell would I want a gift card for $10? The service you provided was terrible. Why would I wanna come back here and how is this at all the compensation for waiting 45 minutes and then having to do a pedicure in cold water? She then said she could take five dollars off of my treatment. I just hugged my lady and told her to call me when she's left this place, left after paying, and will never look back. This business won't last long. Not even the people who live in this area should accept this kind of quality.

When I came the second time for the refill the person stated that I could not do a refill and that instead I needed to do a completely new set. I am upset that the nail tech lied to me. Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.
