This past trip was my first time in the Fort Walton Beach area, although my boyfriend has travelled here many time in the past for family vacations. Usually, the family goes to Bippie' for froyos, but after looking at the reviews Post Covid, the reviews hinted that the cleanliness and froyo quality there had dropped, so we tried out Yogo Mogos. Also, from previous reviews of Yogo Mogos, it seemed that most negative reviews were because the hours weren't as posted ~ nothing about the actual quality of the iced treats. When we first arrived, a nice worker opened the door for us, and inside, there were 2 more workers. There was an ice cream section with 8-10 flavors in the case, and along the back of the store, there was also 8 froyo flavors, with all the machines working. In addition, there are a plethora of toppings: candies, crackers, sprinkles, popping boba, syrups/fudge, etc. Treats ordered: 1. Frozen Yogurt (4/5): - Cup 1 had: Cake Batter, Vanilla, Strawberry - Cup 2 had: Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Cake Batter The texture of the frozen yogurt is not super creamy but more ice-y which I think I actually like more, when the weather is humid. All flavors were delicious and had the same texture. 2. Ice Cream (3/5): Other family members ordered the ice cream and they said it was fine ~ nothing spectacular. The main point of contention was that the single scoop of ice cream was served in the same froyo sized cups, which made the ice cream portion look tiny. Overall, a good experience. I will say that when we wanted to return for a second time this trip, Yogo Mogos was closed, but our experience when it is open was great! read more

Not really too much to say. The yogurt machines where not all functioning correctly. There where at least 4 flavors not working , only because I wanted to sample and when I went to use the machine, nothing came out. The toppings where not fresh. I put heath bar which tasted old, coconut which was very dry, skipped the marshmallows because it had chocolate on them. I squeezed the fudge bottle and nothing came out, and then moved on to the peanut butter. Tough as a rock, very disappointed. There was no cherries or whipped cream either. Not a great experience. I guess FroYo is just not my thing. Limited selection of flavors - most of which are rather bland, contrasted with other establishments of this nature I've visited in Cali and Hawaii. Certainly enough toppings and reasonable prices here, just not my cup 'o sweet tea. read more

I understand changing the hours due to covid, but at least stick to your hours. If you're open until 8 pm on a Saturday night then stay open until 8 pm. Not be closed when families walk up at 6:45 expecting you to still be open! read more

We stopped in for regular ice cream, although there is a large area dedicated to yogurt as well. The ice cream portion seemed like a Baskin Robbins or Hershey's Ice Cream. It was good. No complaints from my perspective . read more

I like other people had problems with them being open. The website says they're open, Yelp says they're open, all the lights are on but the doors were locked so we walked back to our car only to see employees letting their friends in through the door we just tried opening. This is one of those frozen yogurt places where you serve yourself, and the price is based on the weight. They have a nice selection of flavors - and I loved that it lists the calorie count next to each. I enjoyed the coconut flavor very much. My family liked the selection of toppings, including M&M's, Reese's Pieces, chocolate pieces, chocolate covered sunflower seeds, etc. There is a nice, clean outdoor seating place outside where we enjoyed our frozen yogurt while we watched some rope climbers at Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. This place is in a good location near the boardwalk and Gulfarium. We may stop back in before our trip ends. It's nice to have a convenient, lower-calorie alternative to ice cream nearby. read more

Runny yogurt....it basically comes out melted. Unless you eat froyo ridiculously fast I would avoid this place. It'll all turn into soup within a few minutes. I got irritated with the peach flavor being runny so I got a little bit of everything. Every single flavor was RUNNY!!!! So annoying. Also, it's self service (obviously). Hours state they are open until 11pm. We walked in at 9:05pm and were very rudely told that they were closed. Behind the counter, a lady made a face at us and shooed us out the door like a grumpy old lady getting kids out of her yard. Yogurt and toppings were great but they didn't have many options to pick from, I mean they didn't even have vanilla and chocolate working. They hid the Carmel and fudge in the back corner. There also was no bathroom to wash your sticky hands. It smells like there is a homeless man that lives under the deck smh. Not all the topping were restocked. They need to figure out the hours thing with yelp. Word of advice.. they definitely aren't open until 10 or 11 like it says. I've tried two different days and got one employee who didn't even seem sure when they were open. So can't rate the yogurt but can rate their ability to provide accurate hours. The customer service in this place is awful. We've been twice. The first time the yogurt was good. Tonight it was runny. When we entered tonight with no employee in the building for the first 3-4 minutes. Once the guy entered the building he acted like we intruded his space.
