I was instructed to arrive when the store opens, and theycould have my pants ready by the end of business day. I dropped off my pants at 10 AM and received a call at 11:30 AM that my pants were ready for pick up. The pants were perfect, and the cost was very reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I found my go to place for alterations in San Diego!

He said it would be $60 to put a zipper in my sweatshirt and I knew that sounded steep, but it was worth it because of how much I loved the sweatshirt. Well, sadly... the sweatshirt is now unwearable. It's ruined. You can't even read the logo on it now. He should've told me that there's a chance that the logo wouldn't look right. But he promised I'd love it. Now I have a unwearable sweatshirt and I still had to pay $60. I was a first time customer. Now I'm a last time customer.

They kept me updated throughout the entire process, especially when they realized the garment required significantly more work than originally anticipated. Despite the added complexity and time involved, they honored the initial approximation they had given me which speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism. The final result was flawless. The tailoring and cleaning preserved the character of the vintage piece while fitting me perfectly. It's rare to find this level of craftsmanship, transparency, and customer care all in one place. Instead, it took 4 separate fittings because she had cut them so egregiously small - they wouldn't go past my hips. 3rd fitting - still too small. It was a comedy of errors. I shared my anger with Lupe at the Del Mar Location who simply listened then charged full rate. It is the waste of both money and even more importantly - time that is infuriating. Literally 4 separate times I had to set aside time, drive out to 2 locations for them to fix what was extremely basic tailoring. I was warned by several friends not to use them for tailoring. Extremely overpriced for substandard work. I would never trust higher-end couture garments here. Instead I will go back to Anna Taylor Del Mar.

I used the 6 loads (big washer-$7.75 for normal dirt.). My bedding was a little dirty so I did the $8 load. I paid with my phone. Downloaded the app. Set the payment through the app and it was super easy! There were instructions on the side of the machine on how to use it. It was fast! 27minutes. I brought a book and read to kill some time, but they also have TVs throughout. They had stools and a bench. Very pleased with the experience and my bedding is now looking and smelling brand new!
