5 stars for standard dry cleaning. 1 star for wedding dress press. As far as price comparison, I don't have much to go on since I don't get things dry cleaned often. But definitely good quality. Fast turnaround if needed. No complaints there. Before my wedding, I took my wedding dress here. I felt confident because I had no issues with dry cleaning and the owner said she would be doing it herself. I was gifted a brand new bling belt that I had a seamstress sew onto the dress (not at this location). When I brought the dress home, it stayed hung up and in the bag perfectly fine. I picked up my dress the morning before my wedding, kept it in the bag, and didn't remove it until the night in the hotel. I was horrified to see that a couple of the bling pieces on the belt had come out, and I know it wasn't like that when I brought it to the shop. I was upset but I didn't let it ruin my big day. I wish I had known that part of my dress had been damaged before I left the dry cleaner, but it is what it is. Bottom line: I would recommend for standard dry cleaning. I do not trust for getting a wedding dress pressed prior to the wedding! Especially if it has bling on it! read more

I go here for all of my dry cleaning and tailoring. The lady that works here is the sweetest ever. She is always friendly and nice and does things quickly and quality!! It has a very neighborhood feel to it so even though I moved out of the neighborhood I still drive back here to have them take care of anything I need. I just picked up a knit sweater too that had a frat and she fixed it right up for me. Can't even tell there was ever a hole in it AND she even charged me $5 less than I was originally quoted when I got there too. read more

If yelp had 10 stars they would get 10 not 5:) I'm always greeted and remembered which is great when you are going to a family business. Mom and Daughter are the best! A few months ago my husband and I had a horrible alterations job at Men's Warehouse. They completely ruined his pants for our wedding. My husband was leaving in a few days and these pants needed a complete alteration. The Daughter was there and she was so nice and understanding. She said that she would alter the pants the very next day so he could take them when he left. When he went to pick them up she said it was free, a wedding present! The pants looked great and she saved us from a small disaster. They have always treated me well and have done a great job. I live pretty far away from them now but I'll make the drive. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I don't get my clothes dry cleaned too often, so maybe paying a little more (like most the complaints on here) doesn't bother me as much, but they are GOOD! Super nice, cute mom and daughter runnin' shop here. They are always very friendly, talkative, and down to earth. I forgot to pick my suit up on Friday afternoon and was flying out of town for a wedding Sunday morning. I didn't notice until I started packing on Saturday evening. I thought to my self, "self, your a f*&$*)! idiot!!" I looked at the hours of this place and they closed at 4 and it was 4:30. I decided to call anyway and THANK GOD someone was there. After searching for a good dry cleaner for a while, I decided to give Royal Touch a try as their reviews looked good. I was taking in an expensive silk top to be cleaned as it had a stain. The ladies couldn't have been nicer. They took my top and had it back to me two days later looking like brand new!! I can't believe how well it turned out! And they weren't even expensive! I found this place by browsing reviews on yelp and decided to give it a go after our cat had a little accident on our down comforter. At drop off, the owners were SUPER friendly and their pug (Maggie) was quite delightful. They asked us to bring in our pug upon pickup. It took 2 days for our comforter to be returned and the price was nothing to contest. Whenever we need something dry cleaned in the future, we will most definitely be returning here. read more

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Royal Touch just doesn't cut it. It's the nearest dry cleaner to my house so it's in my best interest to like this place. But after having used them 5-6 different times, I'm just not impressed. Sure the owners and staff are usually quite friendly, but they better be considering they charge like $2.65 or similar to launder a shirt. Even when I brought in a dozen shirts, the price was the same. Now don't go saying "you get what you pay for" because at least two of my shirts came out of the plastic wrap with spots on the front. Not cool at any price I'm afraid. I can get a similar or even superior laundered shirt from the competition for $1.50 per shirt when I bring in 10+ shirts. Royal Touch just doesn't deserve the business with their high prices and mediocre results. Sorry. read more

I had spilt liquid foundation on my bridesmaid dress several months ago and needed to get it removed. My boyfriend had tried this place to clean his dress shirt and recommended it. So I said sure why not - I'll give it a try. Plus it's conveniently close to my house! I have never taken any piece of clothing or item to get dry cleaned before. So I was a little out of my element. To get my dress cleaned and stained removed, it cost me about $13. I was shocked at this price. But given that I have no previous experience to compare to, I just said OK. I was able to pick my dress up the next day! So that was quick. The lady was very nice and service was good. My dress is clean and no more stains! They did a good job on my dress. They also have a pet pug, say hello to the dog if you stop by! read more

Edited to add: Another pair have had the hem come undone. Look elsewhere unless you want to keep taking things backs. Alterations: I had 4 pair of pants lengthened. One pair had the hem come undone, so I took them back for a redo. I went to pick the pants up 2 weeks later, way beyond the day they were suppose to be done. One leg had the hem line that I requested while the other had the original hem. I was told it would be ready on Friday. I went in Saturday morning, to be greeted with "I don't think your pants are ready". They had yet to start working on the pants. I picked them up on Monday, to no one offering to refund me even though I had to wait a month to have the pants done correctly. I can't trust them to do their job correctly the first time and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The pug is freakin awesome. Had to get my suit dry cleaned to look classy for my trip that weekend to Vegas. I dropped the suit off on a Tuesday morning and let them know. The staff is insanely nice and had it ready by Thursday afternoon for no extra cost. My suit looked fresh and got it done at a good price.
