Another new place in the SF supermarket mall that I was looking forward to trying, but overall, it was just OK. The place is very clean, and the people are friendly. Overall, it's a decent size menu. Mostly soups, but other items as well. I decided to go with the number 24, combination over rice. The meal comes quickly. It was a good portion, but overall, sadly, I wasn't too impressed. The rice was good, just the right texture, there were plenty of veggies, but most of the veggies were cabbage. A few other veggies, but it was mostly just cabbage. There was a good amount of protein, the shrimp tasted good, but the chicken was hit or miss. While the chicken tasted good, some of it was tender, and some of it was kind of tough. The thing I really noticed, was that the food was kind of bland. It had a bit of an OK flavor, but not much. A little bit of soy sauce and hoisin did help. I had enough to take home for a second meal, and when I got it, Home, I added a little bit of dark soy sauce, and a little bit of fish sauce to really "add the funk", and that just made it a home run. They really do need to put a bit more seasoning on their food. Overall, the price was good. They do charge a 3% if you pay other than cash. Food, drink, tip, and the 3% surcharge, and I was only out the door $17 and change. I would come back to try other things on the menu, hopefully this was just a "one-off."

This is my new soup spot!!! I like this place better than TK noodle! The broth was tastier, the place was much cleaner and the staff was super friendly! Ps. Don't miss out on the egg rolls either. Can't wait to come back to try other items!

I was so excited for this place to open because there's not much great Asian food out here in Rancho. I'm sad to say that the food came out pretty bland and not as good as the TK Noodles on Stockton blvd. The egg noodles were overcooked and not chewy. Also, the young lady who helped us didn't seem very familiar with the menu or available options. When we asked if we could do half egg noodles and half rice noodles, we were told it would be an additional $3. I thought that was unusual since that doesn't happen at other places - first time hearing that here. On top of that, there's also a 3% credit card fee if you pay with card, and passing on credit card fees to their customers. Prob won't be coming back but everyone should try it once, maybe you'll like it.

We came here for the first time as we didn't know there was a "TK-type" place in the area. Growing up, my dad would take us to TK Noodle so to see TL noodle which supposedly is related to the TK Noodle was a great sight to see. We miss the Bay Area TK noodle houses. Upon arriving, the restaurant looks fairly new; I was told it just opened in Oct/Nov 2025. We ordered a #5- beef stew stick noodle and a #17- combination vermicelli soup. Both were delicious and my husband really enjoyed the beef stew. I enjoyed the combination vermicelli but I wish I knew that that there was a rice stick combination as well (I remember chatting with the lady who took our order). It was later that I found out that there's a different version of the #17 that has the rice stick noodle instead. The bathrooms are also very clean and you can rest assured that the place is new, bright and clean too. The location is nice, not too busy nor packed and is in between the Home Depot and SF Supermarket.

Tried TL Noodles and thought it was just okay overall. I've had both the combination wonton and the beef stew. The combination wonton had a nice variety of items, which I appreciated, but the flavor was pretty bland. The broth was hot, but very plain and didn't add much to the dish. The beef stew came with lots of meat and noodles, so portion-wise it was solid, but the broth was only lukewarm and honestly tasted like nothing. That was disappointing since the dish had potential. On the plus side, the restaurant is clean, and the food comes out very fast, which is great if you're in a hurry. Overall, it's not bad, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. I'd say it's fine for a quick, casual meal, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way for. They also charge a 3% service fee for using cards.

This location opened up a couple weeks ago and my wife and I had a chance to try them. The prices are really good and the portions are big! This place really hit the spot on a cold day! I got the #9 and I was pretty happy with it. The service was ok, it was really cold in there so it wasn't the most comfortable. Looking forward to eating here again but might just get it to go or pick up if it's too cold.

Fried daikon egg flour cake $14 #1 combination rice stick soup $12.50 Extra chicharrones $1

TL Noodle is TK Noodle's cousin that's obsessed with eating healthy. I would definitely describe the food as bland.....Lolol but add some salt + chili oil and you're ready to go Here's what we tried: 1. Combination Rice Stick Soup $12.50 Great serving size! But phew that broth was sooooo light and bland. I think that's their thing because the menu says "hearty and healthy" so maybe they're doing low sodium on purpose? But honestly after adding salt and chili oil, it tasted just like TK Noodle! - Extra Chicharrones $1 There's honestly a good amount of chicharrones in there, I ended up not using all of my extra! Save yourself the dollar bc I don't think you'll need more than what they give you 2. Beef Saté Soup $12.50 This was our first time having this and did not know how to fix this. It was just like a big bowl of thick, peanut sauce that had little to no flavor :( 29. Fried Daikon Egg Flour Cake $14 This was good! Big serving size, definitely big enough to be a meal on its own or an appetizer for 3+ people (two of us couldn't finish it ourselves). The dipping sauce is soy sauce/vinegar/sugar so that was bussin (To go - not pictured) 21. Combination Chow Fun $14 Also bland lmao There's a 3% extra charge if you paid with card, bring cash!! Idk if it also comes with thumbs

This place reminds me so much of TK Noodle! I think it's a family owned restaurant, but I really enjoyed it. I ordered the number 1. The service was as expected, they just took my order brought my food and that was it. I was a little confused because I assumed they'd bring me my check, but after waiting for a while I saw another lady go up to the counter to pay so I followed suite. PSA : they do charge a 3% fee if you're using a card payment (it's posted on the sign that they do this to keep the menu prices low) This bowl was $12.50 which is such a great deal. They also offer bubble tea and other drink options.

Saw that it finally opened and wanted to give it a try. The restaurant itself was clean and bright. Menu was already on table. Waiter came by pretty quick after to take our order. My friend and 1 both got the #9 (combination wide noodles with wonton) some fried shrimp and eggrolls as our appetizer. My #9 bowl was ok.. it was on the bland side and the noodles were all breaking into pieces as you try to pick them up with a chopstick. The fried shrimp was good it's just like any other fried shrimp appetizer. The eggroll was super oily and lacked filling. There was more eggroll wrap then there was meat filling. Overall I say it's ok... but I would like to come back to give it another try and try some of the non soup dishes next time.

Saw that this place finally opened, so we decided to stop by around 5pm for dinner. The space itself is spacious, plenty of tables, and we were seated right away. Menus were already at the table, but the waters came out with no ice and just looked unappetizing. We ordered the #9 combination wonton with wide noodles, but the chicken was pretty dry and they initially brought it out with egg noodles by mistake. At least they were willing to fix it. My husband had the #7 beef stew, which was just okay. The chow fun was mostly vegetables with barely any noodles, and it really lacked flavor. We also ordered the fried wontons, which didn't show up until about 15 minutes after all our entrees because the server forgot them. Honestly, I wish they had just stayed forgotten because they were dry and bland. The drinks ended up being the best part of the meal. The Thai tea and matcha latte with boba actually had flavor, though they were packed with so much ice that you barely get much drink out of it. Once the food hits the table, no one really checks on you, and when you're done you just walk up to pay. Our total was $62, and on top of that they charge a 3% credit card fee, which feels excessive. Overall, the place was pretty underwhelming. I wouldn't come here for the food or service again, but if I'm ever craving their matcha latte, maybe I'd swing by just for that.

Dont come here expecting TK noodle flavor. This place has a clean broth and is very soothing. Adding salt, chili oil, hoisin and siracha will help with flavor. Will come again.

was so excited to have a noodle place close by, but unfortunately i won't be returning soon. the soups/broth lacked flavor or depth, just salty :( wonton noodle soup and porridge and both were very disappointing. we didn't even want to finish the dishes. good menu options, flavor just needs great improvement. extra charge for using credit card. service was quick and nice, place felt clean.

I tried this restaurant twice already and both were good. The simplicity bowl of rice noodles bowls were similar to Lollibowl and TK noodles restaurants. Taste were good with varities of options. Prices were great, lowest and very affordable for this location.

07.16.2026 - PHO MOMMA - Sacramento, CA…read more I've been wanting to try Pho Momma for months, and today was finally the day. I happened to be in the area picking up some paperwork, so it was the perfect excuse to stop in. My first impression was excellent. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and comfortably busy--a great sign that people genuinely enjoy the food here. After being seated, I was greeted with a refreshing glass of ice water and a nicely laminated menu. The menu was straightforward and well-organized--not too overwhelming, yet with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I already knew what I wanted: pho and spring rolls. I ordered the Pork Sausage with Crispy Layers Spring Roll along with the #1 Pho (lean beef, flank, brisket, fat brisket, tripe, and tendon in a small bowl). Before leaving, I also ordered a Half & Half Pork and Shrimp Egg Rolls to take home. The Pork Sausage with Crispy Layers Spring Roll completely exceeded my expectations. I've never had anything quite like it. At first glance it looks like a traditional fresh spring roll, but hidden inside is an incredibly crispy layer that gives it an amazing texture. The contrast between the cool, fresh vegetables and the warm crispy center was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of the same satisfying contrast I experience when eating Japanese zaru soba with freshly fried shrimp tempura--the combination of cool and warm, soft and crispy, all in one bite. It was refreshing, unique, and incredibly satisfying. The pho was equally impressive. The broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting while still tasting clean and fresh. It didn't have that overly reduced or day-old taste that some pho broths develop after sitting too long. Instead, every sip tasted balanced and well-crafted. The broth was so good that I drank nearly half of it before even thinking about adding hoisin sauce. Out of curiosity, I added some midway through the meal, but honestly, it didn't need it. The broth stood perfectly well on its own. The basil, bean sprouts, and lime were perfectly portioned and complemented the soup beautifully. The bowl was so satisfying that I finished every last drop of the pho and still couldn't finish the spring roll. Later that evening, I tried the shrimp egg roll I had ordered to go, and it was another pleasant surprise. I've had firecracker shrimp before, but this was something different: shrimp and perfectly seasoned vermicelli noodles wrapped in a crisp shell, creating a flavorful, memorable bite. Every dish I tried offered something unique, and each one exceeded my expectations. Final Thoughts: Pho Momma absolutely lived up to the hype. From the welcoming atmosphere to the creative appetizers and exceptional pho, this was one of the most enjoyable Vietnamese dining experiences I've had in Sacramento. I enjoyed it so much that I'm already planning to bring friends with me next time. Highly recommended. It's definitely worth the visit.

The service is fast and efficient. We ordered the 5 piece wontons in hot chili oil, salt and pepper tofu and #4 pho. The pho was the star of the meal, the broth was bright, flavorful, so delicate. The wonton were good and the oil was tasty but I will not order it again. The tofu was breaded and served in strip form, it tasted of breading more than tofu. We will return but just focus on the pho next time.

My daughter struck again…read more My daughter flew into town from Texas and she wanted to hit up another Korean restaurant and she found SeoulZip on Yelp-so we headed out there. Driving from Natomas it was a bit of a drive but I'm always down to try a new spot when she is in town. The parking situation at this restaurant was pretty nice-they share a big lot with many businesses,so parking was ample. We walked in towards the end of the night, like around 830pm,only a few people in there, but it was late. They have a pretty decent-sized restaurant with lots of tables,so I would feel comfortable going there with limited wait time most days. We sat down and they have a pretty decent sized menu with lots of options, but I was pretty sure I knew what we wanted. We went with Soft Tofu Soup($19.99). We also went with two orders of Dolsot Bibimbap ($20.99) Lastly we went with an order of their YangYum Chicken Wings($25.99) They provided us with complimentary Banchan as well-almost everything they provided was standard and they were yummy-I'd say the three of us ate about 90% of it-so good. The food came out pretty fast starting with the chicken wings. Overall the wings were pretty tasty and juicy but just a tad sweet for my taste. I tend to prefer my food on the spicier side. The soup came out next and it was sizzling. I really enjoyed the awesome flavor of the broth, very tasty and would order this again without hesitation. Now my son and I both got the Bibimbap and we both came to the same conclusions. -Aesthetic-perfect-almost didn't want to eat it. -Temperature-so hot with crunchy vegetables -loving it -Ingredients-perfect mixture of rice, meat, vegetables and egg -Taste-every bite was better than the last one and had me looking forward to the next bite. Easily my favorite Bibimbap I've had so far. Overall I would say I had a wonderful visit with my son and daughter and was so very happy that my daughter visiting me from Texas got me to add another great restaurant to my Sacramento resume. Just in case anyone is on the fence-traditional Korean cuisine is absolutely spectacular and I recommend that everyone should try it-it's so much more diverse than just Korean BBQ.

Seoulzip is located in a big shopping center and is a good-sized restaurants. Portions were generous and overall food was excellent with just one hiccup. The BBQ Chicken came on a sizzling platter, but initially about 20% of the chicken was undercooked and had pinkness. They took it back and re-cooked it to 109% doneness. Bulgolgi is our son's favorite and he ate most of it. The meat was sliced thicker than most other places but flavors were otherwise good and I like the level of sauce. Its easy to go overboard on sauce. The free banchan was excellent. as was their pork seafood tofu soup (mild spiciness). Wife felt it was one of the better Soondubus she's had.

The chicken katsu is still one of the best I've had--light, crispy, and perfectly crunchy on the outside, with juicy, tender chicken inside. Every visit has been consistently delicious, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I also tried the spicy pork again. It's a bit different from the Korean spicy pork I'm used to. Instead of the pork being marinated so the flavor is deeply infused, it seems to be grilled first and then coated with the sauce. While it's not the traditional style I expected, it's still flavorful and worth trying if you're open to a different take on the dish. In addition the chicken gangjeong dish that requires it to be "deep fried chicken" needs additional time to get crunchy like you would expect. I think the sauce may have made the crunch disappear. The consistency in both the food and the service is what keeps bringing me back. I'm looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu. We ordered our food from a kiosk, and the young Asian lady working didn't even inform us that there was self-serve water or where to find to-go boxes; we had to figure it out ourselves and go ask. Worse, she completely ignored my daughter when she tried to ask a question, literally trying to make herself look busy even though she knew my daughter was speaking to her. During our meal, we noticed that while she completely ignored us, she actively greeted and thanked the other customers who came in after us. When we left, she was standing right at the cash register and completely ignored us again. It is incredibly disappointing to see an employee be so selective about who they want to greet and provide decent customer service to. Furthermore, whether she is part of the family that owns the place or not, her attire was entirely inappropriate for a work environment--she was wearing black-and-white checkered pajama pants with an oversized t-shirt. Professionalism and basic courtesy seem entirely missing here. Please do better. Food Review: * Cucumber Salad: Had no flavor. It was basically just sliced cucumber tossed with some sesame oil. While the bun was soft, the filling fell short. Rate: 2/10 * Shrimp & Pork Shaomai: Just okay. We've had much better elsewhere. The outside wraps were dried out and chewy. Rate: 3/10 Would I come again or recommend anyone who happens to be nearby: No. Go somewhere else.
