Yes, it's a little on the pricey side, but honestly, I think that's just the reality of inflation these days. Their chicken pho broth was simple and clean, just as it should be. The chicken was sliced very thin like rare steak, which made it easy to chew and less dry. Would recommend if you're looking for something simple, like if you're sick or hungover. The beef pho is good. The broth was light, not too oily and you can taste the aromatic pho spices. My only critique is the value, the size of the meal for the price. The small pho bowls are $16, with tax and tip you're looking at nearly $20. This is more than what the other pho places charge and unfortunately it's hard to justify coming here when there are cheaper and just as good places nearby. We stopped in this week and finally tried this restaurant. Super clean, friendly staff and very personable owner. We were completely blown away. My mom is in chemo and needed clean, tasty broth and she was not disappointed. Every dish was so good. 5* I didn't get any pictures because I bought the food for my mom and dad. The one thing I did eat was the Bahn mi, and I loved it too. The pickled veg was a lil sweet and went well with the jalapeno and pork. We'll be back! read more

Saw this as I was searching for something new to try with my husband for lunch.. the restaurant is small and a bit bare but is welcoming. Service was quick and friendly. My husband and I tried the chicken pho, the shrimp rolls and I had a green Thai tea The shrimp roll is delicious! Hard to mess that up really. The chicken pho was ok.. it was on the bland side but ok. The green Thai tea was delicious! 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4 since they're new. I saw this place on Yelp when I first opened the app. I was looking for dinner and this place got good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I was excited for the green Thai tea, which was the only thing that didn't disappoint. Wish it came out before my food though. Pho was very small. Their large felt like a small at other places. It was expensive for the size. $15 for a small and $18 for a large. Both my partner and I felt that it was oily and lacked flavor. Meat was also lacking. I got 6 slices of rare steak in my small. Luckily, I'm not big of meat so I didn't mind. But, it felt like a poor value to us. Spring rolls came out last. They were a bit hard for me to chew, particularly towards the end. They were looser than i like, making them a bit messier. I didn't care for the peanut sauce.. too watery and lacking dimension imo. I really liked that they had bbq pork as an option though, unlike the typical pink-colored grilled pork. I had pickled veggies added, so it was like a vermicelli bowl in a roll. I think maybe having a fish sauce-type sauce (like the orange sauce from Quan Nem Ninh Hoa) would be a nice option. Decent, but a bit disappointing. I didnt even know this little shopping strip was back here lol. Small-ish parking lot, but didn't have a problem getting a space right out front. It's next to a liquor store, so the parking lot can seem a bit sketch at times. But I never felt unsafe. Service was good. Friendly and checked in a couple times. Food/drinks came a bit out of order, but wait wasn't too long. I wanted to love this place.. unfortunately, I don't.. yet. I would like to come back in the future and give them another. Pricing is about average for pho. I ordered a small, which came with around five pieces of beef--definitely my mistake. I was still a bit hungry afterward and would go large next time. The small IMO is too small. Service was quick and very friendly, which always makes a difference, especially for a new place. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, with a simple, cozy feel. Overall, a nice addition to the neighborhood. I'd come back and try more items on the menu. This place is a hidden gem! Their pork egg rolls are excellent. Good pork flavor, crispy, fresh, and not loaded with veggies. Also had the 50-50 pho with double brisket and really enjoyed. Good flavored broth and not oily; brisket was lean, thinly cut, and tender. To top it off, had the Thai green tea and it was really good. Not too sweet or bland; reminded me of a melted green tea ice cream shake. Came back another time and had the banh mi and it was so good, loaded with pork, and bread was fresh and crispy. I got a #7 rare beef, my husband got the #1 combo- the broth was full of flavor, piping hot and aromatic, the beef was perfect and the accoutrements really let us customize to our tastes. Chili sauce, hoisin, sriracha, fish sauce and pickled jalapeño in addition to the classic sprouts/basil/fresh jalapeño/citrus plate. Everything was so fresh! Hot tea and shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce rounded everything out. I see now that they just opened and we went at lunchtime. Fong (sp?) was super friendly, checked on us appropriately and food was served promptly (you could easily eat here on your lunch hour). The cute woven baskets on the walls and woven lampshades give a laid back feeling, as pho vibes should be. The booth was comfy and my husband and I were able to sit next to each other which is always nice, the whole place is pretty intimate in a good way. Was a little chilly inside at first, but just bring a sweater to wear until you get your hot soup and add copious amounts of chili oil, you'll be warm in no time. Since I was meeting an old, dear friend who hasn't explored many new spots lately, I did a quick search and found this place--fairly new and not too far from us (definitely a plus!). It's a cozy restaurant with a few seating areas. I thought it was so kind of them to ask if we wanted the blinds lowered since we sat by the door; I declined because I wanted the natural light, but I really appreciated the thoughtfulness! The menu is concise but offers all the essentials. I ordered the small combination pho and a Thai iced tea, but sadly, I was a bit let down by both. Even for a small bowl, the portion felt quite tiny--I could have finished it in five bites if I hadn't been pacing myself to talk! The broth was also a bit oilier than what I'm used to. As for the tea, there were a lot of leaves at the bottom; I wish it had been filtered a bit better. That said, the customer service was excellent. We stayed for quite a while to catch up, and we never felt rushed. They even kept our waters refilled, which I truly appreciated. I'm not sure if I'll return, though, simply because of the price-to-portion ratio. I understand inflation is tough, but I wish the portions were a bit more generous to justify the cost. read more

Went to the gym to meet up with my Vietnamese friend Paul. Searched for a restaurant nearby and Pho Vibe came up with excellent reviews! Place is one month old and very nice inside. Very clean and bathroom was clean as well. Ordered the #7 pho (rare steak) and Paul had #3. He said it was excellent. I wholeheartedly agree. Along with the excellent service, I give these guys 5 stars along with my highest recommendation! Plenty of parking in this small strip mall. I visited this spot with my roommates during their soft opening. The place was extremely busy and luckily we were able to be seated right away. The place seems spacious and seems like the owners put in a lot of thought into the seating arrangements and decor. The service was prompt and the host checked up on us multiple times to check if we needed anything else as well as refill our waters even though we never asked. I had the chicken pho and my roommates ordered the combination meat pho. We also had the spring rolls and egg rolls (forgot which meat we got) and they were delicious with their peanut butter sauce. I also asked for some sweet and sour and some fish sauce dipping sauce which they had on hand. The chicken pho was one of the best I ever had combined with the hot chili oil, Thai basil, lemon, bean sprouts, hoisin, and sriracha. My roommates and I all ordered the large pho and finished all our bowls, broth and all. I would recommend and invite my all my friends, family, and colleagues to all try a bowl of pho at Pho Vibe at least once and experience it for themselves. My husband and I came here after an eventful night of partying and needed something to restore our energy. It was our first time here. Upon our arrival we were greeted and seated by the friendly waiter. He quickly took our order and we received our order shortly afterwards. We ordered two small bowls of the # 1 combination pho noodle soup, fried shrimp egg rolls, a soda and green Thai tea. The pho noodle soup came out piping hot and was very flavorful with a good portion of proteins and noodles. It was so delicious! It definitely revived us especially with the side of fatty broth the yummy goodness! They also have the option to add a rare egg with the broth as the side for extra protein if you like that as well. We will try that next time. The fried shrimp egg rolls were really good too! The green Thai tea was perfect not overly sweet like other places with a strong tea taste which I prefer. For the first time I was able to finish my drink because it was made perfectly. It's a cute and cozy mom and pop kinda place.
