Will use again, good work, fair price. The only place in Carroll County I'd consider for custom work on my Jeep.

I really wanted to tint my windows to help block out the sun for my infant. Kie and Van were fantastic. The rest of the staff were so professional too. The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter. They offer a huge variety of services and they're in a good location. I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint, wraps, protection films, and other auto customizations.

Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !

This review was not something I expected to do but has to be given. Months ago I brought in my 2022…read moreToyota GR Supra in Nitro yellow (3.0 premium) for aftermarket wheels on the stock tires. The service took much longer than expected but was completely understood and the end product came out great. The team has treated me very well and always has since I first contacted them. After that, I had a part powder coated to match my new wheels which I later found out it wasn't Trending who did that... it was actually out-sourced by another person but still went very well. Finally, after months of waiting. I had brought in my car for HKS Hipermax Coilovers and new tires. An upgrade that I had been waiting to finally get done. It took well over a day for a single day job and the car had to be brought back in to properly be lowered like it should've been the first time. Which was done for free and I respect the team for not charging me more for another 4-5 hour job. Since the part was installed, I was told I needed to go to a dealer to remove the codes the car was throwing which it never should have. That would've been a $300 job that actually wouldn't have fixed the issue. Trending Motorsports broke the front drivers side ABS sensor and it made the vehicle extremely dangerous to drive and almost caused a very serious accident that also damaged my front tires. Also, when I had brought my car to another highly reputable shop that specializes in GR Supra (P2uned), they informed me of all the mistakes Trending had made. There was a lot of coilover damage to the driver side and passenger side. Mostly on driver side.. and the HKS coils are $850.00 which are now highly damaged and are worth nothing after this installation from Trending. Later, I had found out the car wasn't lowered properly and was very uneven. Which can cause even more problems! With the car finally having the ABS fixed by P2uned, the suspension fully settled finally since the car was in a "limp mode" from damage, it went extremely low and is difficult to drive to its full potential. For a high performance vehicle that is great on the track but also on the roads, this cannot be acceptable which can lead to injury, death, and much more. They did in fact offer to pay for the $120.00 ABS sensor and powder coat the coils but that doesn't fix the coils and I haven't had the chance to go back to their shop since I do not want to take my vehicles near their lot. They also continue to post my car on social media without permission.
