I brought in my Omega Speedmaster after the Chrystal glass had been destroyed. Instead of instantly saying you have to replace the glass they offered to polish it to save me some money. I told them I could see cracks in it so it had to be replaced. I was told it would be finished for me when I was back in Philly after the weekend and about 30 min after dropping it off I received the message that it was done. They'll take time to talk with you even if you are 'just looking'...if you need an education in diamonds, they'll sit you down and give you that, too, even though it isn't their focus. I also really appreciated how accessible he was. He always answered my phone calls or email right away and was very responsive to any questions.
