I never thought I'd be the customer saying this, but if I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in today with my sister and my boyfriend after seeing all the great Yelp reviews, so I genuinely had high expectations. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we were met with an unwelcoming attitude. It honestly felt like we were bothering the staff. My sister's nail technician checked on her throughout the service and made sure she was comfortable. However, my boyfriend's technician spent the first 15 minutes of his appointment on a phone call. I understand that unexpected situations come up, but it would have been more professional to step away before starting his service rather than dividing her attention. Thankfully, once she returned, he was happy with the rest of his experience. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the same. My technician was texting repeatedly throughout my appointment. During my deluxe spa pedicure, she hurt me while trimming my nails and cleaning my cuticles, and she didn't check to see if I was okay afterward. The worst part was during the hot towel portion of the pedicure. One of the towels was extremely hot. I don't like to complain, but I politely told her, "I'm sorry, it's too hot." Instead of letting it cool down, she simply adjusted the towel and placed it back on my leg, which ended up burning my skin. On top of that, my sister and I each paid an extra $15 for cat-eye nails, and the design did not meet our expectations at all. It wasn't the quality we were expecting, especially for the additional cost. In total, I paid $195, which is honestly an insane amount considering the overall experience and results. I really wanted to love this salon, but between the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, getting burned during my pedicure, and being disappointed with the final results, I won't be coming back.

One of, if not, the most consistent, nail shops ever! I get mostly just a simple fill on nude acrylic nails but Heather is really amazing at her job and has done many different nails for me. Always sharp and clean looking which is what I care about most. This place needs more love considering Heather's skill!! I also go to Vicky for absolutely perfect brows and LOVE how she takes time to make sure my brows are still full but as cleaned up as possible. The shop is cute and always clean; I've been trying so hard to find a good nail tech and have been going to Heather for over a year without disappointment

I normally don't do this but I'm upset with the quality of work I got done here. I was recommended to come here by a friend. I went for a builder gel fill and a pedicure on Monday of last week. With in 2 days my pinky nail broke and now my other nails are cracking mind you these are MY REAL NAILS. My pedicure big toe also cracking. I spent over 120 dollars this visit my nails look horrible without with even getting to a week. Poor quality work! Do not go here!!!!

1 star - would not recommend My boyfriend and I came in for mani-pedis and it was honestly one of the worst nail experiences we've had. The pedicure was rushed and painful. The technicians aggressively cut the sides of our toenails with nippers. My boyfriend's tech cut off way too much nail, including nail that was still attached. Photo attached showing exposed flesh. My manicure was rushed. The tech tried to rip off my acrylics with nippers, which hurt and when I asked for a soak-off, she seemed annoyed and rushed. She alternated drilling and dipping my hands in piping hot acetone. The drill was extremely hot, hit my skin multiple times, and she over-filed my natural nails. My fingertips are now peeling and very irritated. Big hygiene red flag: my tech wore only one glove, walked away mid-service, grabbed a clear plastic bag full of loose cash, handled and organized it, then came straight back to me without washing her hands or changing gloves. She immediately touched my hands and cuticles and applied lotion and oil with hands that still had acrylic dust on them from drilling. My pedicure was also sloppy, gel polish was cured onto my cuticles because it was painted all the way onto my skin. After we left, I checked Yelp and saw another review where someone said they got an infection so bad from here that they needed 14 days of antibiotics, which honestly lines up with what we experienced... I don't recommend coming here if you care about sanitation or nail health.

My daughter and two of her friends have the homecoming dance this Saturday and decided at the last minute on Thursday at noon that they wanted their nails done. Our regular nail salon was booked through the weekend. So, we decided to try a new place. On very short notice, TNT nail spa was able to fit them in Thursday at 5:30! The same day. When we got there, it looked like they were busy, and I figured we would be waiting a long time, but the girls were each seated really fast. Of course, they all decided that instead of just polish, they were going to go all out and get acrylics. I could hear the dollar signs ringing up in my head. I couldn't believe how fast these women were in taking care of all three of these girls. Their nails look gorgeous and the girls are all very happy with them. To top it off, the bill was A LOT less than I anticipated. We're very happy with this place, and I think we found our new nail salon!

I always come here to get my nails and it's my go to spot! They do such great gel extensions and overall nail quality and services have been exceptional every time. So worth the experience every time and I always get a ton of compliments on my nails every time after I get my sets done. Hannah did my gel x set today which was the royal blue set pictured here and didn't want to show my feet but Kelly did such a great pedicure on me today too!! Super relaxing atmosphere with super cute interior, and we always feel so welcomed here no matter how busy. I also tagged a previous set Heather did for me before too

Heather is great and really spends time on you. She's great with designs and helping you pick colors too. Highly recommend Heather!

I had a gel manicure here because my great lady at Town Nails was on vacation. The guy who did my nails, I have no idea what his name was,. Didn't introduce himself or anything. Very robotic. Did not place a towel under my arms, and was very messy with the cotton and acetone that you apply on top of the nail for removal. I had to tell him what shape and length I wanted, because he didn't ask. His hand massage was terrible. Not sure what the purpose of that was. He also left me with a small cut on my finger. My polish was applied very well. read more

I moved to Dublin about a year ago and since then I've been to 5 different nail salons including TNT. It was really hard for me to switch Nail shops and find the right nail technician given that I was with my previous one for 10 years.. The nail techs are all very friendly. I booked with Vicky and Callie and they were both wonderful. This is my second time going with Vicky and loved how my nails turned out once again. I'm also very particular about my cuticles as I love my nails to look very clean. Vicky is GREAT with that part as well. This second time, Tiffany did my toes and she was also great! The nail tech next to me seemed to be doing a wonderful job as well, I believe her name was Hailey. Over all I'm happy with my experience and nails. read more

Came here once and they did such a great job with my nails, so I decided to come back. Second time around was not great unfortunately. The nail tech kept on hurting me while filing my nails, left polish around the nail and finger tips. This was the most unprofessional manicure I have ever seen- it's almost as if she was doing that on purpose. My recommendation to this establishment will be to maintain consistency in service. If you don't have that, you quickly lose customers. read more

Just left the nail salon.. So the actual pedicure was 5/5, the man who did my pedi (didn't get his name) was really good. The reason why I'm Giving this place to 2 stars is because they tried to charge $50 for a $35 basic pedi. In the beginning of my appointment they asked me what type of pedicure do you want and I said "basic pedicure." By the time it was Time to pay, the lady charge me $50 for a Deluxe pedicure that I did not receive. The deluxe pedicure included hot stones, mask with hot towel, callus remover and a longer massage which I DID NOT GET. The pedicure I did receive was your basic pedi.. clean, massage, and nail color. I did NOT get Any hot stone, callus remover, and mask with hot towel. Which is stated In a DELUXE PEDICURE. on there menu. I called back stating everything that I wrote, she answered stating.. "we'll it's still $50 because of the exfoliating and massage." Like what????? Anywho, def will not be back. But if you do decide to go, make sure you clarify what you want. And I highly recommend the male tech he was 5/5! read more

I really love this place! They really pay attention to detail and my nails are consistently perfect. Heather is my girl and she's truly amazing at what she does. Usually I get gel mani/pedi but today my husband and I ditched the kids for pedicures lol hubs really enjoyed it and he loved the massage chairs. Our feet feel so nice and soft! It's refreshing. I'm so happy I discovered this gem! Vicky did my nails and she killed it--I asked for almond chrome nails and she did a better job than I could have asked for (so good that another girl who was getting her nails done asked her nail tech to replicate mine). I mentioned this before booking because I know most salons primarily work with gel polish. The receptionist confirmed they could accommodate my request, although they had a limited selection of regular polish colors. She even offered to text me photos of the available colors, which she did. During our conversation, I explained that I have contact dermatitis, which is why I normally choose regular nail polish instead of gel. Even after I explained this, I felt I was repeatedly encouraged to switch to gel. I even said that if regular polish truly wasn't an option, I would consider trying gel despite my concerns. Instead of honoring the appointment they had already agreed to, I received a message stating they would not provide the service because of my contact dermatitis and that they would be refusing service altogether. I completely respect a business's right to decline services for safety or liability reasons. However, what I found disappointing was that my appointment was initially accepted after I clearly explained I wanted regular polish, only for the decision to change after I disclosed my medical condition. I would have appreciated clear communication from the beginning rather than being led to believe the appointment was confirmed.

I have been getting my nails done here every 4-5 weeks for the past year (dip manicure and/or fill with gel polish). They have a great selection of colors and offer other services like waxing, eyelash extensions, and pedicures. Heather is always prompt, meticulous with the nail prep and shape, easy to work with. There are zero issues with my nails chipping or debonding/lifting even at 6 weeks. I won't go anywhere else besides TNT Nails. Call for an appointment and she can get you in same day or give you an estimate for wait time if you prefer walk-in. read more

The pedicure "massage" was barely a massage at all, it felt more like cream being spread on my legs for a few seconds even for a delux pedi. The manicure was also very mediocre. My nails weren't cleaned properly underneath, and they even nicked and chipped some of my nails during the service. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing from start to finish. The salon itself is clean, but it's usually empty, and after this experience I understand why. I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend it based on the quality of service I received.

My partner and I have been to Vu three times (four manicures.)…read more Over those three appointments, not one has started on time, each time Vu has been at least fifteen minutes behind. The two Gel manicures my partner received came out beautifully, so if you're not on a time crunch and that is all you are looking for, you will walk out happy. My first visit was a fill, as the integrity of my previous Gel-X was maintained, and overall both the fill, shaping, and nail are were satisfactory. I needed a new set on this visit, and things went downhill quickly. I pointed out that numerous nails were too narrow, and it was shrugged off (some builder gel was placed on the sides, but nothing further.) He then tried to push acrylic on me, and laughed when I expressed that acrylic does not work for me, and I had not previously had issues with Gel-X over nearly two years. I would have walked out if I had the option. As a result, not a single pair of fingers is consistent (as pictured,) the "stiletto" tips are not centered, the shaping is horribly unflattering on my hands, not one nail has a proper apex due to the initial application being significantly longer than the length I expressed I would want. The "cat-eye" I paid additional for is barely noticeable. At least the color itself is pretty. Back to the drawing board, as my quest for a competent apres gel-x tech in the area now continues.
