One of, if not, the most consistent, nail shops ever! I get mostly just a simple fill on nude acrylic nails but Heather is really amazing at her job and has done many different nails for me. Always sharp and clean looking which is what I care about most. This place needs more love considering Heather's skill!! I also go to Vicky for absolutely perfect brows and LOVE how she takes time to make sure my brows are still full but as cleaned up as possible. The shop is cute and always clean; I've been trying so hard to find a good nail tech and have been going to Heather for over a year without disappointment

Yes I need a little lotion but the paint job sucks

First time visiting this salon 6/4/26 and definitely the last. I have to be fair, the tech in 1st chair did greet me, the salon was clean, quiet which I love and my service was started on time, I scheduled an appointment via their site. On to the customer service I'll just say maybe my tech was tired not very personable at all(waved me over from waitingarea and neglected to speak), but more importantly quality of the work is subpar. The entire pedicure felt rushed , the rough salt application was lackluster,paint job uneven- even after i pointed it out and actually messy. I wouldn't refer anyone here and of course I won't return. I should have just waited on my normal salon's availability or at the very least read more reviews before coming. Save yourself the irritation and go elsewhere. Even the "host" could step up her energy at check out. There are too many salons available to deal with what they're providing.

Heather is great and really spends time on you. She's great with designs and helping you pick colors too. Highly recommend Heather!

I found my new nail tech! Heather did my nails and my daughter's nails and they both came out absolutely beautiful. She took her time, listened to what we wanted, and delivered perfect results. We will definitely be returning!

My daughter and two of her friends have the homecoming dance this Saturday and decided at the last minute on Thursday at noon that they wanted their nails done. Our regular nail salon was booked through the weekend. So, we decided to try a new place. On very short notice, TNT nail spa was able to fit them in Thursday at 5:30! The same day. When we got there, it looked like they were busy, and I figured we would be waiting a long time, but the girls were each seated really fast. Of course, they all decided that instead of just polish, they were going to go all out and get acrylics. I could hear the dollar signs ringing up in my head. I couldn't believe how fast these women were in taking care of all three of these girls. Their nails look gorgeous and the girls are all very happy with them. To top it off, the bill was A LOT less than I anticipated. We're very happy with this place, and I think we found our new nail salon!

1 star - would not recommend My boyfriend and I came in for mani-pedis and it was honestly one of the worst nail experiences we've had. The pedicure was rushed and painful. The technicians aggressively cut the sides of our toenails with nippers. My boyfriend's tech cut off way too much nail, including nail that was still attached. Photo attached showing exposed flesh. My manicure was rushed. The tech tried to rip off my acrylics with nippers, which hurt and when I asked for a soak-off, she seemed annoyed and rushed. She alternated drilling and dipping my hands in piping hot acetone. The drill was extremely hot, hit my skin multiple times, and she over-filed my natural nails. My fingertips are now peeling and very irritated. Big hygiene red flag: my tech wore only one glove, walked away mid-service, grabbed a clear plastic bag full of loose cash, handled and organized it, then came straight back to me without washing her hands or changing gloves. She immediately touched my hands and cuticles and applied lotion and oil with hands that still had acrylic dust on them from drilling. My pedicure was also sloppy, gel polish was cured onto my cuticles because it was painted all the way onto my skin. After we left, I checked Yelp and saw another review where someone said they got an infection so bad from here that they needed 14 days of antibiotics, which honestly lines up with what we experienced... I don't recommend coming here if you care about sanitation or nail health.

I always come here to get my nails and it's my go to spot! They do such great gel extensions and overall nail quality and services have been exceptional every time. So worth the experience every time and I always get a ton of compliments on my nails every time after I get my sets done. Hannah did my gel x set today which was the royal blue set pictured here and didn't want to show my feet but Kelly did such a great pedicure on me today too!! Super relaxing atmosphere with super cute interior, and we always feel so welcomed here no matter how busy. I also tagged a previous set Heather did for me before too

This is my second time visiting the salon as I just moved to Dublin. So happy to find a salon that can provide exactly what I asked for! Looks exactly like the picture I provided, Thank you so much Vicky and Tina!

The absolute worst mani/pedi I've received in my entire life. I don't care how busy the salon is, there is absolutely no need for the technician to rush and perform a sloppy job. I had clear nail polish on my fingernails, it wasn't gel. Tech proceeded to quickly utilize drill to remove the clear polish. Clipped my nails extremely short without asking. She didn't clip my cuticles, simply proceeded to apply bottom coat, one coat of red polish and one of top coat. The outcome was essentially a polish change that's had a rough look due to use of drill. If that wasn't enough, the pedicure was equally abysmal. She didn't file my nails, slapped red polish on. This mani/pedi occurred on Monday December 22nd at 4:00pm. I was with my daughter who frequents this salon on regular basis with my grandchildren who receive pedicures Granted the salon suddenly became super busy and the tech appeared extremely nervous to hurry up. Didn't want to embarrass my daughter so I remain silent I was a client of Tony's nails for more than twenty years. Never did I experience a bad result there.

Nancy was super sweet and did a great job on my pedicure. The place was remodeled over a year ago and looks fantastic the massage chairs were a great addition. Overall I had a great experience, I came on Friday at 5pm with an appointment and waited about 15 minutes. They were somewhat busy so I would definitely recommend coming in with an appointment instead of as a walk in, so you're not waiting for too long. read more

I've been here twice now and I'm happy with their service. Both times have been consistent: easy walk in availability and amazing work by Leo. The second time, I came with my daughter, and she asked for designs on her nails. Vicky did a fantastic job with her nails. We've finally found a nail spa that we will return to over and over again. Very nice place and friendly staff! However, they used hot alcohol to remove dip power which was painful and left chunks of dried dip powder on my finger tips. It was painful to remove since it was hardened. Interesting technique to apply dip powder, not the typical layers of your finger getting dipped but rather a brush and a thick layer of dip powder applied. Also, she used a random nail clip she found to cut my cuticle/dead skin. I was kind of uncomfortable halfway through but I felt it was too late to just leave. read more

Let me start this review off by saying I've had a hard time finding a go to nail salon, nail tech, & mail service. I've tried gel, gel-x, hard gel, acrylic, poly gel, you name it, from everywhere/everyone, even tried doing it on my own. My nails have never had good retention no matter what. After years of searching I finally found the perfect match! I've been going to see Heather here for about 3-4 months now. Let me say that each of her sets have lasted me at minimum 4 weeks. (My nails would never retain past 3 weeks.) The last set I had done lasted SIX WEEKS!!!! Not only is her quality of work amazing but so is her talent. She slays my nails every time. I'm not much of a picture taker, I wish I had pics of every set she's done on me so far, but she is spot on with whatever design or concept you ask for. Not to mention, the salon is super cute & relaxing. Please come here!! UPDATE: Nails lasted 5 1/2 weeks. No lifting whatsoever. Mind you, I'm always chasing around my two little ones so my hands are always getting banged up!! Super good! read more

We just moved to Dublin and was looking for a nail salon for a pedicure and full set since driving to San Jose each time was getting hard. We decided to give TNT a try. Well let me tell you... This place is AMAZING ! I have NEVER had a smoother heal (from all the calluses) but Heather made my feet so soft and smooth to the touch. My feet never looked better!! Let's move on to my full set. I have been going to k3 nails in Milpitas for quite awhile (maybe 4yrs) and every time I go my nails are slight different or shape is slightly different. Well.....let me tell you... Heather did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I have never been more in love with the shape of my nails. They are all even and well shaped, well colored! I have never loved my nails so much!! So far, I have gotten two pedicures from this elegant spa place in Dublin and it is amazing. their luxurious spa treatments and various colors are amazing. The nail spa is super clean and prices are not bad. We are talking, you walk in and pick a spa kit from their different smells, nice comfortable chairs and just relaxing atmosphere. I definitely make the drive from San Leandro to Dublin to come here. read more

My first time trying this place out. I wasn't really finding a nice new nail salon since moving to Dublin and kept going back to my old place in San Ramon but finally found a place across the street from my neighborhood that I like. It's clean, modern and new. Good selection of colors. Great attention to my hand and foot massages. They accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. They offer the deluxe pedicure packages which I might try next visit but I wanted to see how I liked their basic 'cures first. Prices are same as everywhere else: $60 for mani and pedi Before tip. A little more than my other place. read more

I'm so glad I found TNT Nails. Vicky has done my manicure twice. The first was a nude nail w a tip design in neon yellow and now it's a mauve nail with chrome. She was patient w me the first time, when I kept nicking the nails in the UV light machine and her attention to detail is phenomenal. As for the place itself, it's so pretty. I got the TNT Luxury Spa Pedicure today and today was the best pedicure I have gotten from here ever. The service is supposed to come with a 20 minute massage I think but today they said it was only 15, but regardless she really was massaging for about 18 minutes and I was fine with that. They also give you a glass of wine if you ask for it with this specific pedicure. Ask for Nancy, she did a wonderful job today! read more

I waited 3 visits to write this review just to be sure. This place has a clean calm environment. Staff are pleasant, quality consistency no matter who does your nails, very efficient, it's been hard to find shops that do up to date designs and styles so far not disappointed by this place. Retention is big for me and my nails have maintained shape design and quality over 3-4 weeks. Pedicures great as well read more

The audacity to have their customer wait 45-60 mins past their appointment and when you ask how much longer, "Just a little bit". They're afraid to give you a time because they are GREEDY and want to make money at the expense of your time. If you have an appointment expect to wait 45-60 mins while they service walk ins. Heather takes walk ins even though she has you booked for an appointment. Happened to me twice. First time I let it go empathizing for the business owner, thinking she has a lot on her plate. Second time? Seems like a pattern of unethical business practice so I walked out. Oh and if you plan on bringing a friend/relative and book 2 appointments (like I did), be prepared for them to ask if they can do 1 person at a time, work on another customer, and go back to the person you brought! Truly typical bad asian nail shop behavior. read more

My go to nail place! I recommend making an appointment. They're very thorough and friendly. Nancy is my favorite for french pedicures. Vicki does my hands and they last for weeks! They also offer other services like facials and waxing but I've never purchased those. read more

Came here on a whim after looking at a few salons in the area. I work close by so I thought I'd give it a shot. The building is clean, well lit and really nicely decorated. When I came in they got right to work doing a fill and pedicure. Nancy and Vicky were attentive, asking questions about anything and everything. I did get double teamed, which at time can feel rushed but not here. I felt like my time was still valued and I was looked after. I will be coming back on pay day to get my nails done! Maybe I'll try a wax next time as well. read more

It's not a pleasant place to go to get service. I got regular mani and pedi, and my mani is done so quickly even though there is no one waiting. You can see the quality of their work from the photo that I have attached here. There are so many other nail salons better than this place in Dublin, Pleasanton area. They need to improve their service and quality. read more

Make an appointment! Love this place because it's super clean and they get you in and out fast! I'm not sure if this is the standard but I do like that one person does my nails and toes. Makes for easy tipping. You can also tip via venmo! I go to Hearter for my acrylics and pedicure. She's great! read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I gotta say that Heather is the best!! She's sweet, takes her time (you can tell she's a perfectionist!), and she listens to your needs. Because of my job, I need to keep my nails on the shorter side, but I like them oval/almond shape without looking too thick and she always gets it right. Today was my 5th time coming here, In past visits I didn't find the lady who does my nails, Vicky I think, to be particularly friendly, however Heather is pleasant, as I think she is the owner. Today I was treated poorly, I WILL NEVER RETURN, read below to know why! As mentioned the lady who does my nails is not friendly but I didn't mind her because she's quiet, quick, and does a good job. I wanted to have an ombré style where my nail went from dark to light, I asked the lady doing my nails for her suggestion, because I wasn't sure which colors would transition nicely, she told me to pick my colors, and brushed over me asking for help, as I am trying to pick, ( over a span of couple minutes) and having trouble picking, she seems to be growing impatient, AGAIN, I kindly ask her if she can help me, especially since I notice her behavior, she ignores my ask and proceeds to say just tell me to pick the numbers of the colors, I gently say, again, "yes I am just looking for your to help, I asked if you could help me pick" She then says "I have to go soon, so you need to pick with an attitude." By this I am not happy, I start to pick colors and as she brings them over, she slamming them down on the counter, after that I stopped her and I said "I'm sorry but your extremely rude, she says "I have to go, I just want to finish painting your nails' I say "if you are in a rush , then I don't want you doing my nails, because your being very rude" she says with an attitude "okay she can paint them and walks off " I then start to cry, because I couldn't believe how nasty her attitude was towards me. I have been there 5 times and tip well everytime. I just earlier had giving them a nice review because the owner asked if I could write one. As I mentioned before there not the bubbliest, but I do like my nails. Another lady came from the back and took over, as soon as she came to the table she says , "she(Vicky) wants to let you know it will be $10 extra dollars for multiple colors, I just thought to myself like seriously, I'm upset and that's what you choose to say at the moment. I just said okay, I was crying so much, I could barely tell her what I wanted and told her, I just want to leave. Heather (the owner I believe) came over and apologized to me and said she would talk to the lady who was rude saying she just had to go, that's why, I explained that just because she is in a rush, doesn't give her the right to treat me badly and if she is in a rush and cannot provide good service she shouldn't have even taken me. You don't treat people that way. Then on top of that to tell me you need to charge me extra when your service is piss poor. I barely wanted to finish my service, but heather just tried her best to diffuse the situation. The lady came from the back and started to argue with me, that she had to go and said she didn't slam the nail polish on the counter. I just told her that she was incredibly rude again and asked her why she treated me like that when I didn't do anything to her, I just came in to get my nails done, it's not my fault, your in a rush or having a bad day. Although I have drew explaining this experience out, I just wanted to share my experience today. The world is such a cold place and these days, it doesn't cost you anything to be nice to others, being nice goes such a long way. I will never return to this place, because of how I was treated today. It was so disheartening and unpleasant. I've never been brought to tears, in a business before in my life. Just RUDE! Nothing against Heather, she's nice , but I can't support a place that has people working for them that do not have any discretion about how they treat there customers. read more

I have been getting my nails done here every 4-5 weeks for the past year (dip manicure and/or fill with gel polish). They have a great selection of colors and offer other services like waxing, eyelash extensions, and pedicures. Heather is always prompt, meticulous with the nail prep and shape, easy to work with. There are zero issues with my nails chipping or debonding/lifting even at 6 weeks. I won't go anywhere else besides TNT Nails. Call for an appointment and she can get you in same day or give you an estimate for wait time if you prefer walk-in. read more

Heather is the absolute best nail technician I have ever encountered in my 20+ years of going to nail salons. Heather, my technician, was particularly fantastic - friendly, professional, and meticulous in her work.
