I did show up without an appointment at 3:45 PM, and they asked me to come back at five, and I agreed. I showed the young lady the picture that I wanted, and she didn't have a problem with it. She said it was fine. We started at five. She did not finish my nails till almost 8:15 PM. I also asked for a pedicure, and that wasn't started till a little after seven because the young lady doing my nails was taking more time than she thought it would take, I guess, to complete them. Everyone was obviously in a rush to leave the store and they went back-and-forth about who was gonna finish my pedicure, so once the gentleman came and put the acrylic on my toes and then another lady came to paint them and didn't give me a massage, didn't do my callus, didn't do anything, just painted my toes. She did not do a second coat. She just put clear on and put me under the light, and so part of my issue is that one, my entire toe is not even covered with the toenail or the acrylic that I paid for, so you can see in the picture. It's not even covering my entire toe. My nails, the gems on my nails started coming off because the young lady did not even put a topcoat on, and at this point it was already after 8 o'clock, so the gems have just been snagging and getting catching on to everything and popping off. Picture below, you can also see where on Monday night my nails were lifting. I don't work in any kind of strenuous job. I am an office administrator. I sit at a desk and type all day, so I'm barely having anything done around my nails where they're being aggressively forced to make my nails pop off. I did call Monday after my appointment was on Saturday night and I was told by the receptionist that she would pass my message along to the manager and the manager would reach out to me, today is Wednesday and no one has reached out to me about correcting anything regarding my toes or my nails. I did spend $220 and left a $40 tip.

The technicians are always super nice! Easily the worst set of nails I have ever paid for. What a waste of $350 + $30 for tip. I have been here a handful of times now, & each time service gets worse. I don't live in Anchorage anymore, so only stop here due to convenience when I am in town, considering it's right now the road. We booked an appointment for 3 of us, a week in advance. We got there, they started two of us, & I sat in the chair for 30 minutes before they started on my feet, by this time the other two I was with were almost done. One of my biggest peeves is, when they start your manicure while they are doing your pedicure, so you're stretched. Part of the reason I get my toes does is for the relaxation. I had cut my finger nails & toe nails before I left because I like my nails square cut. Both ladies cut my nails again, making them so short that it hurt. The next three days my nails from my feet/hands are sore. Other two people are sore too. When I got home I noticed I had chunks of skin taken out, on my fingers & toes. The lady doing my fingers cut my cuticle with the drill, did not clean the drill, & spooned some stuff on it, not washing anything she touched my open wound with. & the shape of the nails is awful. They are all shaped so different. The paint job is just as bad, & you can see through to the other side of the nails when I'm outside. She did not get the acrylic even close on my thumb, so it looks like I have a week of growth. To say the least, I will no longer go to them for the convenience. We paid $350 for all of us, that's three pedicures, & one manicure. At the end, I didn't even want to correct the lady, as I had sat there from 1pm-4pm. Nails should not take that long. So now I'm stuck with these awful nails. Crazy how much we spend for what we got.

She also did not reshape them correctly and she did not file down the other nails to match length even after I asked her to. The layer of acrylic she applied was so thin and burned my fingers. She also filed off some of the nail finish and didn't fix it even when pointed out and she noticed the problem. My friend I was with also asked for a very simple monochrome stripe design. The man cut her finger multiple times with the dremel tool with the acrylic, got UV-cured gel polish all over her fingers even after "fixing" it. He attempted to do the stripe design and the lines were all over the place. she showed him the inspo photos and it did not look anything like it. She ended up scrapping the design and opting for a chrome, which got all over her fingers and he didn't wash it off. Overall the place seemed clean but the vibe was unprofessional and seemed like they did not want us there. Not sure if it's just because of the time we went (midday on a Friday) but I would caution people on going here if they want anything other than a solid gel nail color.
